The welcome when I arrived deserves to be underlined par excellence, the whole team was pleasant to me from the moment I arrived until the end of my stay, breakfast went perfectly, the room was perfect, the air-conditioning was excellent, the hotel guard and concierge service were welcoming and friendly too, the ceiling in the room was just magnificent. Thanks to all the team and see you soon.

This is the smallest IHG property in the world! Great central location, but beware of the small rooms. Concierge was very helpful with restaurant tips and reservations, which helped to make the Paris experience more enjoyable!

The tiniest rooms I have ever seen in my life!! Honestly, I have never imagined you could make a hotel room out of this tiny space. I could barely move around the room! Forget about walking!! LOL The hotel is clean, and most importantly, the location is amazing. If you are looking to enjoy Paris, and stay at an amazing location, this is your place. Just don't stay in the hotel.

Stayed the week of October 2. Great hotel. Great renovation with beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Rooms are small but we booked a premium room with extra space (but still small). Extremely quiet. Disappointed that our room was not ready at 7pm. Yes, that’s correct. Room was not ready at 7pm. Also surprised at the poor language skills of the front desk to explain why. We were thrown in the bar with a free drink for almost an hour. Got our room near 8pm. We left early and arrived back each day so we never saw hotel leadership to understand why such poor service. The room was worth the $600 but not the service.

It's awful! We are a five-person family we booked 3 rooms. It's not the first time that we travel to Paris, so we know the prices and services. We always book the best hotels and prices don't matter to us. This hotel is awful, they said it's 5 stars but no it's NOT, their workers are rude and do not have any experience that how should act with 5 stars hotel customers. For example when a guest is in the elevator and the elevator is almost full with 5 persons (their elevator is super small! Looks like governments buildings) They should not enter with their big table of food for other guests. We tried to go to Disneyland, we asked the reception guy to book a round-trip taxi to go and back to the hotel, but then after 5 minutes we see that Disneyland is full for that day, then the reception guy (very rude) said no you should pay for the half of the money for cancellation of the taxi or we not book a taxi again for you (after 5 MINUTES!!!). Their bathtubs leak and when I enter the room I see a bathtub full of dirty water. I could even fix the leak and I should listen to the leak drip every 3 seconds in the night until I put a robe on the leak place so I could sleep without that sound. The breakfast is not even close to a 5 stars hotel, but if I want to be honest their breakfast guys are great they tried their best, but sorry the breakfast is not even close to any other 5 or 7 stars hotel that we went in our previous travels. Their lobby design was cool but very tiny. As I said their workers are really rude, please listen and bring your family or yourself to a better place, I forgot to mention they said their taxis are known and they know they are safe but let me tell you they stealing money! Their private taxi gets 40€ for going Shanzelize!!! It crazy price, the real price is 10-15€ depending on the cars, As they said they know their taxis, but NO they know, even they told me its crazy price, so they know what they did! The rooms also very small! Looks it's designed for hamsters. Please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT'S COMPLETELY OVERPRICED!!!

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it until the end. Concierge was great, room was small for the price but was updated and nice. Very quiet, housekeeping apparently stays outside the room and in mid-afternoon knocked on the door and asked if everything was good. Kind of strange but we’re in Paris. Checkout was good, very early to make a train to London. We had to catch a cruise ship out of London so we didn’t unpack anything except needed that evening. Got on the ship and as we unpacked, realized we had left the shoes in the room in Paris. They had been worn once, the day in Paris and it rained so they were a little wet. I set them on the shelf in the closet and must have left them there when we checked out. No problem, I’ll call the hotel and work something out since we would be back in France in almost a week. At sea but finally got through on the phone the next day. Reception was not receptive and said I would have to email them. He couldn’t do it over the phone. He gave the address and I sent an email. Waited several days and rechecked the address and sent another. Meanwhile we’re going to other citys but checking every day and no response. Finally I am able to call when we get back to France. I tell them the situation, he puts me on hold and then comes back and says no, we didn’t find them. We packed our bags that night and didn’t unpack them until on board the cruise ship. We know they were left in that room. Beware the housekeeping. It was also obvious we were only important while we were there. Afterward we didn’t matter.

Lovely and elegant hotel with a fantastic concierge. This is the "small" intercontinental in Paris, and it was completely renovated during the pandemic. The rooms and facility are brand new, sophisticated, and tastefully appointed. What really sets the property apart though is the staff. Because of the smaller size of the property, the team quickly gets to know you and can really help you navigate Paris, whether you are there to be a tourist, to shop, to dine, for business, or, as was my case, to ride in the Paris Brest Paris cycling event. Helene and Bartozs were able to find a nearby mechanic to repair a brake issue I had when I arrived, and to arrange to get me back and forth to Rambouillet for the event. They also helped with restaurant recommendations and a few fun things to do while I wasn't cycling. By the time I left I felt like the team was family, and I was sorry to go!

The reason why I leave 1 star it’s bc 0 isn’t possible, worst treatment in a hotel ever. Helena checked us out with no questions or professionalism. Our stay wasn’t the best but we thought it could be at least improved by someone smiling at the check out or smt but not even. Really guys, it’s a nice hotel boutique put more effort on training those people at the reception.

Room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Service was excellent and all personnel spoke at least a bit of english which was quite helpful. The location is walking distance to most major sites including a 4 minute walk to a metro link right in front if the Louis Vuitton store which is nice. Thank you to the staff!

Fantastic hotel! The room is well-equipped and comfortable. The staff went beyond expectation to help guests (Thank you Franck for helping me with the suitcases!). The gym was small (no threadmill). The location is great, just a stonethrow from Champs-Elysées.

The hotel is amazing. I liked the ambiance, and the staff are friendly, especially Ismail. The rooms are clean, and the location is good. The only negative thing is that the room is very small.

Love this hotel. location is perfect for getting around Paris and the quality of rooms is excellent. We only stopped three nights but could easily stop on for another 3 or 4 nights. Staff so helpful we will come back here specifically to this hotel next year on our annual Paris trip

My friend and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Intercontinental Champs-Elysées when in Paris recently. The staff were so accommodating and kind. The rooms are beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed all of the amenities available in our room. Thank you to the hotel staff for a wonderful stay and exceptional hospitality.

Great hospitality and a wonderful smile to greet you whenever you enter. That is what we think of after staying at this lovely boutique property for 3 nights. We stayed as a family of three and our little toddler loved it in the perfect location after spending several nights on the other side of town. The rooms are well appointed with Dyson hairdryers which are a great touch. It is small and compact, so if you are seeking a large hotel this is not for you. If you like, friendly, wonderful, helpful and kind hospitality professionals trained to the highest degree - this is the one for you. Compliments to Akram and Helena who were forever smiling and made our stay in Paris so lovely. Highly recommended

Good option hotel for a short stay. We booked for 1 night. Good service they r quick. The bed quality is excellent woke up the next day with no back pain. The hair dryer was from dyson brand which was heaven to me! Well branded shower kit. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that when we requested complimentary water, they tried to sell the water inside the fridge. But they provided us at last 2 bottles. Ismaeel was very helpful staff, he made us feel comfortable and helped us with locations! TY Ismeel!

Beautiful sleek, small boutique hotel perfectly located in the golden triangle. Staff is friendly , breakfast is okay, nothing special. Rooms are great, clean and modern. I stayed in a simple small room but for a business trip or a long weekend in Paris ideal.
