We got robbed, USD 2500 were stoled from our travel pouch that we kept in the SAFE…. Stayed one night, we were asked to leave our room keys before going out. We did that… our room was not even due to be cleaned during our stay, our money was locked in the safe kept in envelopes in the pouch in a dedicated section of the pouch well sealed, we discovered after we left the hotel when we opened the pouch upon arrival at Amesteram to check in our hotel… we filed a pre- complaint online, called the hotel and nothing, this is not a safe place… online pictures are a scam too… rooms are nothing like the pictures in reality, it is not a a 4 starts hotel

Really disappointed in this hotel. This is NOT a four-star hotel. We booked a room with a king bed. The room was extremely small (expected in Paris) but the bed was a full-size/double bed. The concierge insisted that there was a "bug" with my booking and I actually received a queen room, and that my double bed was a "french queen." They did not offer to make me whole in any way. The room was in poor condition, with peeling paint in the bathroom. On the third night when we were packing up to leave, I checked under the bed and found a rotting pear that had apparently been there since before our stay. The service at the hotel was fine, but not four stars. Breakfast is not included and is $22 euro per person. The location was very good in the heart of the Latin quarter, but be warned it's beside an historic church with very loud bells. The windows did not keep out much of the street noise.

The last time I stayed at the hotel the room was very nice with a Balcony with great views. The room this time was very small and the furniture really old. Would not recommend the hotel unless you are able to stay at the rooms with balcony.

My partner and I stayed at this lovely hotel during our Paris trip, and the location cannot be beat; you are a few minutes walk away from the beautiful Notre Dame and metro stations. The hotel itself is on a quiet street beside some of the busiest streets with lively bars/restaurants in the area, but you don’t hear too much of the noise. You may hear church bells from the nearby church, but we weren’t bothered by that. The service was always top notch, and the staff are very helpful if you need assistance or need suggestions for restaurants or things to do in the area. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the size was typical of what you would find at other Paris hotels. Complimentary water, Coke and coffee in-room were also much appreciated. We didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast, but it sure did smell good every morning in the lobby! Would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms and decor have seen better days. Definitely not 4 star quality. But clean. However, the staff are all 5 🌟 stars. From help with directions, getting tickets to area attractions, to extra linens & towels and umbrellas. This team was outstanding, friendly, kind personable, and the ladies who take care of breakfast seriously above and beyond expectations!!!

My wife and I had a lovely stay in a room with a terrace. The staff was exceptional and provided great restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood that we wouldn’t have ended up at otherwise. The room was spacious with modern furnishings. All around a wonderful experience.

What a gem! Well appointed rooms and great location, but service was particularly great. The front desk anticipated my needs, whether getting both doors when I had all my luggage in toe, or asking if I needed any silverware after returning from the grocery store. That outstanding level of service is enough for me to return again - strong recommendation for those who prefer boutique hotels.

A small gem at the perfect location in central Paris, very close to Notre Dame. The lobby and restaurant is very small, but the double room had plenty of space and offered a nice view of the church outside. It was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was professional and provided excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

We had an good stay in one of the larger rooms. We have previously stayed here in a smaller room which was also nice and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and offered us tea and pastries on arrival, which was most welcome after 36 hours in transit. Couldn't really enjoy having the window open, a lot of noise in the laneway at all hours of the day and night.

It is hard to imagine a more perfectly located Hotel for someone wanting to explore Paris. Situated in the heart of the Latin quarter, 2 blocks from Notre Dame Cathedral, it is within easy walking distance to everything on the Ile de la Cite, as well as everything nearby on both banks of the Seine. There are dozens of restaurants within a 2-3 block walk. In addition, there are 2 metro stations, each less than a 5 minute walk. One of those metro stations is also an RER train station with direct lines to CDG airport and to Versailles, with the Eiffel Tower along the way. On the metro, you are within 2 stops from a major intersection of multiple lines and can literally get anywhere from there. The rooms are warmly furnished and are spotless. While a bit small by American standards, (remember you are in the middle of old Paris next door to a church (St. Severin) built in the 1300's), it did not feel tight and was very well-appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was welcoming and efficient and fluent in English, but also very willing to "play along" with my attempts to speak French. Breakfasts were varied and plentiful. If you are wanting a great home base from which to explore Paris, this is a terrific Hotel!

This hotel is a gem. Fantastic location for cafes and shopping. Very quiet pedestrian streets. Very comfortable room. The service is top notch. Every single interaction was top notch. We were treated like valued guests. I will stay here again and again. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The value is unbelievable.

Everything was lovely. I had a wonderful stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The location is perfect, close to many sites and also very close to transportation. Lots of eating and shopping around. Excellent service, immaculately clean, and modern renovations. Highly recommend and will return for sure.

Great location. Hotel is okay .. I traveled alone and I got a single rooms with a single bed . I am not used anymore to have a single bed. At the reception, they warned me and gave me options to change hotel, almost they depicted an terrible room. It was too late to change, but at the end the room was okay. My expectations were dropped so low that I did not dislike the room. Expensive though!!

Wonderful boutique hotel in a perfect location - the Latin Quarter is a great little neighborhood of shops, restaurants & clubs. Hotel had super friendly staff who always greet you with a smile. And our room had the biggest terrace I've even seen! 180 degree PLUS views of the city - just can't beat that. Would stay here again in heartbeat... Merci beaucoup!

Thanks for having us. We are considering coming back. As said, great location, fantastic and very friendly staff, who made us feel welcome. The rooms were kept very clean, fresh towels and all and comfy beds, we appreciated a lot. But the value for money is not working here, even for Paris. At least breakfast should be included in the price.

All details were perfect. Employees are very polite and love to help. Bernadette is the right person to warm us in the morning: a smile always show how we are welcome. Thank you Carol and the blond woman (sorry to forget your name) that were at our disposal to help!

Absolutely lovely! The hotel is very close to everything, and the metro is just a few minutes away, making everything very accessible. The hotel is very clean and the staff is outstanding. Carolina and the gentlemen working in the evenings were fantastic. They were so kind and helpful. The breakfast here is delicious. Probably one of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Looking forward to coming back and recommending it to friends and family.

Great location, nice clean rooms although on the smaller size but expected in Paris. I cannot say enough about the service. From the moment we have checked in we got only friendliness and efficiency. And when we left the hotel leaving our passports in the safe , Romane in the front desk took care of a tense situation with an amazing calm. I will definitely choose this hotel again in my next trip to Paris. And…almost forgot to mention they gave us great restaurants recommendations.

The Hotel and staff are warm, inviting, professional and friendly... nothing is too much trouble for the staff . The decor makes you feel like a Parisian on a long weekend in Paris and the location of the Hotel is in a discrete quiet pocket 50 meters from restaurants, cafe's and bars and a 5 minute walk to the river and St Michaël . Recommend highly

Pros: 1. Outstanding service, staff are approachable, helpful and friendly. Always have a smile on their faces every morning when you leave for the day and by the time you get back from a tiring full day of strolling, they never fail to make you feel better with their warm greetings. 2. Location is less then 5mins to Saint Michel Metro, close to cafes and restos, even our favourite boulangerie (la maison isabelle) is just a few mins.. everything by walking. 3. Bed is comfy. 4. Our classic room has windows facing an old church, it has a lovely view. Cons: 1. Room is smaller than a standard room (I suppose these are quite common in Europe..?) 2. Elevator is also quite small.. wouldn’t fit 2 persons with luggages Overall I think it’s a good hotel to stay in, would recommend this for its location and great service! I would come back!

Very good hotel overall, but what really stands out is the front desk staff, who went WAY above and beyond for us. They will probably remember helping us navigate the lost and found system at CDG to get back my lost laptop. I'm not sure we'd have been able to manage that without their help. Merci trés, trés beaucoup!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The commitment of the hotel to service and comfort was obvious. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were so kind and helpful. The room maid service was also outstanding. Thank you for making our stay in Paris so memorable.

This hotel is the gem of the Latin Quarter! We loved the location, amenities, and especially the staff! Jean Sebastian is an incredible concierge and was so nice! The room was clean, and offered and incredible view of Eglise Saint Severin and Notre Dame! Our daughter and her husband are planning a stay here next year! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience staying here! They were incredibly accommodating considering all of the turmoil during the December 2019 strikes. We had made MANY updates to our reservations due to flight cancellations, disruptions and they were nothing but helpful and accommodating. Would recommend 100 fold to anyone looking for a great boutique hotel in a fantastic location. I’m convinced you won’t meet better or more helpful people.

I'm satisfied with my stay in your hotel. The staff was always very kind, professional and cooperative. However I think it's unusual for a four star hotel to only offers French tv channels ...

The location was terrific and the staff was helpful, courteous, and professional. The in room coffee and tea set up was appreciated. A bit more variety in the day to day choices at breakfast would be an improvement.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Service was efficient - they were not particularly warm but things were done quickly and effectively. We got the biggest room there and it was a very comfortable stay (big comfy bed, sizeable bathroom and even a small couch and dining table). Location was great and popular areas were within walking distance.

Loved our experience at this hotel, which is ideally situated near the corner of St-Germain and St-Michel. We received an excellent welcome from Jean-Sébastien, Carolina and the rest of the team, who were also very helpful during our entire stay, including for providing us with recommendations for restaurants and making bookings on our behalf. The elevator stopped working one Sunday afternoon, but by the time we came back from our dinner, the matter had been corrected, not a small feat on a week-end. We have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Wonderful hotel on a quiet street but in the heart of the Latin Quarter. We had a fantastic room (cost a little more but worth it), very attentive staff and the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. Many shops and restaurants were just around the corner and walking distance to many attractions (Pantheon, Notre Dame, Luxembourg Gardens, Louvre, etc.). Highly recommend.

This was our second time staying at Parc Saint-Severin. We love this hotel and all of the employees and can't wait to visit again! The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and the proximity to some of the greatest parts of Paris makes this hotel perfect!

  • 5/5 Alastair B. 1 month ago on Google • 1 review New
My only regret (well, two of them) are that we didn't stay longer and that I foolishly booked the room through a reseller rather than directly with the hotel - it cost me a few more dollars. I wasn't paying attention to Google when I clicked. We will return to Paris soon, and I will happily come back to your hotel.
