This hotel is a scam and doesn't look anything like the photos. We visited here in Oct 2023 and found bed bugs and they refused to change our room or cancel our reservation. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here

Ok, not sure why google isn’t posting my review. Stayed here three nights. First time in Paris. Very friendly staff. English speaking. Super helpful. The rooms are small, as can be expected, but are very comfortable and clean. The building is quiet and the elevator is a savior! Some very good restaurants nearby and a small grocery store.

We stayed here for a week in June. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room was very nice, with a balcony overlooking the street. The rooms are air conditioned which was very welcome. But the best part is the location, in the Latin Quarter around the corner from the Pantheon, with tons of things to do within walking distance. We'll be back!

This hotel had extremely misleading pictures. I genuinely dont understand how this hotel has 4 stars. Its more like a 2 star hotel. Very filthy rooms and extremely small too. It might possibly have BEDBUGS too. They end right where they begin. The staff was rude and not understanding. I didn’t think it was worth the $$$ it was charging so we left within 10 minutes of checking in. But the manager SCAMMED us and didn’t refund us the money. So we lost 5 days worth of tariff. Horrible hotel and horrible people, stay away and definitely dont trust the pictures. The pictures are MISLEADING. EDIT TO RESPOND TO THE OWNER’s RESPONSE. We saw bedbugs. We have photos but google review is not letting us upload photos... We also saw the other room. It was tiny and filthy. This hotel has extremely misleading pictures. We have traveled extensively and lived in multiple boutique hotels in different countries. This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. Also the only way to book is non refundable way. Ofcourse they need to do it that way so they are not liable for refunds when guests dont like the room which are so different from photos but are forced to stay because of non refundable policy. It is a SCAM. The manager admitted we were there for only 10 minutes and still not refund. THAT IS CALLED SCAMMING. They are there to steal your money and scam you. Everything was extremely filthy and smelly. The manager of the hotel did say that “photos are misleading and everything always looks nicer in the photos”. That statement explains the mentality of the hotel. We did book a non refundable room assuming from our great experience in previous hotels that everything will be as described. We did not know that this was a scam. Beware and stay away

My family and I jist recently stayed for a week & I have to say, it was one of of nor the most pleasurable lodging experiences of my entire life. The entire staff; Kareem, Val, Alexandra, Pascal, & Saed, went above & beyond to make us feel at home and take care of our every need. From recommendations, booking reservations for us, calling taxis, they took care of everything for us! They are truly rockstars!

This hotel is an absolute gem. It's on a street with real Parisian vibes and is well located to a Metro & RER station - the trains are very easy to take around Paris! Friendly staff.

My wife and I stayed during the middle of August and it was the perfect location for us. The room was fantastic with everything we needed for our stay. It even offered a view of the Paris skyline. That being said, we really only used the room to sleep because we were walking all around the city all day. The hotel is in a great location in the fifth arrondissement near the Pantheon and the Luxembourg Gardens and only about a fifteen minute walk from Notre Dame. Anyone looking for an affordable place to stay with a genuinely kind staff, look no further, Hotel Le Petit Paris is the spot.

Kai: It was wonderful! We had a beautiful room overlooking the streets of Paris. I love the location because the small alleyway has some nice restaurants. If you are to try one, try the Tibet place. Wonderful!

WOW. This is an absolutely amazing hotel. Great location, great room, amazing service and great breakfast. Some of these reviews say the rooms are a bit small, but seeing as this is Paris and the hotel is in such a central location, what do you expect? The room was great, the bathroom was top notch and it was all very clean and seemed very new. The reception staff were great, possibly some of the best. There helpfulness and friendliness was worthy of a 5 star rating. This hotel is perfect for families or couples staying for any amount of time looking for a centrally located hotel.

Lovely little hotel. Great location, within walking distance to everywhere. I booked the double room but was upgraded to triple room, which has a lovely terrace and more space in the room. Staff there are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was OK but I will suggest them improve the quality of breakfast if possible. The quality of food doesn't seem to justify the price, which is 16 euro. For example, it will be nice to have freshly squeezed orange juice instead of the ones from supermarket. Also it seems that the hotel needs a bit refurbishment of the bathroom. On the first night that I was in the hotel, there was a water leak in the bathroom probably caused by people having shower above my bathroom. I was not that bothered as I brought ear plug. For the rest of my stay, there was no people living in the room above me so didn't have such problem. Even though this did not bother me that much, the noise of leak water could bother some other people.

A great hotel! We were staying at the hotel for 5 days (two people), the room was exactly what we needed, great location (near the Luxembourg gardens), friendly staff, great shower and a comfy bed. We recommend! ✨

We really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, the location is great, nice neighborhood, it's near the Luxembourg gardens, with multiple restaurant nearby, the hotel is just 5 min walk from RER B station, which means very easy access to Paris airports. The hotel itself is modern, and the room was quite and very clean. We liked also the breakfast there. But the best part in the hotel is the staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful. We will certainly return in the future to this hotel - mainly because of their great service.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the hotel. Great location. Well maintained and comfortable rooms. We especially appreciate the time and effort that concierge Karim and Val spent securing a 3rd party service for a far from ordinary need.

First time in Paris celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and our experience was amazing! The hotel was in a great location, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, close to all major monuments, museums, great cafes and restaurants! It was very clean and very comfortable! The bath towels and bedding was changed every day and the bathroom had all the essentials we needed which were replenished daily! It also offered complimentary coffee or tea up to midnight which was very welcomed after a long walk to the museums! The hotel team greeted us very nice when we arrived! The whole team was very polite, friendly and extremely helpful when we needed directions to the museums or recommendations to restaurants.Although we did not speak any French we had no problem because all the staff were speaking English. We surely will recommend this hotel to our friends who will visit Paris in the future! We can't wait to visit again!
