We stayed in the hotel during October 2023 at the Classic Superior Room. The hotel is clean and conveniently located, around 8-10 mins walk to the Saint-Michel Notre-Dame station (but the lift to the station is not functioning, making it challenging to navigate with large luggage.). However, the overall experience did not meet my expectations for a 4-star establishment. For a room charge of €326 + tax per night (we stayed for 3 nights), this hotel is extremely poor-value due to several reasons: 1) Privacy: The room is an open space. The shower (made entirely from glass) is placed right next to the bed, separated only by a see-through curtain. We notified concierge of our concern, and they said all their rooms have the same curtain design. So if you are someone who values at least some kind of privacy when you take a bath, avoid this place. 2) Room layout: The toilet and the shower is placed separately in the room, on different ends. As we enter, there's first the wardrobe, then the toilet which is straight ahead, and the shower + bed on the right. A very inconvenient layout in which you have to walk a distance to get from the shower to the toilet. 3) Inconvenient design: Details in the design that annoys you here and there: there is not a single rack/tray in the shower room so we had to place our shampoo/ shower gel on the floor instead. For a two person room, there is only one towel hanger right next to the shower and two towel hangers in the toilet on the other side for no reason. Water leaks onto the floor during shower due to the lack of a splash guard or rubber threshold installed on the door. 4) Amenities: Claimed to provide free toiletries and water kettle in the room. They said they have ran out of toothbrush and toothpaste for the entirety of our stay and we had to request twice for the kettle (once in the morning and the second time at night) in order for it to be delivered to our room.

We recently stayed four nights here during a family trip to Paris. Pros: great location, excellent water pressure, comfortable bed, super friendly staff, overall design Cons: the hotel itself is a bit rundown. There was clearly a lot of care put into the design details (a different color for each floor, the Alice in Wonderland-themed details) but a lot of the elements are past their prime for a 4-star hotel. The carpets were quite stained and worn, the curtains and pillows faded from the sun, water damage on the ceilings and door of the bathroom, etc. With that said: this is a great hotel option for families! I would have rated this higher if it had been advertised as a 3-star hotel, but this was not what I am used to from 4-stars and did not compare to the other hotels we stayed in on the same trip. Accessibility: like many Parisian buildings, the elevator is teeny and only accessed up several stairs. This would not be an ideal hotel for someone with a wheelchair.

Lovely little hotel. Great facilities, beautiful decor, ideal public transport links and very welcoming staff. Stayed here for 6 nights and couldn't fault a single thing, would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in the city, a perfect base to explore from and retreat to at the end of a long day. I would definitely stay again.

Very quiet, high ceilings and quite a chic space. The mattress was a bit old and hurt my back, it was very used and for a 4 star would expect some firmness or newness at least for the bed. The service was really good and it’s beautifully centric.

Old and uncomfortable mattress. Basic and lumpy pillows. Perfect location and the owner take the every opportunity to cut down the services given the advantage of the prime location. Old dirty carpet in room 62, towels didn’t appear fresh and had grey overused look. Shower overflowing and tiling and paint need redoing or renovation. Definitely not appropriate for a 4 star hotel. The person who was supposed to serve and assist with the breakfast was never there at 7am and not full range of food was available at 7am. Therefore, not suitable for a business travelers because of lack of punctuality. The explanation I was given for this is that the breakfast was complementary and that I was not actually charged for this!? Extremely unpleasant end of stay. I stayed for 6 nights and paid the bill on my arrival. On checkout I was told that the receptionist at the time of my arrival made a mistake and that I underpaid my bill. There was no explanation of why I wasn’t told that for 6 days. They confiscated my luggage and refused to check me out if I didn’t pay additional 42 euros. Very hostile behaviour by the receptionist. This significantly delayed my departure and I was almost late for my flight. This is a family business that takes the advantage of being in a perfect location and have no obligation to be responsible to the bigger organisation. I would not recommend it for short and definitively not for long stay.

Excellent small hotel in a great area. Easy access to Metro. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and water pressure was solid! Great breakfast selection! Would definitely stay here again.

An amazing hotel with even better staff! I felt so welcomed and looked after from the moment I arrived until I left - I honestly haven’t come across more helpful staff at any other hotel. I arrived a bit early but the team had my room ready for an early check in. The rooms are beautifully designed with high quality finishings in the bathroom - and they’ve been really clever to make the most of the small space they have. The rooms are very quiet so perfect if you’re a light sleeper, and the bed was super comfortable. The housekeeping staff do a wonderful job cleaning. The hotel puts on free snacks every afternoon which is a wonderful touch, and the breakfast is great too. About a 5 minute walk to the metro, but in a great location to just wander around Paris on foot too. The only downside is the rooms are small - however the hotel doesn’t hide that from you, the proportions are all listed on their website, the photos are very true to form and they’ve made great use of the space they do have. As everyone knows, Paris hotel rooms are notoriously small anyway, and you probably aren’t there to spend all day inside - it is however a fantastic place to go back to after a long day of exploring. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough - it was nicer than some 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in.

Really cute boutique hotel in a great area with friendly staff. My only complaint is that the showers were bad as it kept leaking bad every time we took a shower. We were forced to use the hand sprayer and angle it towards the wall to minimize water getting into the bathroom

Great and cute hotel wouldn’t mind staying here again. All Receptionist spoke good English and were very helpful. Room was cute and super clean a bit small compared to what I’m used to in the US but didn’t mind it. Hotel is pretty close to Metro stations. A decent breakfast selection. I loved their coffee machine you can make anything from cappuccinos and macchiatos. FYI Their elevator is super tiny only fits one person and their luggage but as long as they have an elevator it’s all good with me.

This a lovely boutique hotel in a fab part of Paris. Don't be put off by the graffiti or two lower shop fronts either side of the entrance. We had a beautiful large room with floor to ceiling windows with French doors. Absolutely stunning view of the tree lined street and the spires of Norte Dame. The bed was so comfortable and bath big enough to take a swim in! The only drawback was having the room made up. We left each morning returning some five hours later with an expectation that the room would be cleaned during this period. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. We stayed seven nights and the room wasn't cleaned three days out of seven which was disappointing especially as we left a sign on the door saying please make up the room. Overall though, we would definitely return. The staff are lovely

A wonderful little hotel with beautiful interior design, comfy beds, and superb service. 10/10 would recommend! Our room was facing the noisy main road but the windows are double glazed really well so that wasn't a problem. The bathroom is is well equipped, the room comfy cosy and everything was very clean. The attention to little details like the bunny mugs are just wonderful. The location is unparalleled. We loved Le Lapin Blanc and will for sure return.

Really enjoyed the three nights at Le Lapin Blanc. Location, cleanliness and breakfast were all excellent. The staff were all very friendly and made you feel genuinely valued. Cannot fault this hotel, it is well run and organised. The interior is light and pleasantly decorated too. Thank you very much for an enjoyable stay.

I’ve been to Paris quite a few times and this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in and reasonably priced. Very well located and the rooms are impeccable. Super comfortable, luxury toiletries and spacious. We loved our little macarons too.

Very nice room, excellent shower and comfortable bed. Reception was very friendly and check in/check out were easy and fast. The location is really perfect, a 5 min walk from the river, about 15 min walk to the louvre + much more! Would love to stay here again my next visit to Paris

We travelled to Paris from Canada early June and very happy about this hotel. The hotel is clean and seems it was recently renovated. All the front desk staffs are very friendly with fluent English. June 02 check in staffs (Samy & Rossmery) extremely friendly, always very helpful with happy smile all the time. Great job and we will stay here next visit to Paris

I absolutely loved my stay at Le Lapin Blanc. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. They were very welcoming during the check in process and very helpful with recommendations on how to get started with the trip. Samy was exceptionally nice and patient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was amazing! A short walk from Notre Dame and Jardin du Luxembourg. Tons of restaurants and shops in the area and right next to a metro station. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit.

We loved our stay at Le Lapin Blanc. Charming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the daily full breakfast and never tired of the many options. The location is on a busy street but while it lacked charm, it offered outstanding transit access. I would stay here again.

Amazing hotel, it's very clear that this hotel was recently renovated as everything look so nice. The room was great, the shower was amazing, and the breakfast was also very good. The front desk staff was nice and very helpful :)

My husband and I treasured our stay at Le Lapin Blanc. The front desk staff showed attentive hospitality, helping us with questions about nearby restaurants and navigating the trains. The hotel decor is charming, cheerful, and well-coordinated; each floor seems to have its own color theme. Our room was more spacious than anywhere else we stayed in Paris, the bed was so cozy, and I already miss the rainfall showerhead. The extra touches helped this placed stand out, like complimentary macarons and canellas under glass bell jars in our room or the scratch off cards that awarded a complimentary mini bar item. The continental breakfast was tasty, though seems to be the same from day to day; I'd suggest the express breakfast option if you want a light bite before you head out to Paris's array of fine dining. I will absolutely be staying here again for my next visit!

we had fantastic 12 nights stay at Le Lapin Blanc. Nice interior design & spacious and comfortable bedding, delicious breakfast... All the front desk are extremely friendly, always helpful. The location of the hotel is truly safe and convenient to go to center of Paris and easy connect to RER for day trips to go outside Paris. A lot of good value Restaurant around the hotel area. specifically thanks for the energetic young man on the front desk his name should be "Samy" (I'm not sure) 😅) Room 57, 16~29 August 2023

We had a lovely six night stay at Hotel Le Lapin Blanc. The staff is so friendly and helpful - we were visiting from the USA and one of our outlet adapters stopped working and they kindly let us borrow one from the hotel. They also provided a birthday cake for our check in so I could surprise my husband - the cake was amazing and I appreciate their help in making it a special birthday trip.

A cute boutique hotel with nice staff. They were very attentive. The rooms are a nice size and have modern design. Instead of the hotel breakfast, I went out to grab a croissant in the morning. Shower and bathroom were great and the water pressure was strong enough. Walkable distance from most sights.

Such a cute hotel with it's "Alice through the looking glass" vibe. The front stall as a group was very friendly and helpful. However, Gabriella and Victor (hope I got your names right) really stood out. As an example We were actually in the metro station on our way to a tour. And as suburban Americans have no idea how to use the ticketing machine to hey where we were going. Out of nowhere Gabriella appeared behind us and helped us get our tickets. She was on her way to work, and recognized 2 of her guests having problems and stepped up to assist. Another example is we were getting in late from a dinner and at midnight Victor remembered that I had mentioned I purchased champagne the day before for a celebration that night. He rushed downstairs and collected 2 glasses and ice so we could enjoy our night. All of this is without being asked. Thanks to both of you! The hotel itself is about what you would expect from a good boutique establishment. The rooms were big enough and comfortable with plenty of places to sit and relax after a day of touring. The room was quiet from the street and had really neat views from the windows, which were situated on either end of our top floor room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we never had any issue sleeping to recharge our batteries. The only downsides to our stay is that it seemed some of the advertised amenities like room service were not actually available. The breakfast (which we did not include in out price but did eat once) was underwhelming and doesn't seem worth the price of 17 euros a person. We only had one coffee cup available in the room and as we used it, one more replaced it, not really an issue, just odd. But for the pleasant stay these we definitely minor issues. The location is amazing with a bounty of little neighborhood brasserie around every corner. Easy access to both public transportation and taxis. Beautiful historical parks and structures literally around the corner. A very incredible trip and enjoyable stay.

The TLDR: It's a good quality hotel and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend! I've got two priorities when it comes to hotels, a good bed and a solid shower. LLB succeeds on both of these. The bed feels like memory foam and is a good balance between firm and soft, also plenty of pillows to choose from. It's one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in Europe. The shower is one of those overhead rain shower style and has good pressure and the water gets warm quickly. We had a Deluxe room and it was pretty spacious for a European hotel although it could have used a bit more storage, there's just one wardrobe. There's a Nespresso and a small fridge and they give you sweet treats daily. The hotel is reasonably quiet, no street noise at all, just the occasional neighbor slamming a door. My one criticism of the room is the lack of privacy around the bathroom. The shower has a clear glass door instead of frosted which seems like an easy miss. And the toilet room is quite tiny with just a pocket door. Neither is a deal breaker though. Lastly, I have to mention the great staff. All spoke English quite well and were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A really nice team who improved our visit immeasurably.

Adorable hotel with delicious breakfast. Accommodating and romantic. Ideal for couples or solo travelers. Color themed rooms were on point! Props for interior decorating. Close to cafes, convenience stores, bud stops, and metro stations. A hidden gem.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I chose it for the price and location, which were both great. To my surprise, the room was large, the shower was large, and the separate bathroom had a bidet. The carpet had some stains but the room was very clean overall and the staff was great. I would stay here again!

We checked out this morning and we couldn’t have been more happy with our experience. From the convenient location, the excellent customer service and friendly staff, the breakfast and tea times, and the design and feel of the hotel and rooms. It was our first time in Paris and it was the cherry on top for our trip. We can understand how some guests may not like the shower/bath set up in the rooms, however that is why there are pictures on the website for you to see this before you book (if you see the lower star reviews, the common thread is that these guests probably should have done their homework more and/or picked a better match for their type of trip). If you’re looking for a VERY CLEAN, romantic and/or super cute Paris boutique hotel experience, this hotel will deliver.
