Got the 507 room and the view was amazing and it had a terrace! Also the hotel is in the center of Paris, super easy to get anywhere. Got the breakfast in the room and had it in the terrace. Some amenities were missing I think that will be the only complaint, oh and they don’t offer hair brush, also at night they didn’t had staff to bring it to the room. But seriously the room view just makes up for everything else it was amazing!!

Fantastic experience, Jean Michael on the front desk was so friendly, and helpful, really genuine and ensured we had a fantastic stay. Every request was accommodated with ease. This was a surprise anniversary trip for us, we are early 30's and booked the best room 506, balcony with the full Eiffel view. Rooms are beautiful and clean, bed was so comfortable, air conditioning incredible, decor lovely and elegant. Breakfast was perfect. We Can not fault this hotel, thank you for making it so special.

Unbelievable location and great hotel. We had an amazing stay near the Eiffel Tower, great service, amazing room (definitely worth upgrading to a balcony room) and brilliant breakfast in the morning. Will definitely be coming back here!!

I stayed in this hotel during the Christmas season. This hotel was everything I wanted! I requested a room facing the Eiffel Tower and this hotel did not disappoint. I looked forward to the nightly show of twinkling lights! The rooms are very nicely appointed and they have a restaurant in the lobby that is quite lovely. The very best of this hotel is Paul! He is the heart of this hotel. He is kind, engaging and very helpful. I looked forward to seeing his smiling face, each day! I hope everyone gets to experience this level of service. I would stay here again and again! I hope to see Paul on my next visit!!

Fantastic hotel with every room having a view of the Eiffel Tower. We stayed in the Duchesse room on the sixth floor and the views were amazing. There was a small balcony that had enough room for two chairs. We used the balcony to sip coffee in the mornings while watching the sites and Eiffel Tower. The room was cozy, but not overly small, and was very clean. I was very surprised with large bathroom, which had all modern amenities. Hotel staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make sure your stay was comfortable. The neighbourhood seemed very safe with 2-3 cafes and a metro station within a one to two minute walk. The Eiffel Tower is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in this area of Paris. Will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for pleasure for two nights with a friend from 09/02-11/02 on the 6th floor (highest) and my honest opinion is that it is the Eiffel Tower with a hotel attached (it has good views of the Eiffel Tower at the highest prices). It is adequate but if you’re looking for a luxury then you will be disappointed. I paid 400 pounds a night and the room in my opinion was not worth more than 250 to 300 at a push. The room itself was small with a tiny shower room of about 1-2 sq metres that was more like a student hostel (in size) although well presented with some basic accessories. The extractor fan in the tiny bathroom was not working properly and I was told I could use the hotel toilet downstairs. I was also advised that my room was an upgrade to the considerable rate I had paid. What I would actually have received for £400 per night would have been even worse. Also upon leaving in the am the hotel receptionist was not there and we were late for our flight so I left the key. The receptionist came running out to chase us in case I had not paid for extras even though she was not at her post, the hotel was pre-paid and they had my credit card making us almost late for our plane. They embarrassed themselves. I wish them well but was not impressed. I did not get value for money and would not stay there again as there are in my honest opinion much better luxury hotels in Paris for that price.

I stayed at the Hotel La Comtesse to celebrate my 50th birthday, and I couldn’t ask for a better stay. My room, 604, had the best view, I could have literally sat on the balcony and done nothing but look at the Eiffel Tower all day! But besides the view, the hotel staff was amazing. Jean Michel and Emilie, and the rest of the front desk staff were all so kind and helpful. I also met the chef, who was Filipino like me. I couldn’t recommend them more, and would definitely stay there again during my next trip to Paris.

What a memorable stay! We booked the Eiffel tower front view room with balcony and it was worth every penny. You can see the Eiffel from all over Paris, but having a private view is much more romantic. Hotel staff was accommodating, the hotel was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was near the metro. We did not eat there as there are just too many good things to eat in Paris...but the restaurant looked cute and welcoming! The only thing that could be improved is the decor, the orange was odd to me, but I'd definitely stay again.

Had a lovely meeting with the owner when grabbing a coffee en route to the Eiffel Tower. I promised to return one day and stay in the adorable hotel.

Stayed here in March 2022 and we had a room with a side view of the Eiffel tower, which was the best part of staying at this hotel! Eiffel tower itself was about a 10 minutes walk away. Check in and out were extremely quick and staff got us anything we needed such as wine glasses for the room, bottle openers, cutlery etc. Hotel is very close to a metro station so easy to get around the city, and right by a few really nice cafes

Room was nice but very very tiny. Smart tv was nice. View of Eiffel tower from the window was a bonus. Laundry mat across the street was convenient. Breakfast in the hotel was ok.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the summer and we absolutely loved our stay. Central location close to the Eiffel Tower, amazing breakfast buffet (with delicious omelettes on demand), and well appointed rooms with top notch views of the Eiffel Tower. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and this hotel definitely won over my wife. It was our third time in Paris and this has been our favorite hotel out of those three times.

My husband surprised me with an overnight stay at this nice hotel. What a beautiful location with an even more beautiful view. Highly recommended if you want a view of the Eiffeltower and Paris that you will never forget.

Service was superb. Very kind, welcoming and helpful staff who were always ready to accomodate our every need. Great location, metro station two min walk away, taxi rank across the road. Room was nice, comfy bed and could see the Eiffel Tower by popping your head out the window. Breakfast was plenty full and delicious. Would definitely stay again!

What a beautiful hotel, in an amazing location, with fantastic staff! I've stayed here twice before (pre renovation) and the new look + feel is gorgeous. The staff were super responsive and friendly before and during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is lovely and personnel wonderful. Breakfasts very nice as well. Location was not the greatest although close to metro. We walk everywhere we go in Paris so prefer the 6th or near the Opera. Meanwhile 23000 steps later we did just fine.

Stayed here with my husband early September. Location was perfect, within walking distance to the Eiffel, and a lot more other shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good with several options. Staff were great and they allowed us for early check in. We also had a lovely view of the Eiffel while enjoying our bottle of champagne from the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Hotel La Comtesse! It was our first time in Paris. Each staff member was accommodating, kind, and greeted us with a smile upon entry and exit. Room was small but I hear that’s normal for Paris… but the view!?? WOW! Lovely balcony view of the Eiffel Tower. Fiancé couldn’t care less about views but mentioned how nice it was and requested for many pictures standing on the balcony. Outside of view and amazing location, our room was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

Loved loved loved my stay here! And the whole team is super nice and friendly! When they found out I was traveling alone and from the PH, they immediately called two of their Filipino staff to say hi. :)

Great location and wonderful staff. We included breakfast with our room and it was delicious. Be prepared...the rooms are small. But the location is excellent. Walked to the Eiffel tower in 10-15 min.

Wonderful hotel! Looks so much nicer in person!! The staff were 10 out of 10!! it was decorated for Christmas in the lobby and staff were very attentive and welcoming. The lobby had a really cool painting on the ceiling and an extra sitting area/library/quaint lounge away from the front desk. They also had a basket of extra umbrellas in case it rained and the staff were quick to offer any assistance to call for a ride/taxi or get you directions to wherever you needed to go. The room was incredible. We stayed on the fifth floor (507) and had a large/long balcony with small table and chairs with a perfect and grand view of the Eiffel Tower. The bathroom was dreamy! Large, soaking tub, towel, warmer, toilet paper roll a stamp imprint, and extra toiletries/sewing kit, etc. We didn’t use the minibar, but it was well stocked with drinks and snacks. Free in room coffee bar. Hair dryer, iron/ironing board, reading lights, and lots of extra outlets The room had an extra sitting chair and desk with a velvet stool. After two weeks of touring the countryside (and a foot fracture the day before) it was a very welcome retreat. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but the buffet looked quite nice and staff were ready to attend to you. There was a grocery store across the street that had lots of good snacks and a variety of beverages/wines - we grabbed a few bags of chocolate to take back to the US. Location could not be better!! Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Napoleon’s Tomb/ Army museum, and a $10-$15 Uber ride from the Louvre, Catacombs, and Arc de Triomphe (2 of 3 may have been in walking distance if you’re up to it, but with the fresh injury and lack of time, we opted for the ride). We needed a room with two separate beds, so I had messaged to confirm and the hotel was quick to respond. If this hotel comes up as an option, I highly recommend!! Thank you to the staff there for making the last night of our travels so wonderful! Not the best photo is because I had to take screenshots of the video. Our stay here came after a long 2 weeks of driving all over France, Belgium, etc. and was a welcome retreat before heading back to the US!

This hotel was fabulous. It was a great view of the tower, and the place was immaculate . The staff were so helpful ,the best Croque monsieur ever. We will return to this quirky hotel very soon.

Traveled here for my daughters 20th birthday and the view from room 407 was fantastic!! It was about $600/night. Not much lobby and never tried the restaurant or had housekeeping come in. Front staff was quiet and didn’t go out of their way to assist. Not much info on the area was given. Prior to coming though, I added a note to our reservation about the birthday and then again when they emailed me before our stay. Nothing was done. We arrived 2 hours early and couldn’t check in. Was a sad start, but they held our luggage. I ended up ordering macaroons to the room and said it was for her bday so she would feel appreciated.

From the moment you step foot into La Comtesse, you know you’re in the best of hands. Each member of staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay and showed their guests care and class. Each detail of the hotel was pure magic, from the breathtaking city and Eiffel tower view, to the fresh breakfast buffet - every bit of my experience felt surreal. After travelling Paris on a budget, this beautiful hotel was the perfect way to relax in luxury and end my trip on a high. Thank you to the staff for upgrading my room to the 6th floor and for making my stay the best experience I could have dreamed of. I will certainly be back in Paris just to revisit the magic at La Comtesse!

Check in went fine, but it went downhill after that. The staff is extremely rude and super unhelpful. The rooms are extremely small. We were told to use one form of travel that would have made us miss our event time, thankfully we were able to get a taxi and made it with minutes to spare. While eating breakfast we dealt with more extremely rude people. This is how your start your day and you have these negative unhelpful people. At checkout I had to deal with another rude and obnoxious person. I would highly recommend you do not stay at this hotel. There has to be much better choices. There is no way this hotel should be a 4 star hotel!

Stay on the east side of the hotel and had a pretty good view of the Effiel tower. I feel like just about every room on that side would have the same good view. The room was a little small, but cozy.

I was fortunate to stay at La Comtesse and so was my daughter and son in-law in December 2018. It was a lovely stay and convenient to all the sites we needed to see. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The price was right for us and hopefully we get to go back again some day and stay there. My daughter and I recommend it to anyone who is loving to go to Paris. I feel awful for all the negative reviews that the hotel may endure.

We stayed at Hôtel La Comtesse Tour Eiffel for 4 nights (room only). The reception staff were very friendly, and though the (marquise) room was slightly small, it was clean and very beautifully decorated. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel’s location is superb, and we were able to get to everywhere that we wanted to very quickly. The Eiffel Tower view is also stunning. We will definitely be returning to Hôtel La Comtesse Tour Eiffel.

Guest Services at this hotel are outstanding. First class. They know how to make you feel special at every step. They were very attentive during the check in, check out and at the restaurant during breakfast, which was superb - much better than breakfasts at similar class hotels. And if you get a room with a view of the Eiffel tower, at night, it will nicely complement your Parisian experience.

First off, anyone who doesn’t give this establishment a 5 star has missed the mark!!!! This hotel was fabulous!!! The view of the Eiffel tower far surpasses any more pricey hotels. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was superb!! This was a very special occasion and we came to our room all decorated and champagne!!!!! We requested a balcony room and we got it!! We highly highly recommend the Hotel La Comtesse, you will love it!!!!

Wonderful hotel with a great location and staff. We stayed in a Deluxe Duchess on the 6th floor and we had two little balconies and one had a table and chairs the bathroom had a push out window that opened up in the shower that gave us views of the eiffel tower. Wonderful day and would absolutely stay again. Breakfast was delicious as well!

I would like to give my thanks to the people at La Comtesse Hotel in Paris. My wife and I spent the last seven days there, and the experience was incredible. The location, cleanliness, wait staff in the restaurant section and of course the guys at the front desk and last but not the least the house keeping people. They all went completely out of their way without knowing that with all these mentioned above, made our stay one to treasure and remember for the rest of our lives. So much so that we’re even talking about coming back with the rest of our family to this beautiful city. Sometimes, hotel staff don’t realize that one of the top reasons tourists don’t want to come back to a particular destination is the experience they go through at the hotel. Not in this case. Thank you for making us feel at home while away. See you hopefully next year.

The room was nice and it did in fact have a view of the Eiffel Tower! Front desk is extremely nice, however the breakfast at the hotel is very pricey. 21 euros per person is a bit much since the cost of the hotel is up there. We just ate at cafés instead which is always more special. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This was our first trip to Paris. We booked this hotel for a short trip and I honestly cannot give the staff enough credit! We were looked after, and treated with respect throughout. We lost baggage at the airport and arrives slightly distressed. The staff helped us throughout, and gave us exceptional and professional service. Amazing location, amazing people and cannot give the whole team enough credit. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing location, walking distance within metro. Very friendly and helpful staff. Views from room cant be beat. Stayed in room 307 and had a perfect view of Eiffel Tower. Close to street but rooms are quiet at night. Highly recommend!

Great hotel! Beautiful lobby, rooms and tearoom. We had a room with a balcony so we had an amazing side view on the Eiffeltower and it was stunning! The staff is very friendly and they do a great job! The location was amazing: Walking distance to the Champs de Mars and Eiffel Tower, a Metro Stop nearby and city bikes in any direction! We had a lovely stay! Thank you very much

Good luck staying here. Meant to be here for new year but hotel reservation got cancelled 1 day before your stay. Called up reception hoping to have it resolved only to be greeted by rude staff claiming no wrongdoing and asking you to ‘settle’ it with agency or whoever you booked the hotel with whatsoever. (I booked it via their website btw) Emails reminder are non existent. Best to ensure you have everything done yourself than to rely on their customer service.

Great direct view on the Tour, but the room was filthy, with dark stains all over the curtains and carpet. Incredibly rude at the front desk until they saw which room I had reserved, at which they immediately started smiling and trying to converse while grabbing my bags. How deeply gauche and artificial, one would hope they’d just automatically treat all their guests with respect. On the second day, woke up to the room having no hot water. They first argued that there indeed was hot water, and then upon discovering that there was not, the older woman working there, I believe her name was Emilie, got very defensive and asked where I saw mentioned anywhere that hot water was included. ??? This was rather shocking to me; when staying in a hotel, much less a four-star one, there are certain things- such as a bed, hot water, working toilet- that are expected to be had, even without having to be listed. So I finished my stay with only cold water, without so much as an apology or offer to help with the situation. The young man working the front desk then proceeded to find my social media page and send accosting messages. Upon making this known to the hotel, they blocked me from the hotel Instagram (which was not the page bothering me), and have refused to respond to any email communication. This hotel and its staff is an absolute embarrassment, you’ll get a more accommodating and luxury experience at the Formule 1 or Etap Hotel by the airport. Do not support this establishment, they clearly don’t want your business anyway.

👍 Well managed restaurant with beautiful decor. I love their kitchenware like dishes, pans and bottles. Truffle pasta is tasty but I didn‘t enjoy the beef dish much as it was too dry and tough compared to other restaurants in Paris. Anyway overall is good - having nice food in lovely atmosphere!
