My wife and I recently stayed here for 7 nights to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. It was our first time visiting Paris and What a wonderful place it was. You really couldn't get a better place to stay if you wanted to be close to the Eiffel Tower and in walking distance to cafes, shops etc. The staff were friendly, attentive and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. I can't express enough how grateful we were to be put in room 613 ( i think probably one of the best rooms for the Eiffel Tower View (not to low or high so you get the perfect view off the balcony) Also I requested the full works to make the room romantic to surprise my wife, and they didn't disappoint as they dressed up the room with heart shaped helium balloons, rose pedals everywhere, a boutique of about 50 long stem red roses, chocolate, and champagne on ice with glasses, and a nice card, it was all so special and very memorable. The room was comfortable, bed was great, hot water was adequate, towels and robes were good, bath products good. Could you hear people from the other rooms, yes but this isn't uncommon for hotels in Paris from what I read in my research prior to coming here. I read in some other reviews that this hotel didn't clean the rooms often, this isn't true, all you need to do is be proactive ask the front desk for whatever you need and they will arrange it for you. I also read on the reviews that there were hours long wait times to check in to this hotel, again this also wasn't true, I was able to walk in no problem, speak to staff right away, have my luggage stored, left for the day, came back checked in, and the room was ready with no problems. We went to the restaurant (the lobster roll is amazing), Top floor sky bar, and had room service though out our stay and all were good with no issues. If you go to this place and show respect for the staff, be kind and appreciative, it's wonderful how you will be treated. Thanks to all the staff for your kindness, hard work and ensuring my wife and I had an enjoyable stay to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary.

We booked this hotel to cap off a 10 day trip to France. We were excited for the hotel based on the amazing reviews. Our experience was that of a 2 star hotel. The room reeked of cigarettes. It was heavily perfumed to try to cover up the smell, but after a few hours, the perfume faded and the room smelled absolutely horrible. We had trouble turning the lights on in our room, and so the manager followed us to the hotel. I asked the manager about the smell, and he insisted that there was no smoking allowed so it couldn’t possibly smell like cigarettes. It was very hard for me to feel comfortable and relaxed. The room and amenities are also lot what you would expect in a 4 star hotel. Our room was more like a remodeled Best Western. Like others have said, we booked a deluxe king room with an Eiffel Tower view. We were put on the third floor and could only see the Eiffel Tower if we leaned over our balcony and looked to the right. The hotel was also insanely crowded. We had to wait over 15 minutes multiple times for an elevator. Overall, this was by far the worst hotel of our trip (worst in Europe that I’ve stayed at), and I do not recommend this hotel to others, especially for the price.

The hotel's commitment to exceptional customer service was evident from the moment we arrived, pressed for time with only 20 minutes to spare before our scheduled tour of the nearby Eiffel Tower. The front desk agent, understanding our tight schedule, kindly offered to have our luggage delivered to our room, enabling us to make the tour without delay. Upon returning from the Eiffel Tower, I happened to mention to another agent at the desk that we were celebrating my wife's birthday. In a gesture of warm hospitality, they treated us to complimentary drinks at the hotel's restaurant. The pinnacle of their thoughtful service was revealed when we arrived at our room: there, to our delightful surprise, were two chilled bottles of champagne, a selection of fine chocolate, and a heartfelt, personalized birthday card. This level of attentive and personalized care profoundly exceeded our expectations, setting a new standard for what excellence in customer service truly means.

I was a little skeptical after reading a few past reviews, however this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. The hotel staff met us at the cab and took our luggage, we were offered a hot chocolate when we got into the lobby, the staff were all so friendly and accommodating, and the room was incredible. So clean, amazing view of the eiffel tower and so quiet. We could not have asked for a nice hotel for our trip. The location was incredible too, so close to everything. I would 100% stay in this hotel if we return to Paris. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We moved to Pullman, Eiffel Tower for New Year's Eve. I am still glad we did. Despite not having our room equipped with the King bed setup requested, having to notify them twice before resolved, and requesting maid service after they missed cleaning our room the entire day we were gone, I'd still recommend this location. The Eiffel Tower views are incredible and we had short walks to the dinners we'd planned. Their on-site restaurant, FRAME is well done with good vegetarian options, savory vittles, and an expansive Sunday brunch. The truth is, it looked like Pullman was a bit overwhlemed by a big Holiday weekend. I'll extend some grace as nothing overshadowed their strongest characteristics--location and food.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were only here 1 night due to the high price but from the start we felt very well taken care of especially by Alberto. He took it upon himself to make us feel welcome and spoke to us in Spanish to feel at home. He gave me and my wife a few great suggestions of places to visit close by and made us feel very welcome. The room felt medium size, it was clean and the bed was so comfortable. We had an amazing view to the Eiffel tower and were able to take some great pictures. On our way out we found Alberto once again and he went above and beyond to help us on our way out by holding our bags even after we had checked out from the hotel. He was very personable and friendly. Definitely ask for him if you are there. From our perspective we had a great experience.

The housekeeping staff just used her key to open our room door. We got a shock of our lives. After calling to the reception to complain once, another staff opened our door for the second time. Be careful guys. I just saved 3 stars for the good location and view, (and our wonderful memory of honeymoon but no credit to the hotel) It is overpriced and you can find another nearby hotel with similar view and better price. The reception staff and manager were a 'surprise' to us. It wasn't what we expected from a 4-star expensive hotel. Looks like the location and view had made the hotel demand high enough to forget about customer service. So, do look out for other nearby hotel. Not this one.

My husband and I waited to take our honeymoon because of the pandemic, not a big deal it gave us more time to save and plan. This was unfortunately the hotel stay I looked forward to the most. The bellman when we arrived refused to help us get our bags, because we were parked on the side of the hotel (their parking garage is closed for construction, which they didn’t inform us was even happening prior to arriving) so you’re out of luck if you have a vehicle. We arrived at 7 pm and check in was at 3 pm. Unclear as to why, but we had to wait half and hour for our “room” to be ready, if you could call it that. Very awful musky smell in room. The carpets were so stained I felt uncomfortable taking my shoes off when walking on them so I just kept my shoes on until bed time. The bed itself was also extremely uncomfortable. We literally had no view of the Eiffel Tower unless we leaned clear over the balcony. We paid extra for an Eiffel Tower suite. I cried on my honeymoon because of this place. What a nightmare! Not to mention a waste of 3000 €. My husband went down to see if they would rectify the situation and he was met with an uncaring receptionist who shrugged his shoulders and said they were fully booked. We desperately tried finding other accommodations for the first two hours after we arrived. Practically everything of decent quality was booked out because of some event happening in the city. Lesson learned, NEVER stay at the Pullman!!!

I really liked this hotel. Great room number, it was as I booked with the Eiffel view. The view was incredible, even without a balcony. A room was very clean, all the necessary items including slippers, bath and care tools, kettle, coffee and tea were present in the room. Breakfast was very delicious and varied with fresh juices. And it was very nice to got a birthday present from the hotel administration, it was unforgettable!

This hotel is situated in the most ideal locations. If you want a very close view of the Eiffel Tower than this is the place to go. There are some lovely French cafes that do pizzas, pastas etc close by. The reason I have given it 4 stars is because at £400 a night, the room and balcony was quite run down and it seemed like the tea and coffee tray hadn’t been stocked (one tea bag for the 3 night stay) and the room smelt damp after it had been cleaned. Other than that the staff were very friendly, hotel corridors and lobby was very clean. We didn’t eat dinner or lunch here as it was too fancy for us but there are a few of restaurants around and close by to chose from. You can see the view from room 718. They had floor 8 and 9 and then some apartments on the top most floor. The view is definitely spectacular, however you have to sit on the balcony to see the tower, you cannot see it when you are laying in bed. There is a track in-front of the hotel so the lights from there can be quite bright. We were fortunate in our room that it didn’t impact our view or photos, they were obvious when we were in bed as they shine straight into the room. I really enjoyed my stay and it was a fantastic pick for my first time in Paris.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We arrived sooner than the check in time and they so graciously took all our bags and our shopping bags and told us they would keep them for us. When we arrived that night, all bags were already placed in our room. The room was absolutely beautiful, featuring a large bathroom space, comfortable clean sheets, and everything you need. We also went downstairs for drinks at Frame Brasserie and it was lovely as well. However, the best part was definitely the VIEW! Gorgeous views of the Eiffel Tower and surrounding Paris, with plenty of photo opportunities. The full breakfast in the morning was delicious as well. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

Booked room category according to what you need. I booked directly from the hotel website to make sure I got the Eiffel Tower view. I reached early as my flight was early morning, The team, esp Andreas make sure that I will get the room I really like even tho I need to wait awhile but he makes sure by 1pm I can check in. He went up and beyond to make sure I’m happy with the room and explain everything, really big thanks to Andreas. The room has spectacular view with balcony facing directly to Eiffel Tower, that’s all you need and the rest you just enjoy the view. Hotel is modern, clean and it was one of the best stay I ever had in Paris. Definitely coming back.

Stayed here in spring 2017 and I cannot believe I forgot to post a review. We had a spacious room that mostly looked over the soccer field but from our balcony we had a great view of The Eiffel Tower. Amazing at night when it was all lit up. Paris is a city that lends itself to walking. From this location we were able to visit many places and found some great dining experiences. Walking to the tower was a breeze and I loved the neighborhood! The dining experience at the hotel was top notch as was the little bar area. The staff made us feel very welcome.

We chose this hotel for our 24-hour stay in Paris. We arrived at 9 am but the room wasn’t ready, which was fine. We left our bags at the hotel and went to explore. The room was great and the best thing about it was the Eiffel Tower view from the balcony. Definitely an amazing experience being able to watch it during the day and at night with all the lights. Also their breakfast was amazingggg. Really great options. Would definitely stay here again.

Let’s start with the amazing and beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower…absolutely amazing. The rooms have a minimalist style but you have everything you need within the room even a small bar of coffee/tea and water. The bed was also super comfortable. Lastly, the balcony had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower which made us enjoy our stay that much more. The breakfast was to die for as it had delicious variety of foods to pick from and friendly staff. Great staff overall but the staff member that helped us the most was Alberto due to him being multilingual - Spanish was the language we needed in order to properly communicate and he was there to help orient us on the beautiful city to explore. We look forward to making another trip in the near future.

This is a great place if you want an Eiffel Tower view from your room. We stayed one night and could sit on the balcony and see the tower perfectly. It was really neat at night with the lights flashing. Seemed to be a more upscale place, which was nice, but we certainly didn't pay the upscale price for the night. We were also there on Valentines Day weekend and the hotel was decked out for the day, including red LED lights everywhere. Overall a very nice stay, just a little loud given the festivities of the day.

Amazing view, we got a room on the 6th floor and the man said it was the best floor because you weren't too high or low from the view of the Eiffel tower. Our view was great, we couldn't see the tower from our bed but if you poked your head from the balcony it was visible and an amazing view. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff were incredibly friendly and I loved the breakfast. Location is decent, just a heads up being by the Eiffel tower does not mean you'll be a 5min walk from most attractions; more like 20min. Still an amazing place. They also gave us cute stuff for Valentine's Day.

Arrived early but had to wait until check in time since it was extremely busy. Waited for hours with my family of 4 (2 kids) and we were exhausted since we just came from a 10+ hour flight. We went into the lower level and rested on a sofa for hours until it was time to check in. Room was great. We did have a partial view of the Eiffel Tower but even without that view, I was happy with the room. Very spacious for a family of 4 for Paris standards. The location of this hotel is VERY close to the Eiffel Tower which is great but if you are looking for great shops and restaurants nearby, I would suggest staying in a different area. My entire family found this area to be quite dead at night. We ended up having to take a cab to other areas for dining. There are restaurants within walking distance but nothing to rave about. Couldn't get an Uber to go to that area if my life depended on it (not sure why). Lobby of the hotel is always so busy but very clean. Staff seems pretty friendly. Would definitely stay here again since it is extremely difficult to find a hotel with the size for 4 people like this one.

The lobby was very presentable with great staff and great service at the front. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing stay given how much we paid per night. Ultimately we paid €500 per night (as we got the Eiffel Tower view rooms) so we were expecting also 4-star quality rooms. Immediately, once we arrived at our level, we were greeted with a smell was quite nauseating and it felt like the smell came from the old carpets. It wasn't a nice vibe walking down to our room. Our room had great space and great views but they were the only positives. The carpets were so old, which also gave off an old unclean smell, the walls had streaks of condensation marks (the only way I can explain it as if someone had been smoking there and the grime from the smoke accumulated for months), the water pressure in the bathroom was so weak, the shower heads were so flimsy, the bathroom smelled which reminded me of the gym bathrooms the bathroom looked very old and the balcony had very basic furniture. Pullman really needs to do a makeover to make it feel like you've spent your moneys worth. Comparing to the other 4 star hotels we stayed at in Europe on our trip, this had to be the worst 4-star room. The views were great but it would be good for Pullman to at least acknowledge that you're just paying for the views but not to expect 4-star quality rooms. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to staying here! If you want to stay here for the views, you're better off going down and walking up the street for some photos and staying at another hotel.

The customer service provided here was awes-tricking! Everyone did their best efforts to provide for our needs and spoke our language. To add more to that topic, our room was not ready when we arrived to check-in and we were given a complimentary set of drinks and meal, approximately 30 minutes later, we were again greeted and taken to our assigned suite, which had one of the best views of the Eiffel Tower (especially at night). Tip for tourists: be nice and leave tips, they’ll take you a long way and you will enjoy more 😎

We came here to be near the Eiffel Tower. We had a balcony with an Eiffel Tower view. There was a bit of a line during check in. There was, however, a very friendly expediter doing the lines. If they ask you if you want to wait for a higher floor, it’s best to do so. The room was fine. It was spacious. The problems we encountered were: -shower never got that hot -elevator was a bit slow. It was so busy during our departure in the morning. There were three elevators with an additional one in a different area. -the decor of the common areas weren’t very attractive, especially the lower level -it would have been helpful if they were able to change 20€ so we could tip housekeeping We enjoyed our stay. Make sure to try their restaurant, Frame. We took one of the many taxis, waiting in the street, to the airport. It was about the same price as Uber.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Pullman that exceeded all expectations. The highlight was undoubtedly our high-level floor room which offered an absolutely stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. Waking up to a panorama of this iconic landmark was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is top-notch, making it convenient to explore the city and its many attractions. The service was truly excellent, with attentive and helpful staff ensuring a pleasant, hassle-free stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a delightful start to each day. I have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend this hotel for its superb service, fantastic location, and breath-taking views.

I messaged the hotel 4 months before my booking asking for a higher room, never received a reply back and of course they stuck us on the lowest floor. We were gifted wine and dessert by relatives who requested a card to go along with it that would have cleared any confusion on where it came from but they did not include it. When we arrived, there was a large wet spot outside of the bathroom we asked the front desk to look at but they never came and just had to walk around it every day.

Right upon arrival the customer service is top notch and has exceeded our expectations at every turn. They unexpectedly got a room ready for us prior to check in seeing we had a very tired toddler. Additionally, Jeff and team went above and beyond to make sure our room was perfect and help in any way possible to ensure our trip is unforgettable. Fantastic hotel and service, highly recommended!

Beware international travelers!!! Hotel charged us twice for our stay, and they will not respond to messages regarding the issue. Hotel charges upon check-in and again upon check-out. We booked 2 rooms (for a family of 5: 2 adults and 3 children under the age of 5)- 1 room with king bed, and 1 room with a king bed, plus a twin side bed. When we got to the rooms, the small twin bed was not there. We called to request it and they gave us an attitude. They should get their system in order and should not offer bookings that they are not willing to accommodate. I did not expect this type of problems from a hotel of this tier. It is not inexpensive and they charge you double. If the charge issue is resolved promptly this review will be edited to reflect resolution.

Stayed last weekend and had a room with an Eiffel Tower view, it was spectacular. Check in was easy and quick, we arrived early and they allowed us to check on at noon. Much to my surprise I received a complimentary massage and it was the PERFECT beginning to our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the service was outstanding, from check in to check out, everything was perfection. Within walking distance to the tower, many restaurants, cafes, the Seine, bakeries, you name it. I wish our stay was longer and I would go back in a heartbeat. Picture is the view from our room.

Booked a twin room for one night on a trip to Paris as a treat to get that Eiffel Tower view and the Pullman did not disappoint! The view is, of course, incredible, the room was clean, tidy with a good range of facilities, and very comfortable beds (Please let people know where you get the memory foam pillows!) The breakfast buffet had a large selection of different types of foods, some French, some international to suit any taste. Every staff member we dealt with, from checkout to leaving, was friendly, helpful and very customer orientated. All adding to feeling like a VIP for the duration of our stay. A lovely way to start our holiday.

Very disappointing experience and way over priced. It’s a 3-star hotel at the best. The hotel is so overpriced for the quality of the room and service, simply because it’s close to the tower, but unless you’re paying even more for a room with tower view, you won’t see the tower anyway. The room smells bad with a strange odour. The room is so dated. The carpet is old and dirty. The room we got is a connection room with a door directly into the room next door. And you can hear EVERYTHING next door, the lady coughing next door, flushing the toilet, having a shower, everything. And everything in the corridor also. We got woken up at 6am when the phone alarm next room was on. We had the worst sleep ever in this hotel, it’s ridiculous. The pillow was awful. It was so old that the cotton inside is clotted into individual hard cotton balls. It’s impossible to sleep on. The lobby is always crowded with large tourist groups and always long wait speak to staff at the front desk. Breakfast for €35 is a complete rip off.

Booked the suite with view of Eiffel Tower. Great view indeed. Spacious room and bathroom. There is a sofa bed and a dining table. Well equipped with kitchen sink, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Fridge is good for keeping fruits, food, wines and ice. There is also a minibar with complimentary drinks replenished daily. Lots of eateries nearby with decent food. Only the room carpet probably need to be replaced. Looked old and dated. There is heating in the bedroom but not so for the living area or at least we didn’t feel it. The cold air in winter does seep in through the windows. I don’t think they have porters. Staff could have offered more assistance with our luggage on loading and unloading.

Not sure what happened to my review of this place, but I will be quick it's not worth the ticket. Yes, there is an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower as its one block away. The restaurant is good but a little pricey. The surrounding area is nice with a bunch of small cafes which was nice. Now would I ever stay here again absolutely not. Let me start with not every room has a good view of the Eiffel Tower and don't be deceived by the photos on the site. We stayed in the $600 a night suite and unlike the photo shows it only has a small view of the tip top of the tower. The complaints about the AC is absolutely true and unresolved. The complaints about long check-in wait times is absolutely true and unresolved. The complaints about slow and lackluster service are absolutely true and unresolved. Surprisingly even as an IT person the complaints about the tech in the room are absolutely true and unresolved; it will take you a second to figure some things out. Now the thing not really being said is the hotel is like a used car, it might look shiny new on the outside but you start to notice the wear and tear on the inside. The biggest problem is the AC by far. The rooms get stuffy and hot and while you can open the windows you then become subject to street noise. At night it seemed like ever 30 minutes a police car went by and the sirens echo loudly off the buildings. Also understand the windows don't just crack they swing wide open so not extremely safe for young children. Fortunately, I didn't book my entire trip here only the first couple days which is what I would recommend for anyone. Its a great first day spot as you're going to have to wait a while to get your room anyways (we waited 2 1/2 hours) so you have them take your bags and walk over to the tower and grab a bite at a cafe. Check a big item off your list right away. We stayed at the other pullman hotel which is a fraction of the cost but much nicer.

I have been to Paris before and our last hotel was dodgy so I was nervous coming back again but omg this was the best holiday and the Pullman just made it that much better. We arrived early and our room was ready so we were able to check in early our room was breathtaking the view of the Eiffel Tower was out of this world. The room was so clean, big and comfortable had everything you would need. All the stuff we’re so so nice and helpful to us. I couldn’t recommend this place more!!!! Location was fabulous so many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets didn’t take long to walk places and close to metro if you need to go further or don’t want to walk. We had an amazing trip!!! Plus the Christmas decorations we’re just the cutest!! Thank you Pullman Tour Eiffel

AMAZING HOTEL ! The Pullman is the perfect place for your next stay in Paris… the staff is so kind, and the rooms are very nice! It’s literally at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower! It is beautiful to walk out and see it just next to you! The staff is great, thank you to Aline and Antoine who were super kind during all our stay, The breakfast is giant, with all sort of food, I highly recommend it. The rooms are bright and clean ! Really looking forward to come back here, it’s a little paradise in this shinny Paris

Love my room with balcony and view of the Eiffel Tower. I loved it so much we have booked 4 more days after our river tour. This hotel is close and convenient to things we want to see and visit. The desk staff is very helpful. Housekeeping is very good. Breakfast here is very good. My husband says this hotel has a very comfortable feel to it, you can just relax when you need it.

We stayed here for our Spring Break vacation and were constantly impressed! From the amazing service and perfect location to the breathtaking balcony view of the Eiffel Tower, this hotel had everything. We did the room-service breakfast and it exceeded all expectations. The balcony view was amazing and well-worth the upgrade. My sisters' room was on the 3rd floor and mine on the 4th and we both could see it well. Being able to walk to delicious cafes or take a taxi to another part of town was super convenient. But I also loved that our rooms were so nice that sleeping in and taking the day slow was also luxurious.

Check in was very slow. However, the woman who checked us in was very pleasant. Check in was supposed to be 3:00 (15:00), but we had to wait until 5:30 (17:30) to get into our room. Our room had an incredible view, so it was well worth the wait. The bed was comfortable and had two pillows. Slept great! It was a tub/shower combo. If you are short, it's quite the stretch. The room was clean and air conditioner worked well! Overall, great stay for Bastille Day.

My 2 year old and I stayed here for 9 weeks over the summer. We were welcomed every morning by the breakfast staff who were lovely! A special thanks to Celine for always taking care of us. The room was a good size for us and had a nice view. I feel like housekeeping might be overstretched as some days simple things weren’t done (water not being replaced, no towels) and I’m not sure how often sheets are changed unless you specifically ask. I only used the laundry service in the hotel once because it’s pretty pricey, but the one time I sent a white top covered in bolognese sauce they returned it perfectly clean and stain free!

Perfect location! Very convenient to go to the Eiffel Tower - - two minutes walk! You could not beat that deal compared to to the other hotels. It’s pricey but worth it! Everyone is professional and always render to help. I am 69 years old but staff are friendly to help my handicapped capabilities with my phone. Oh yeah, I will come back to this hotel. Also, I will highly recommend to my family and friends! 😁

The location is fantastic. The staff is kind. The hotel is definitely setup for pairs, but they can accommodate families easily with notice. Get the breakfast; it definitely beats any American buffet. The one minor complaint is no ability to control the AC/heat in your own room, but luckily the weather was nice enough for us to keep the balcony door open so we were comfortable.

Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated your speedy response to all our questions while planning our trip. Your reception was wonderful, accommodating and very professional. Everything was super clean, the room was super comfortable and always equipped. The restaurant staff, especially KANNCH-NA, was incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional and always had a beautiful smile. And yes, the food was fantastic, well prepared and nicely presented. Our only suggestion is to install the Christmas decorations a little earlier. We left on December 06, 2023 and only enjoyed the full spectacle of the beautiful and festive decor for only two days. The decor was so beautiful we wished they were up sooner. However, overall we had an amazing PARIS experience and we certainly appreciated that you made it more special. Merci! Luis

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Hotel Eiffel Tower, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff's exceptional service, combined with a room featuring a balcony with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, made for an unforgettable experience. The friendly and helpful staff contributed to the overall positive atmosphere, and the cleanliness of the hotel added to its appeal. The bar downstairs offered a delightful array of food and drinks, making it a fantastic choice for those looking to indulge in Parisian delights. Without a doubt, Pullman Hotel Eiffel Tower stands out as the best hotel in Paris.

I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere as I walked in. Service was really exceptional as well. I explained how uncommon my last name was in the states, but here it was so normal for them to pronounce it, (being its a french name). A wonderful view of one of France's many monuments are within view of my room. There also a restaurant part of the building, and access to the gym if you're into fitness. Complementary mini bar was free of charge which I don't see very often so that was a big win while staying there. The location is within lots of restaurant's and attractions you don't have to go very far and the best experience in my opinion is through walking around taking it all in. Definitely making another trip to continue exploring Paris. Thanks for hosting me Pullman Paris.

The hotel is in a wonderful location with easy access to many attractions. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the lobby staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean comfortable. The only improvement could be the tub/shower. It has a very high step in and is difficult for someone who walks with a cane and has limited mobility. The included breakfasts were very good and appreciated the wait staff who made sure you had everything you needed. A special thank you to Celine who went out of her way to be sure we felt welcome and pleased with the service. Would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Just a very short stroll to the base of the Eiffle tower. We booked a garden view roof and were surprised at the view of the tower from bed! Check in staff were super friendly and helpful. This is the second time here at this hotel and I would definitely book again. Also the mini bar is free which is nice to have cold bottled water

Just called this hotel for confirming a reservation one of our employee had in this hotel, and I must say it was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The service, or lack thereof, was absolutely abysmal. First and foremost, the woman's behavior was shockingly unprofessional and rude. I called the hotel several times and the person on the other end of the line simply hung up on me. This level of disrespect and disregard for a guest's needs is completely unacceptable. We have today, Oct 18th, I called more than 6 times between 14:00 and 15:00 and since reservation asked me to contact reception I called reception which was truly disappointing. Her attitude was dismissive, and she seemed disinterested in assisting guests. Her lack of professionalism only exacerbated my frustration, making me feel undervalued. It is genuinely disheartening to have such a negative experience at a reputable chain like Pullman. I expected a much higher level of service and courtesy. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider their choice of accommodation and explore other options and I sincerely hope that they take immediate steps to improve their service standards and staff training to prevent such incidents from happening to others.

Today I stayed in their best suite, No. 504. They received me with a very cold and unprofessional reception that did not deserve the number of stars I received after the tiring travel. I was surprised that there was no water in the suite, a toothbrush, and a very warm air conditioner. Unfortunately, my wife and I were disappointed after we learned that we could not communicate with the reception due to a faulty phone. We had to. We went several times to the reception and they told us that it could not be fixed until tomorrow. A very bad experience for me. I hope to not repeat these mistakes in the future with other customers. Thank you.

Hotel service is good and staff is nice, location is convenient to what you want RER/metro just few minutes walking distance. Room is clean however when they help to clean my there left something on the floor. Breakfasts is amazing especially Ms. Celine she is nice and helpful so that I feel comfortable in my living period.

I loved the hotel and it's location. Rooms are comfortable. But while this hotel welcomes so many international guests esp. Business travellers, they don't have a facility of a universal / multi plug. There is no business center whee one can charge incompatible devices. I think this is a very basic but important deficiency in service which hotel must look into. For this, cut two stars for service and one for room

I had a time during my stay, at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower. This amazing experience was made possible by Jeff, one of the hotels employees. Jeffs outstanding service truly brightened my day. Right from the moment I arrived Jeff greeted me warmly with a smile that instantly made me feel welcome. His sincere. Eagerness to help others really touched me. Throughout my stay Jeff went above. Beyond to ensure that I had an enjoyable time. Whether it was offering recommendations for attractions or addressing any concerns I had Jeff was always there with an attitude ready to assist me. His dedication to his work and genuine care for guests set him apart from others. I want to express my gratitude to Jeff for transforming my stay, at the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower into an experience. His exceptional service, demeanor and willingness to go the mile truly made a difference in how I perceived my overall stay. Thank you much Jeff for your service. I highly recommend both Jeff and the Pullman Paris Eiffel Tower to anyone looking for an delightful hotel experience.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel. The service was excellent, and Celine, a staff member in the restaurant, provided exceptional service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel.

Has been redecorated, very nicely. Great bar and food, but hotel prices. Staff is very friendly, but when arriving no one STILL helps to bring in your baggage. I find the location excellent on its own quiet street just off the Seine and the Eiffel tower

Hotel & staff were great. Very touristy area. Not authentic Paris. Loved seeing the Eiffel Tower every morning & night, but not convenient to the rest of Paris. Rooms could use some upkeep. A little caulk would go a long way.

Comfortable room, amazing view, great location. However did not really approve of the service from one of your receptionist (female on first counter from left, night shift). She was not friendly and did not seem like she wanted to accommodate my emergency need. Could have been better if she wasn’t so unfriendly and could be more apologetic. Please advise her to improve her customer service. (30/9/23)

We arrived for five days and we could not have been happier. The hotel lived up to our expectations. From the moment we arrived we were looked after, the staff were very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. The room was lovely, clean and breezy. The view of the Eiffel Tower was breathtaking, we were a stones throw from the Tower. A five-star stay. Thank you!

The rooms are amazing and really close to the Eiffel Tower. We got the view of the tower. You can choose view of the tower or view of the gardens. I would recommend the view of the Eiffel Tower. We think the rooms are a great value if you book advanced. We had a great experience overall from the welcome gift they give you to the room service and the cleaning. We had one situation where we came back to our room and the drain was taken apart but wasn’t a big deal. Overall would highly recommended this location if you want to be right next to the Eiffel Tower and want to be able to see it ever day even from your room.

Great hotel, incredibly close to Eiffel tower. The balcony shot is exactly what you get, so go for it! Rooms are modern with very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast is a great assortment of fruits, cakes, eggs, sausage, cheeses, go for the breakfast included option. Staff was nice enough. They have some electric scooters u can rent which is cool. Overall, fantastic hotel

My family and I stayed at the Pullman for three nights. The hotel is beautiful and within close walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, the Seine, and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly. I will never forget starting my mornings by being greeted and seated by Medini and Fernando. They were so warm and welcoming and Fernando even helped me practice my French. 😊. Additionally, the breakfast was absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, but especially if it is your first time in Paris.

I love enjoy the Pullman. The host is in the front was amazing and enough to bring my business. Alberto was his name! Always positive and always helpful! Everyone should be trained by him because of his skills. I’ll probably come back because of how he treated us. The view is really close to the Eiffel Tower. Everything is walkable and there’s a plethora of restaurants near by.

My last stay at the Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel was simply AMAZING! If I could give the staff more than 5 stars I would, they made this retirement trip over the top! I would like to give a special thank you to Nadhir Agrebi in guest relations. He went above and beyond and made this one of my favorite trips with his genuine hospitality, graciousness, and attention to detail. Now lets talk about this amazing suite with the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower! Wow, you sure did make me feel special. This is the view that everyone dreams about when going to Paris. The location is fantastic too! Walking distance to so many sights and great restaurants. Many, many thanks and looking forward to coming back to this great hotel!

Viking Cruises uses this hotel for their pre and post cruise extensions, this is how we ended up staying here. Very nice place rooms are very nice and the bathroom is very roomy and modern. Because we were Viking we got the breakfast buffet for free. The buffet was quit large and had everything from sunny side up eggs to fresh fruit and of choice great baked goods. Never got to try then for dinner since the one night we tried to eat in they were fully booked and ad no spots for guests. Room service was just OK bed was made but left only one clean towel for the two of us. The hotel is super close to the Eiffel tower (about a block away) and some roms have a tower view, ours did not. This was fine because it is lit up all night and causes a bit of light pollution. Also the hotel is quite busy, I believe this is due to it's proximity to the tower. Great area to explore and many fine restaurants in the area. I would book this hotel id doing so on my own.

Wonderful hotel. Amazing view of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony. Walking distance to the metro. Very clean and spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay more comfortable and memorable. Especially the bar staff who made a special cocktail for my birthday!

Rooms are ok but looks old .The Hotel always crowded so for any reason you want to change the rooms it’s difficult to change or move you to other rooms. And I don’t know why they are too many people in the Lobby , difficult to get out of elevator Long time to wait when you check in / out . I was waiting 1 hr For the luggage I end up to pick it up by myself. Room size so far was acceptable Europe size ,In the picture is seem huge but in reality not. Great Location, the staff are good but as normal always busy . Over price

Room was nice but older with warn down carpet and broken a/c. The hole (yes a hole cut in a wall with door over it) is where you can find the frig. The garden view with balcony was a nice sized but the view was of the dock/trash area and other people’s apartments. No one offered to help with luggage on arrival or departure. Also, when we checked in there was a mix up with us having breakfast included. On the 3rd day of 5, they had it fixed. The location is great, loved being close to RER and metro, plus when we were out and about, we could use the tower to find our way back😁 Breakfast was amazing! They had much to offer and beverage selection was impressive.

This was our second occasion booking a stay at Pullman Eiffel because of the amazing experience we had the first time. We didn’t think our experience could get any better but after a long flight we arrived slightly early and Kouadio helped us get into our room and provided an amazing service and hospitality. We are so thankful for him and the rest of the amazing team at Pullman. Christopher at the breakfast cafe was amazing as well, so kind and attentive. We appreciate you all and can’t wait to come back next year.

Fantastic location within view of the Eiffel tower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Refreshments and materials were of high quality. Three rooms we used were in the basement. They were nice and comfortable but the absence of natural light was noticeable.

Great location in a chic modern Paris hotel. After a many days of staying in more historical locations, it was nice to get to the Pullman. Tons of modern amenities, a large bathroom, and a large shower. Definitely upgrade to a room with a view! You won’t regret it.

Terrible experience. The only positive side is that the hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower, that's it! Be aware that for six months of the year, they remove your AC. I asked the front desk, and their suggestion was to open the balcony door if I was hot. Towels were not changed; we noticed they were folding the same ones we were using and putting them back. We left some of our baby’s clothes behind and called the hotel to pick them up, but they said housekeeping did not find them. Not good! Other than being five minutes from the Eiffel Tower, this hotel is not worth the price. Management did not even care.

Overall nice hotel and location, my rating score is based on the customer service we received with specific staff members. I traveled with other family members who had separate rooms and requested for us to all be on the same floor which was accommodated. The staff member who checked us in gave two rooms with the Eiffel tower view and one with only the garden view. I had the room with the garden view and the toilet was not working properly. We called down to have it fixed so they sent maintenance. The person they sent insisted nothing was wrong with it after flushing it a few times. My wife pointed out that it was clogged as the water would rise to the rim almost overflowing when flushing. So he went down to get a plunger. Even after plunging it, it was still not flushing properly - if we had to use it for #2, there would be no way it would flush down. So we went down and requested another room. They told us the only room available was two separate beds and had us take a look at it to see if we were interested. My wife at this point was not happy at all. She demanded to speak to the manager and after seeing and hearing how unhappy she was, he finally gave us a better room that was aligned with our other family members (with the Eiffel tower view). If this was given to us from the beginning, our rating of this hotel would be a perfect 10. Also, our travel package included a welcome drink coupon per guest and was not given to us. We went down and asked for it with the same staff member who initially checked us in. He now seemed annoyed and told us the hotel doesn't do the welcome drinks anymore and our travel package is outdated but will give it to us anyway. If they don't give welcome drinks anymore, why do they still have the coupons for it? To add with the frustrations, each of our room keys got deactivated so we had to go down to get it reactivated.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pullman Paris! The view was to die for, good location - just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower and close to the metro stop - and the breakfast was amazing! The room was a decent size, clean and had no issues. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend adding in the breakfast buffet as it was a great start to our mornings. Would recommend this hotel and will stay here again if we make it back to Paris!

We had a fantastic stay. Hotel was clean, in a perfect location right next to Eiffel Tower. The room was comfortable (beds amazing) and we had a sweet view of the Eiffel Tower balcony! The best part of our stay was the event manager, Nyaed who went out of her way to give my wife access to the private terrace to take wedding anniversary photos! We will be coming back for sure

No doubt the location and the view of the Eiffel Tower was great, but for the price we are paying, there was nothing special about the hotel. Service level, staff, facility, room amenity, etc. was all just average. Especially for being a gold member plus the ALL Plus Voyageur, we did not get anything other than a welcome drink voucher. The balcony was nice to view the Eiffel Tower, but you could hear everything from the next door neighbor through the late night (until around 2 am). The heater thermometer did not really work, so we had to open the balcony door to let the air in but that meant we couldn't sleep because of the noise from next door.
