Very substandard hotel. They present themselves very well, nice pictures, perfect words. But in real-life you are shocked only walking the entrance (if the malfunctioning sliding door is working). And from there the so called “quality” is amazing you along the way. It is not clean, damaged everywhere, dusty up to the point it influences your breath and the staff is polite in beginning but rude if you ask something which they can’t understand. We tried to stay there for 2 nights but my son and wife were not able to stay after a few hours because of the hygiene in the hotel. When i asked to cancel the stay, it all started. When i pointed out why, it started even more. After being treated rude, the manager wasn’t able to be reached. Never took initiative to understand the situation and after 4 weeks still waiting for a proper answer and refund. We travel every month and it is the first time i ever been treated rude like this. Gladly we took some pictures of the “quality” of the hotel. NEVER again to Le Derby Alma.

Great overnight stay. My flight was cancelled last minute and I was able to book online the morning of my stay. I chose this hotel because it was near the Eiffel Tower and just a 9 minute walk. I only had a night to explore Paris so accessibility was important. I’m also from NY and pretty picky with hotels. I was happy with this hotel. It has a modern/upscale vibe, the bed was very comfy, there were toiletries in the bathroom, drinks and snacks in the fridge and customer service at the front desk was great. Everyone was so polite. The hotel is in a safe area and within walking distance to many restaurants. Staff also arranged for my taxi to the airport the next morning. I’ll definitely return when I’m in Paris and already recommended to everyone I know.

Was told I would get a room with the Eiffel Tower view before arriving, but ended up in a small room on the first floor. Don't think there was AC, and the shower was not easy to use. I was highly disappointed with the room, especially since I bought the romance package from their website instead of a third-party site. When asked for a potential upgrade for the room, I was told there were no rooms left during my stay. Overall, I had a disappointing experience at this hotel and would not book here again.

Great hotel, very polite staff, clean and quiet rooms despite being in the centre with comfortable beds. We had great night sleep and breakfast is very tasty and varied in a cozy breakfast room. Staff was very polite and helpful, accommodating all the request quickly and efficiently. The room with the balcony overlooking Eiffel Tower is a worth upgrade.

Le Derby Alma is a beautiful hotel with a courteous and knowledgeable staff. The room was spacious with a view of the Eiffel Tower, clean and comfortable! It is located near the Eiffel Tower, but not so close that you are over-run with tourists. This was a better price than the larger chain hotels, and a much better room. I would recommend Le Derby Alma to anyone travelling to Paris.

Hotel is in great safe location. Can see the Eiffel Tower from the small windows in top suites, which is cool. Can’t really sit there and enjoy but still cool. The staff are the stand out. Went above and beyond over and over again for my family. Small enough hotel that you’re dealing with same staff all the time yet big enough to have everything you need. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Paris. Thank you derby Alma staff.

The staff were amazing, very polite, helpful, and caring. No complaints there. The location is very nice, and close to the Eiffel tower and boat trips. The room was smelly, especially the carpet, dirty and very smelly. The shower drain did not work properly, and collected water after a few showers. The bathroom amenities were lacking, and were subpar for a 4 start hotel. The room amenities were lacking also, and overall felt very cheap and tight. The free breakfast had a very poor selection, and nothing special about. Espresso was like water, the orange juice was sometimes old and smelly, the eggs, bacon, and sausage links were disgusting. The elevator was old, and sometimes we had to wait like 4-5 minutes because the house staff were using it. Overall, you stay here for the proximity location to a few attractions. Otherwise seek elsewhere.

Service was very nice for American tourists, very accommodating with English. Allowed us to store our luggage while we waited for our room. Room was nice, air conditioning worked great in the heatwave they had. There was a great view of the Eiffel Tower from the window! Bathroom was a bit awkward with the shower and toilet, but worked for the most part. Fitness center was small, and had one treadmill, one elliptical, one sitting bike, and a small weights machine. Worked well since no one else seemed to use it Breakfast was available for a price, but we did not participate since there were bakeries a plenty nearby. Location was great with many restaurants around and a quick 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Exceptional hotel and staff. In my years of travelling never met such a jovial, professional and kind team. At Hotel Le Derby Alma they know the meaning of hospitality. Thank you all for making our stay extra special and for the mini gift for my birthday. We will be back. Warmest regards

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Lots of shops and restaurants/bars within walking distance. Eiffel Tower is just around the corner. Staff was wonderful. Our luggage was delayed by KLM and the staff (especially Mehdi) helped us by calling the airport and speaking with baggage staff so we could get our bags back.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful. I spent 4 nights in a room with Eiffel tower view. The bed faced a window and I woke to the most spectacular pink sunrise canvassing the gorgeous Parisan building across from the hotel. Breathtaking. The staff were extremely friendly and lovely. The area around the hotel was perfectly situated to take in the important sites in the city. Paris and Le Derby Alma are permanently etched in my heart. A lovers paradise.

Excellent front desk staff. Helped us out with an upgrade to a suite with an Eiffel tower view as a surprise for my family of 4. The location of the hotel could not be more perfect, in a safe area close to the Eiffel tower with restaurants, cafe's and bars all around it. The breakfast area and quality was less than great, so we skipped hotel breakfast after the 1st day and picked up excellent breakfast from a very reasonably priced café, a couple doors down. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Great proximity to the Eiffel Tower! Its also surrounded by great restaurants to choose from. Also the boulangerie near the hotel is one of the best. Absolutely delightful! Amazing service from staff as well!

Booked this hotel last minute and it turned out to be a true treasure. Great location, spacious rooms, but most importantly the most helpful and friendly staff, namely Mayowa. He is a wonderful human being and a great asset to this hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and very helpful service! Rooms are small and a bit dimly lit so you're really paying a premium for the location, but it's very close to the Eiffel tower and is surrounded by decent restaurant options. Bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The people at the front desk at also very friendly and helpful. Would recommend, especially for solo travellers or couples.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Derby Alma. Lovely, accomodating staff, who were very helpful! The rooms are clean and each day our beds were made up, fresh towels and restocked mini bar (all included). We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Le Derby Alma is such a charming hotel in a beautiful and central location, very near the Eiffel Tower and other major tourist landmarks. There is a great choice of good cafes/restaurants close by, too. Our room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The highlight of our stay however was the excellent service and friendliness of the hotel concierge staff (Mouna, Mayowa and Mathilde). They have excellent knowledge of local services and tourist amenities that they were able to recommend or book for hotel guests. When I required emergency medical consultation, the staff were very kind to assist in contacting a doctor to see me at the hotel. They made sure that I was well taken care of.

This is a charming hotel located near the Eiffle Tower and close to all the sites of Paris. The rooms are tastefully decorated and immaculately clean. I asked for an Eiffle Tower view room and was told none were available. The staff scrambled and found one and surprised me, including leaving a sweet handwritten welcome note on the bed with a lovely box of cookies. It made my one night in Paris a memorable one. ✨️ There are several good restaurants in walking distance (Indian, Italian and French). I can't recommend highly recommend enough. Stay here and you will love it!

My sister and I were just in Paris for a one-night layover and Le Derby Alma was the perfect launching point for our quick adventure. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the room was comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the bathroom was. We chose a rate with breakfast and the selection was very good We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris.

I recently stayed at Le Derby Alma for my birthday trip and it was my first time in Paris. Let me just say, this hotel exceeded my exceptions. The hospitality was amazing, the front desk treated my guest and me with so much respect and was helpful with making my trip go smoothly. I stayed in the Eiffel Tower suite and it was AMAZING!!!! To wake up and go to sleep with the Eiffel tour as my background was a girl's dream. Long story short, I highly recommended .. oh yeah its located near tons of cafes and metro stations

Stayed for 4 nights and it was an enjoyable one. From the amazing hotel staff to our room with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower you couldn’t ask for a better stay! In addition the location is so central to amazing restaurants and several attractions with the Eiffel Tower only being 5 mins walk!

I would like to commend the whole staff in giving their best effort to their guests. We got the room on the 6th floor and it was spacious. There are a lot of food establishments nearby and it’s near to the Eiffel tower. I would definitely consider Hotel Le Derby on my next visit!
