Stay away from this place 1. By mistake we made a reservation the wrong month, when we asked to make the change they did it. But didn't notify that the cost was going to duplicate, we realized and had plenty of time to cancel but they denied and were going to change us anyways.. So we decided to go. It was VERY expensive. 2. Front desk doesn't speak English or Spanish or anything else apart from French. So hard to communicate and they are not helpful at all. 3. The room was "ok" but the carpet seemed dirty. 4. They charged everything, even water bottles, really? 5. It's old, the toilet is un confortable for example. 6. The pillows are cheap and old. 7. There's no amenities (apart from a sauna that you have to call an hour before to use and it's in basement...) Taking into account this is rated as a 5 star hotel... This felt like a 2 star hotel, we've stayed in many 3 star hotels way better than this one. Stay away!

Oh boy I don’t even know where to start. The hotel is visibly dirty and old. You cannot enter it without calling the reception by interphone or with your room card which is not too big of an issue unless you have a lot of bags, then it is. We had to wait for a few hours until our room was ready and when we got into the room we were shocked by how disgusting it was. Dust and hair everywhere, we had some paper and a cherry (?) under the bed along with other dust. The carpet was beyond nasty. Overall the floors looked like no one washed them in months. There is no phone to call the reception in the room btw. We had to change rooms and the next room was not much better. It felt disgusting but because it was not refundable, we were forced to stay. Also the receptionists don’t speak English very well and overall just don’t seem to care much. There is no mini bar or room service menu. And the hands towel had some weird bugs looking objects on them. It was so nasty I threw it on the floor before inspecting further. Honestly don’t come here unless you wanna cry like me because you feel trapped in a dirty old room. I hope this can help.

My family enjoyed the stay in the apartment suite. Great for a large family. I will stay again but if another hotel had better amenities I would have to reconsider. It felt 5 stars but the small things made it mediocre. Cons: -Moldy ceiling in bathroom -Housekeeping kept forgetting to do small things like empty trash, replace towels or refill toilet paper -No room service -No on-site restaurant -No cocktail hour/social Hour -Small dining table not large enough for A family -no roof top lounge area to enjoy scenery -no welcome brochure (with reception #, fitness information, local restaurants etc Pros: -Robe/slippers -washer/dryer combo -dishwasher -large bathrooms -balcony w/o chairs -mini kitchen - locates minutes away from Tower -Staff is a little stand-offish

Booked two rooms for my fathers end of life trip. Rooms were not as described. They call this a “five star tourist hotel” but STAY AWAY! Because they are “hotel-apartments” they get away with not offering any of the amenities of an actual French 5 Star hotel (which are substantially lower than American standards; but still not even meeting French 5 star standards because they are apartments). Do not stay here.

A reasonably nice Hotel and perfect location close to Trocadero. Happy with our three nights but to manage expectations, this hotel does not live up to five star rating. The cons first. Rooms are ok but quite worn, plumbing and water is as you would expect in Paris, below par. First evening and morning there was no warm water in the shower or the tub. Furnishings were missing from the windows and it all gave quite a tacky impression. The pros. Staff were super friendly, helpful and polite. No problem extending our checkout on our last day as my wife was ill. So as far as the staff is concerned it’s five star. But for the rest I would compare it with a strong three star or a weak four star hotel. The hot water issue could be a one off, but it’s not really acceptable for a five star hotel.

I stayed at deluxe one bed room with living area, kitchen. This hotel is a 5 star hotel but actually I didn’t feel like it. The living room area had a cigarette odor. Perhaps people who had stayed there before smoked indoors. It was overall ok but definitely not 5 star. Location is good.

No. For a five star hotel I was very disappointed. First of all, they showed us where the breakfast would be served, but never said there was a charge, so I assumed incorrectly that it was complementary as most five star hotels offer. Secondly, there was no hot water several times when it was time to take a shower. All the towels and bedding were nice but the showers were disappointment. Also, I requested a late check out which they granted, and I appreciated, but then I was called in the morning and told that I needed to leave at noon. I reminded them that I had an extension and they apologized and said excuse the interruption. Also, the first day when we came back at about 2:30 PM the room had not been made up and I was not feeling very well and I had to wait down in the lobby for over 45 minutes for it to be cleaned and I understood that the rooms were all cleaned by 3 PM, which was why we were denied early access because they said they needed until three to finish cleaning and we could check in at four. Lastly, our room was very noisy, because the cleaning ladies parked their carts at the end of the hallway where our room was located, and , we could hear them coming and going and chatting and laughing which would be fine if it wasn’t right outside our door. So clearly, for my money and experience, this was not comparable to a five-star hotel, and I was quite disappointed and surprised. The staff was very friendly and nice but the quality of , the amenities and the service I feel were less than superior

Very average stay. Pros - Great location Spacious rooms Cons - No power socket at a good location. May be in a corner of the room where you cannot keep the phone overnight. Hard to understand light switches Rooms look old and not moderns. With the interior quality I am surprised they can call themselves 5 star. Smallest shower room ever in a 5 star Lastly - the hotel was booked by my office. On arrival I was told my room doesn’t include breakfast. I said ok. Before departure I checked my booking conditions and it said - includes breakfast. When I showed this to the reception they said “oh yes it does”. Come on. How did u not know this earlier. Or this was a way to overcharge me since I was traveling on office expenses.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at La Clef Eiffel Paris. From the moment we arrived the staff was very warm and welcoming. The rooms are very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The view of the Eiffel was wonderful. Laying in bed and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle was so incredibly idyllic. The shampoo, conditioner and soap provided smelled delightful. The blow dryer in the room provided us with some great hair days. The attention to detail from the hotel is top notch and very much appreciated. The Eiffel Tower is so close. I would definitely stay at La Clef Eiffel Paris again if we want to be in that arrondissement.

I am a simple traveler and when I find a great product or service I stick with it. I fly American Airlines and when in Paris in the future will stay at the La Clef Tour Eiffel. Mostafa and Fizal turned me on to a great nearby Moroccan restaurant. GREAT HOTEL GREAT SERVICE!

Horrible hotel & staff! To begin, we had to wait over an hour past check in time to get to our room and the front desk was rude when we asked how long while waiting. Once in our room, cleaning staff walked into the room and knocked on doors when do not disturb sign was hanging. To top, I left my important medication (Humira) in the room after check out. The staff assured me that they would get it to me. I sent an email with address asking to please send next day air and I will pay any amount. Unfortunately, they cannot read English and sent postal service, which ruined my medication. La Clef does not care about their customers and treat them very poorly, offering only poor experience. They offer no help in finding my medication, not would I trust them. I would never suggest anyone stay unless they want to be treated very poorly. They are rude and not good service!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here! The room was beautiful and spacious, modern decoration, minimalistic, and clean. The check in process was a little of a wait but completely understandable as I’m sure many that were checking in/out needed help with luggage, taxis, recommendations, and more. The property has an expansive lobby to decompress or have a coffee. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and cannot wait until I come back!

It is impossible to sleep at this this hotel, as the bar of the hotel plays music at the loudest level possible with strong bass. If you want to pay for sleepless nights at a hotel, this hotel should be your first choice.

Bad experience at all. Bad staff behavior. Once we enter the suite , the floor, bathrooms are so dirty , even they didn’t change the bed sheets after the previous guests. Despite the great location , I will never recommend it .

Great location. Big / empty semi-modern rooms with cheap furniture. Close to the metro. But, the staff - wasn’t blown away by any of them. They never told me about the premises, not even when checkout is. They really need to improve this. don’t be surprised by the facade of the registration area when you walk in to check in. It’s really no better than a holiday inn.

This is one of the worst hotels , if not the worst ! In the beginning, there is no one carry my bags at the time of entry!! I have my child and my wife with me. this thing is very annoying. Unfortunately, I carried all the bags myself, how is that and this is a 5-star hotel?? In my opinion, it’s is a 2 star hotel only, Secondly, my friend is staying in this hotel and he is the owner of a travel and tourism company. He told us that the hotel was treated poorly and the cleanliness is very bad. He advised me to cancel all friends and family bookings and they were booked at the Sofitel Hotel This is my friend story After that I canceled my reservation in this hotel and I went to sofitel

I recently stayed at Le Clef Eiffel in Paris with my family of five during June 25th to June 28th. Sadly, our experience at this purported five-star hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. Prepare yourself for the truth before booking! Despite the hotel's cleanliness and friendly desk agents, our arrival was marred by an infuriating delay of over an hour and a half due to a supposed "technical error." This was just the beginning of the endless disappointments that followed. Upon entering our room, we discovered that the air conditioning was completely non-functional. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk, hoping for a swift resolution. However, their response was nothing short of negligent and deceptive. They assured us that a technician would examine the problem while we dined out, only to act clueless when we returned, leaving our children to suffer through a sleepless night in unbearable summer heat. The next day, we raised our concerns again, but were met with excuses and empty promises. They claimed there was no technician on-site and said someone would come the following day. In the meantime, they mentioned providing fans as a temporary solution. However, the fans never arrived, and their failure to proactively offer us an alternate room with functioning air conditioning showed a complete lack of consideration for their guests' comfort. On our final night, a technician finally arrived, but his so-called "fix" was a laughable attempt at resolving the issue. The meager breeze he managed to generate was far from what can be deemed as air conditioning. As a token gesture, they offered to switch rooms for the last eight hours of our stay, but this futile offer did nothing to compensate for the misery we endured for two nights and three days. To add insult to injury, when we approached the front desk seeking assistance, the manager was conveniently absent. We were left with no choice but to send an email expressing our disappointment and requesting a partial refund. Their response was utterly unsatisfactory, merely brushing off our concerns and blaming the issue on structural problems. They offered a future renovation as a feeble excuse, but that does nothing to rectify the dreadful experience we had. Le Clef Eiffel's lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. The fact that they ignored our subsequent plea for resolution only further underscores their unprofessionalism and inability to deliver on their claims of being a high-end establishment. Consider this review a genuine warning to anyone considering Le Clef Eiffel for their stay. Don't be fooled by the superficial aspects of cleanliness and polite staff. The hotel's failure to address the air conditioning issue promptly and their dismissive response to our concerns reveal a complete lack of commitment to guest satisfaction. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential guests to exercise extreme caution when choosing Le Clef Eiffel as their accommodation. Save yourself from the misery, frustration, and disappointment we endured. Buyer beware!

Superb location, large and quiet rooms (for central Paris). Not really a 5 star hotel - no concierge or hotel bar. Bathroom is an issue as toilet is vey low and one has to climb into the bathtub to take a shower. Not good for someone with hip mobility issues. However, the front office staff was friendly and tried hard to find a room with higher toilet seat - which they did! Minimal but it helped after a room change. Stayed here 3 nights but will not return.

Location. Location. Location! Absolutely loved how easy it was to get where we wanted to go in Paris from La Clef! So many convenient shops, cafés, bakeries and restaurants nearby too. The staff especially at the front desk were absolutely wonderful! I love recommendations from locals. The staff was not shy to share some of their favorite places to go in Paris. My wife and I truly appreciate it. I recommend LA Clef for your first or even second time in Paris. Merci beaucoup La Clef Tour Eiffel Paris!❤️🇫🇷

With fantastic features, remarkable attention to details and ultimate luxury, the Hotel is one of the best in Paris. Between Trocadero and Avenue des Champs Elysées, the hotel’s location is strategic, as it allows for a very easy access to other important landmarks such as Palais de Chaillot, the Arc de Triomphe, and the iconic avenues that derive from Place de l’Étoile. Pallais Galliera renowned for its fashion exhibitions, Musée d’Art Moderne and Palais de Tokyo. Cherry on the cake, the gorgeous Suite Tour Eiffel offers an incomparable view of its namesake monument.

Great location with very friendly staff. Rooms are large and mine in particular had a private hallway, added to privacy/ safety. Couldn’t ask for more.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel in early October. We were not satisfied with what we paid for a 5 star hotel. Requested services were not available and to complete, they took an item from our room and could not find it anymore. I didn't even get an apology when I reported the situation. I repeated by email and so far nothing.

We just stayed ,in July 2020 at this hotel and the experience was very bad. My son and daughter stayed in one room where the air conditioned didn’t work and they cannot sleep because the temperature was very high. We report the problem and it was not solve during three nights!!! The second the just leave one towel for us in the bathroom for me and my wife.Simply unbelievable.

Be careful when considering this hotel! We booked our stay at this hotel well in advance but were cancelled today due to „overbooking“. This is a clear breach in contract but unfortunately not enough guests go through the legal process to hold hotels responsible. Highly unprofessional! Please save yourself any trouble and look somewhere else.
