Low-cost residence with reasonable prices. It is located in a residential neighborhood. All needed devices in the same street. No transportation nearby is better to rent a car, plenty of parking slots in the surrounding area. A nice cafe just across the hotel door. And an Egyptian restaurant 2 building to the left side. In short: A horrible disaster, with the service being a rotten cherry on top. The building is very old, what isn't really a problem because there are many old buildings with cute interior, where they make the most out of it. But with this hotel I have to join all the other reviewers question: how do they get a license to operate? The walls are broken and have stains. In the bathroom tiles are broken. But that can be overlooked if you just want a place to sleep. However, the staff, in our case a male with barely any black hair stomps around his 50, is extremely subpar with his politeness. One hour befor checkout he knocked the door almost done urging us to leave. Being as rude as can be, at checkout he just shouted :'yes bye, leave now!' Ridiculously working in the service industry, when being antisocial.

I have booked the hotel several weeks ago and, last week, when I was reading the comments of the hotel I started to feel certainly worried. I just wanted to share my view of the hotel which is not that bad indeed: - First, this is Paris downtown and so a 2* hotel is very often small and old - here you should expect exactly that - Room size was rather ok, with a very clean and good bed; plugs on the other side :( - If you want to find dust, it is easily found behind pipes, in some corner and in the wardrobe - Bathroom was ok, with a window and a bathtub-shower - Service is ok-ish...they told us they would fix a problem with a plug in the morning and we needed to remind it again in the night - The worst is that they charge 12€ to leave the luggage in reception for some hours after checking-out Personally, considering the price and the reality of Paris, I would repeat in this hotel for a couple of nights.

Worst experience ever. Most rude reception staff I've ever came across whilst talking they make you feel like you're not needed there. Not recommended at all. Due to such horrible experience i shortened my stay in Paris. Stay away.

The worst hotel experience ever. Rude staff. Dirty rooms. Outdated everything and the rooms are tiny. I could have sworn there were blood stains on the wall. Stayed here one and got out real quick. Highly would not recommend. Spend a little extra and stay somewhere decent.

Incredible to believe this place has license to accomodate people. Dirty, bad conditions all around, unpleasant staff, insecure rooms (beautiful electrical connections twisted by hand with no lid behind a curtain, leaking sinks on carpet floors, filthy curtains on bathtub, terrible paper walls spilled with reddish blood like liquid, advertised parking spots i could never make use of...

Very basic room and service for the price paid. Furnitures are old and decoration would need refresh. Front desk open 24/24. Bed was nevertheless comfortable, place quiet and I had a good sleep. But service mentioned in the hotel description were not aligned with room I had (safe, free wifi, ...). But with late travel plan change there were not much hotel available at an affordable rate.

When I was check-in I ask the guy can we heat it up the food he said yes but at night the guy in the reception didn’t allow me to heat it up. He was so rude. Otherwise, everything was good.

The room did not match the pictures provided. It was small and outdated, particularly the bathroom. Although there was an air conditioner in the room, we were unable to turn it on. The cleanliness standards need improvement. This hotel is definitely not up to the 3-star rating they claim. It's disappointing that I chose this room.

Positive points: good location, great artisan bakery around the corner where you can buy breakfast, very nice street restaurant "Carotte verte" with great smoothies and nice North African rice dishes. Beds are comfy, bathroom cleaned daily, 24h receptionist. Negative points: carpets are very old and dusty, some rooms only have windows to very narrow and dark courtyard. Reserve parking with hotel, in doubt call them up because slow in responding to emails. Overall impression: given that it is Paris, ok value for money.

Best location to stay for affordable prices is in Paris. The hotel staff is friendly and sometimes not. But in price wise its very good if you dont consider the luxury look.

Very bad. Not clean. I hear the next room snoring. Good that I hear the bed of another room (.....). Staff are not polite and not clear with the residents. Not a good solution. فندق سيء وبعيد عن كل شيء واستقبال وخدمة سيئة وإزعاج.

The rooms and the hotel is what you can expect for the price. However, the staff especially Houraida was exceptionally nice and very helpful.

Yes, rooms were clean and tidy. But there was problem with wifi all the time. If you plan to visit Paris for 2-3 days good place for staying, but consider the distance from city center. Metro is the best way of transportation to reach the place.

Would not recommend this as a place to stay. Somewhat dilapidated, every aspect of this hotel seems to be very tired and well worn. Currently undergoing exterior renovation / decoration, we couldn't even look out of our windows properly, due to scaffolding and screening in front of our room's windows. Yet they took the full price from us anyway! One positive - the sheets seemed clean.

Expensive dirty small hotel without air conditioners, TV remotes and appropriate power sockets. The pillow, floor carpet and wall are unclean.

Unfortunately, I can't say something good about this hotel. The pictures on Internet are a lie, It gives you a disappointment once you step in. A messy place, dirt, stains everywhere. Bad smell too. I would never recommend this place. Not worthy.
