My experience here was nothing but a disaster. They have a do not disturb button on the door no one respects, housekeeping knocks on my door and enters while I’m sleeping 4-5 days in a row until I spoke with the housekeeping manager. Then the a/c didn’t have any cold air and I talked with the front desk about the high temperatures in my room for 3 days straight even though they sent a technician in my room that only got things worse and it stopped working at all, till I got in touch with the duty manager and they apologized for the delay in service and they would upgrade me to a suite only to send me to another room for my last night when I asked for a late check out and they had the audacity after all this mess ups to ask me to pay for the late checkout. So my experience in a nutshell is: - Five star hotel who say they have 24h room service when in fact it’s just frozen pizza in a microwave that they send with the front desk guy at night time. - Housekeeping is annoying and they knock on your door and get in even though you’re sleeping and your dnd is on + They close at 9pm. - They mess up your stay with multiple problems then they start playing human chess with a guest moving him from room to room. - Room service has only 5 dishes throughout the day, and at night time it’s only frozen pizza and fries. Just a friendly advice it’s not a cheap hotel if you’re paying 700 to 1000 euros per night you can easily go to a hotel with better services like the intercontinental or the park hyatt (or even le meurice if you know somebody who can get you a good rate) it’s basically the same price but with way better services

Very friendly welcoming staff with service orientation The room was clean and very comfortable. Pool and spa facilities are separate which is unusual. Breakfast is great BUL layout could be more exciting … ditto for the bar

Our first trip to Europe and Le Burgundy has set the bar really high. An almost secretive entrance, Le burgundy presented an opportunity to sneak away into a street away from a main avenue; though it still kept its appeal for convenience, being close to the metro, cafe’s, and the business of the tourists attractions. The place was clean, a masterpiece in interior design, and the food exquisite. But what truly made our experience memorable was the people that accommodated us. Everywhere we went in the hotel we were met with a smile and everyone was ready to serve as soon as we approached them. We stayed in France for 7 days and every time we finished an adventure we looked forward to returning to our “home” at Le Burgundy. There is so much more I can say but I’ll leave it at this: do yourself a favor and make Le Burgundy your stay in Paris. THANK YOU

This is simply the best kept secret in Paris. Absolutely gorgeous, well designed super clean great service day and night staff. Located in the hart of the shopping district. Good size rooms NOT the typical petite European rooms.

The hotel was spectacular and spacious and beautiful. We just wished that the swimming pool wasn't closed for three full days and the restaurant wasn't open for dinner on Saturday or Sunday, which seemed odd. So we unfortunately couldn't experience either of them. Staff was super friendly and would stay here again.

I would like to thank your team for the great and kind reception we have had during our time at Le Burgundy. After a long day walking and visiting Paris, arrive in the hotel and go to the pool is a huge bonus and was a great place to stay with our child. I also need to make an special thanks to your kitchen team, which was ready to help us in order to have healthy food available for our child and off the standard menu. It was a great gesture and we are pleased for the service and support. I have no doubt that we intend to comeback in the future given the experience we had this time.

There was nothing better than my stay at such an outstanding hotel. Everything was amazing and incredible. It was a memorable experience, very warm welcome and they gave everyone the feel they were the one & only. The room was very spacious and the service was good I couldn't name anyone in particular and I would recommend to anyone who visits the city of light Paris forever. I love you Le Burgundy and I love Paris 🤍

We have been staying at the Burgundy for a number of years and we are always 100% pleased with all aspects of the hotel. This visit was no exception, indeed we actually though that the staff were even more friendly and helpful than ever. The front desk recoptionists and the concierge were outstanding. Also the young waiter who works at breakfast is the most speedy and efficient and courteous person we could have hoped for . Well done him !! Thanks for a great stay and we look forward to returning in the near future.

I rarely write reviews, but this stay has been exceptional. The room is quiet and elegant. My teenage daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful swim in the pool. The hotel is situated so conveniently for Le Metro, restaurants and museums. We'll be back!

I have stayed at Le Burgundy twice and I absolutely love it! The staff, is without a doubt warm, kind and caring. They are so sincere that I can not imagine staying anywhere else. The rooms are exceptionally clean and beautiful. They are also large as compared to most European room sizes. I booked two rooms because I was traveling with my family. I also had a friend join us and they also stayed here and loved it. The food is exceptional (especially the breakfast - my teenage boys loved it) and the restaurant is beautiful. I can't say enough about this hotel, rooms, staff, food ect. As an additional positive - the location is fantastic. It is central to all the sites and is walkable to any neighborhood. If you are looking for a hotel that is above and beyond, Le Burgundy is it. I can't wait to return. Thank you for making my family and friends so happy during our stay with you .

We were in Paris on business. Your wonderful staff won me over. I way prefer the small intimate boutique hotel. The staff warmly greeted us and attended to our every needs. They were thoughtful and kind. I look forward to staying at Le Burgandy on my next trip to Paris.

Hello Sir / Madam, I really like your hotel. I have stayed there many times with my husband / friend / alone in the last week for a work meeting. The location is perfect for me, thank you very much for taking care of me especially oatmeal. I would love to get better prices as a repeat customer (I have an order for 2 rooms with the family per week) and 2 more orders are planned :) I would love fruit in the room because I do not eat gluten. And besides, I really like staying with you❣️Thank you

OUTSTANDING Every aspect of this hotel is 5 STAR plus. Amazing location, walking distance to fantastic shopping, Louvre, great restaurants (El Dali) and so much more. The interior design is so well done as are the rooms but with out question what makes this hotel so special is their staff. From the door men who greet you to the front desk staff and concierge they are extremely friendly and helpfully. One of the best boutique hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying with! Can’t wait to come back. Dr. Donald Higgins

Location was perfect! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They made appointments for stores that I knew had lines to avoid. Gentleman waiting at the door with an umbrella when needed always with a smile. Totally recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this well decorated hotel despite some service flaws that should not happen in a hotel with this standard and standing.. requested ice bucket in the room through room service It never arrived at the bar no bitings snacks except some tasteless almonds The room was spacious and the bed comfy the smart tv lacked a Netflix connection.. For a rackrate of Euro 1200/ night it was thus not perfect..

Good things first - The location of the hotel is excellent for exploring all the sights in Paris. We walked around everyday to all the areas we love and to things we wanted to see. The rooms are beautiful with lovely windows and view. What was unpleasant was the staff - we had booked a specific room but when we arrived we were given a different room due to some confusion on their side in the booking system. We weren't happy with that as we had paid for the specific room and after 40 mins of back and forth they apologised and offered a complementary massage for both of us which we accepted. We stayed here in July this year and it was quite hot but the room ac was not working properly-they installed a portable small ac in the room which leaked non-stop and the carpets in the room were wet all the time. And finally, when checking out, we realised that they had actually charged us for the massages- which was supposed to be complimentary. we flagged that but the staff was again in confusion and unfriendly and so we gave up and paid and left. The property is beautiful and the location is great but the day-to-day staff and management-not so much - Thats the only reason for my low rating.

My wife and I had a most marvelous stay at Le Burgundy! Being a first-time visitor to Paris, I found the location to be perfect, within a short walk of the Louvre and Musée de L'Orangerie. The staff of the hotel were warm and friendly and willing to help make our stay memorable. Dinner at Le Baudelaire was truly marvelous, and the chef's new menu not to be missed. We will certainly come back to Le Burgundy on our next visit to Paris!

Positives: Great Hotel at a great location, boutique 5 star hotel. We booked the deluxe room which was great in size for a couple with several bags. Customer service was great and very welcoming, I remember Akram at the front door tall guy was very helpful whenever we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again. Negatives: - Awful smell at the entrance of the hotel, smells like bad leather - Hate when the potty and the shower are in 2 different bathrooms. - Some of the staff at the hotel looks at you in a weird way when you come in and they dont even smile, makes me feel like an alien.

We only stayed for 1 night because of my husbands 50th birthday. The staff was so friendly and helpfull. We had an update for a Deluxe room. All what I can say is wow what a nice big room with attention for small details. There was a welcome card with birthday wishes, free glass of Champagne and pastery. We felt ourself very wel treated. The room was very quiet, we had no noise from outside ( we booked a room on the inner patio). We had dinner in the fabulous restaurant Baudelaire. Ideal to celebrate with very nice dishes and different tastes, excellent wine and the best service from the waiters in this Michelin star venue. The hotel is in the middle of Paris and there is a Metro just around the corner, very easy to explore the city. Althought it was only 1 night it felt like 1001 nights a true fairytale. We really want to come back one day.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Hotel was highly recommended from a friend. The staff was (mostly) rude and unhelpful. There were a couple bright spots of staff. I left my do not disturb sign on only to come back to my room to find someone cleaning it. I was very upset as ai had left valuables out and there was a reason I chose do not disturb. When I spoke to the front desk they informed me that in fact even if you have your do not disturb sign in you also have to call the front desk to let them know?! What?! This is because some guests leave it on by accident and then get angry when their room is not made up. What?! That is honestly the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Clearly this hotel does not understand liability and the risk they take entering a guests room when they have indicated privacy. How about you deal with the forgetful guests and not make those that wish for actual privacy pay the price? Then lastly but most significantly a huge issue with a package I was sending back to the US that was left in their possession, after a comedy of errors has now been lost. I am the stupid one who should have never trusted this hotel with such an important package so there is no one to blame but myself. But frankly found the hotel to be sub par on every level. There are plenty of amazing hotels in the same area with far better service. Clearly I will never be staying here again and I encourage others to look for alternatives as well.

Absolutely excellent experience at Le Burgundy. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were so kind and attentive. My mother was having issues with her passport (long story) and they went above and beyond to assist her with the everything. The location is so central to incredible shopping and restaurants. I will undoubtedly be staying at Le Burgundy for all of my future visits to Paris.

We were really happy with the quality, location and service of the hotel. In particular, I would like to call out the concierge who was outstanding and helped me with many different aspects of my trip. I must have sent him 10+ emails with requests and questions and he really delivered. I loved the bar Le Charles, although it closed earlier than we were told a few nights. The breakfast at the restaurant was nice, but the buffet a little small. The pool and sauna were nice, but the gym was a bit small, and the weights machine a little clunky. The room was very nice and clean, but it was smaller than I expected (a lot of the meters were the hallway, and there was a lack of sunlight through the windows). I would give the overall rating a 9 out of 10, and all members of our group were happy.
