Absolutely wonderful. Staff could not be more friendly, welcoming and helpful. Everything I asked for was done very well. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Rooms are quiet as well. Breakfast perfect, service great. When we return to Paris we will definitely stay here again.

I don’t know why this hotel is ranked with 5 stars... The breakfast was so simple. The room and the bathroom were really small. I am now staying at an other five stars hotel and I can’t stop comparing both. The staff lack professional sense. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with friendly and attentive staff and fantastic amenities. Great location making it easy to get around Paris. Our family of four were very comfortable during our stay in our room, and our children were highly welcomed at the hotel with thoughtful accommodations made for them.

Hôtel de Sers is an excellent place to live your best Parisian life. The hotel is a very short walk from some of the best luxury shopping on earth, with the opulent clientele to prove it. This the neighborhood where you could spend €20 or €2000 or lunch, depending on your tastes. The passerbys might count British Royals among the Parisian regulars walking their unleashed yet so well-behaved dogs. The hotel itself is gorgeous, and has convenient access to the metro a few blocks away. We stayed in the Eiffel panoramic room as a gift from a family member. We were greeted with champagne and excellent service from the staff. The room is expensive, but completely worth the priceless view of the city of lights. The balcony alone is bigger than most of the standard hotel rooms in Paris, with room to comfortably sit a small group of people. From the balcony you can see Montemarte, Notre Dame, the Eiffel Tower, the VERY close Anglican cathedral spire, and numerous other landmarks. And on the right day, you might be lucky to catch a double rainbow over the city after a rainstorm - an impossibly lucky occasion I will not soon forget. If you stay in this room, do not miss the opportunity to enjoy wine and cheese on the balcony during golden hour. Sip your preferred vintage as you watch the sunlight dance and reflect off the metal roofs and stone facades of the city. And as the sun sets, watch the dazzling lights on the Eiffel Tower as you head out to dinner. The room itself is a proper suite, plenty of space to stretch out or store your clothes, the view waking up from the king bed is incredible, and the 1.5 bathrooms include a gorgeous tub, overhead shower faucet, and his & hers sinks. The continental breakfast brought to our room was very good quality as well. A flaky croissant on the balcony with an espresso will start your day off right. For us regular people, staying here was an honor. If you are on the fence, don’t be: book the stay.

if you want the worst service in paris then choose this hotel! when ordering food in your room, they will put the ingredient that you asked not to put because you are allergic. and forget about the second dish. they will also try to steal things that you ask to leave at the reception for your friend to pick up. they will hand over half of the things after 20 hours of proceedings and say that they do not know where the rest are!

Stayed at Hôtel de Sers for a long weekend with my family and we had an absolutely fantastic time. The connecting rooms were perfect – large bathrooms, great balcony views and first-class furnishings. The service from all the teams at the hotel was exceptional. Not only did they present 2 birthday cakes for our kids (nice touch!), but they also presented my wife with champagne and flowers on Mother’s day. The barmen also make the perfect Vesper Martini! The hotel concierge and front desk team went the extra mile booking restaurants and tours for us as well and were so accommodating to our requests. A special thank you to Cédric, Nicolas & Naomie who worked their magic throughout our stay. It’s very rare to say that a stay at a hotel was 100% perfect but Hôtel de Sers definitely ticks all the right boxes.

Had a great 3 days stay at this hotel. Room with light and very pleasant, with good spaces. Location was fantastic, with great restaurants and shops at 3 minutes walk. The concierge Cedric was fantastic. Helped us book bikes (velib), advice for restaurants, and generally a friend during our stay. The gym needs to be redesigned, dark and small. But highly recommended overall.

Amazing hotel setting, room, and service. Friendly staff! The suite we stayed at was spacious and beautiful view while we ate breakfast. Clean hotel. Me and boyfriend wanted a night to relax. Would come back again when I visit Paris!

Cedric the manager & his front desk team took personal care to make our stay special. Thank you. Great location. Beautiful modern rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast team seemed short staffed therefore they seemed stressed and so service was slow. Overall a great stay n we will be back.

Fabulous and centrally located. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. One caution, the rooftop access is reserved for those who book the suite on the top floor. So don't think you'll be able to go up there and get pics of Paris. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay while in Paris.

Location was very good and the lobby great. The building is well decorated mixing modern and traditional styles. The staff was professional and helpful. Although, I found few rude. I asked at reception to warm something up and the lady asked me if I stayed at the hotel. Why would I come from the street and ask to warm something up. I felt insulted. The way they talk wasn’t polite either. Our experience for breakfast was very good and the stuff were outstanding. The room was a disappointment. In my personal opinion it was not worth the money. The sheets were dirty in check-in and bathroom wasn’t very clean either. We came on winter and the room was freezing as the windows don’t have double glazing. You could feel the breeze around. Also behind the tv they had a pocket inside the wall to allocate all the cables. Somethings must have happened to the cover for it. They only put some tape over it instead. It’s not the quality I would expect for such a high priced room.

Two months ago, I stayed in this lovely hotel. It's one of the best hotels in Paris. Excellent location 👌🏻 and very helpful staff, especially Gisele, She was very helpful & made everything easy for us. Also Sandra the lady was very professional and made sure we were comfortable at all times.
