My fiancée and I spent 3 nights at the Sofitel over the Bastille day, long holiday weekend. The stay was nice, but in honesty there are a few things that need a bit of work. First of all, The staff are very friendly? Helpful and professional, so no faults there! One thing I was a bit surprised about however, is that they ask you to pay or reserve a €100 per night deposit upon check-in. This is a 5* hotel, in an expensive area of Paris, so I’m not entirely sure what that deposit was for. The rooms are tastefully designed; small, but with nice touches however the bed pillows for us were very poor; two thin and too soft, which meant We slept terribly the first night of our stay. We also couldn’t fully open our curtains, the bathroom door handle was broken and our main door had to be slammed to be fully closed. We also had to ask for a steam iron and ironing board from reception, which we thought would’ve already been in the room.. not a big deal but just a heads up. We had a room that was opposite the exit to the elevator - which wasn’t a problem 1- however the maintenance/janitorial closet was right beside this and we could hear it be opened from very early in the morning, which woke my partner up. All-in-all, mostly a good stay, but would’ve expected some of the minor details to be there. Will visit the Sofitel in Bangkok in December, so looking forward to comparing..

So, because I made my booking through booking.com, I could not move my booking or cancel my booking, as there were some options that was not available at the time of booking. I am shocked that the Hotel management is unwilling to give any assistance or even entertain a partial refund. I am sure they love customers like me, as they basically get money for nothing. My advice to anyone reading this: Make sure you opt for a flexible option and that you can move/cancel your booking. Do not trust booking.com to give you the correct option out of the box, and don't expect any service from the Hotel management.

One of the worse customer service and quality in a 5 star hotel. The room is so small, the service is extremely bad, the staff are so not helpful and you can’t even talk to them. I couldn’t say much because I was not in my city, but they did not even provide us with good service ( got an extra bed in a tiny room, we didn’t have a space, forgot to get towels until I asked, etc)

Our experience was excellent at this hotel. The service and Breakfast was excellent. In addition to all the great service of all staff. I’d like to say the concierge Maxime was exceptionally good at taking care of us. He knew just what we wanted and made all efforts possible to accommodate our needs. His recommendations to the services Sofitel didn’t offer were were so close and accurate that they were as good as having them be offered in the hotel. I am very impressed. Thank you Maxime. We will certainly return to Sofitel Tour Eiffel.

We were delighted with the reception and hospitality provided by the front desk, room service and even the breakfast restaurant. During our stay, we had ordered 2 times room service, despite some language barrier we had during the order, the staff was very kind and patient, even walked up to our room personally to confirm our order. At the breakfast restaurant, the service staffs there even remember our choices of coffee and egg dishes, they even went on to suggest us for different varieties. The experience here had made our stay very comfortable, and made us the love of Paris and French people. Thank you Sofitel Paris.

We had a wonderful experience. I couldn’t ask for a kinder or more professional staff. They gave excellent advice on how to navigate the city, spoke English very well and were very sweet to our young son. The beds were also incredibly comfortable and the hotel is a 7 min walk to beautiful views of the Eiffel Tower. We would stay here again.

Our reservation was for a superior room. We were given a standard room. Showed a picture from your web site for reference and was told we had a superior room. Had to pay to upgrade. Need to advertise correctly.

The staff are wonderful, concierge went out of his way to make sure we had reservations. Desk staff very accommodating and the breakfast buffet was nicely appointed and always stocked. The issue we had was with the miniature room we had. Yes it was clean and comfy but we had to live out of our suitcases as there was only 1 tiny closet and no drawers which made it very inconvenient for a 4 night stay.

Our stay at the Sofitel exceeded our expectations. Me and my daughter visited for her 13th birthday. We stayed for five nights. The hotel staff is extremely attentive from the moment you check in . Room was spacious, (for Paris), bathroom is modern. Balcony was special ! Location is amazing - 6 min walk to Eiffel Tower, 9 minute walk to Arc triumph/Champs. Affluent and very safe neighborhood with cafes, restaurants all within steps of hotel. Breakfast was plentiful. Many options to choose from. Loved the daily selections of fresh fruit, fresh fruit juices, pastry, eggs to order. Only issue we had was the temperature of the room got quite warm in the evenings. We would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a greattt experience at this hotel! The staff was amazing! Most importantly they were ALWAYS SMILING! we forget how important a smile can be and how it can change your day/experience. All were super helpful! As you can see I barely give 5stars. Even here they fall short of 1 star only because they did not have enough vegetarian/vegan options in the in-room dining menu!

The hotel is very well located to main tourist spots all within walking distance (approximately 25 mins to 1 hr walk). The bed is very comfortable, and the room is clean. The best part of the hotel is the breakfast: they serve very nice croissant (warmed) with fresh squeezed juice, coffee and fruits.

Truly, exceptional visit! From the minute of arrival to departure, the staff was kind, courteous, and attentive! The room was excellent, clean, and with every essential needed for a terrific vacation. The front staff, especially Vance was so eager to please and deliver service. The highlight was the breakfast as well, truly first class.

Our Family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sofitel Baltimore Paris, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay. The staff at Sofitel Baltimore Paris, particularly Shawn Camiah, Sirine, Liza, and Saber, deserve special recognition for making my stay truly memorable. Their dedication to ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Shawn Camiah, with his impeccable customer service skills, went above and beyond to assist me with any questions or requests I had. His friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. Sirine, Liza, and Saber, the other members of the staff, were equally exceptional. They were always attentive, quick to respond to my needs, and provided outstanding service with a genuine smile. I would like to give special recognition to Saber for his outstanding service during breakfast at Sofitel Baltimore Paris. His warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel at ease each morning. Saber was attentive to every detail, from ensuring my coffee cup was always full to recommending delicious menu options. His knowledge of the breakfast offerings and willingness to accommodate dietary preferences made my mornings enjoyable. I want to express my gratitude for his contributions to making my stay at Sofitel Baltimore Paris truly exceptional. Thank you, Saber! Overall, my stay at Sofitel Baltimore Paris was a delightful and unforgettable experience. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service from Shawn Camiah, Sirine, Liza, Saber, and the entire staff, and the hotel's prime location in Paris made it a perfect choice for my visit. I look forward to returning in the future and enjoying another outstanding stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit truly exceptional!

This was such an amazing hotel. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. I lost my phone and wallet and the front desk reception made it their priority to get it back and we were able to retrieve both. INES was my favorite. She was so welcoming and made sure we were happy with all of our accommodations. I highly highly recommend stay at this beautiful hotel. 10/10

Fantastic 4 night stay. Right from day one the hotel staff made our stay memorable. Many thanks to Gabrielle and Eva on reception plus many more to numerous to add. Jesse the bar tender and cocktail person, Mohamed(bar) and Medi who arranged transport etc. You are all a credit to the hotel. The dining room staff at dinner and breakfast were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The 2 nights we ate in the restaurant were memorable with first class wine choices. Breakfast is a feast , the choices were all very fresh and replenished regularly. Every variety of cooked eggs, bacon mushrooms etc were there if you could manage it. Our room was lovely ,quiet and had a side street view. The lift was right outside our door , but was never noisy. I hope I have included everything , we enjoyed Paris so much and your hotel and staff were definitely the icing on the cake. Our grateful thanks to you all. Ray Smaldon (room307) and partner Patricia M.

Beautiful hotel, but it’s priced too high for what you get. Terrific staff, but the “superior room” was small and in need of refurbishment (multiple signs of wear & tear). When taking a shower, water spills all over the bathroom floor. Need to mop it up with a towel. Bathroom didn’t have a working power outlet so had to blow dry in the bedroom. Not exactly 5*.

Nice hotel. Boutique style, but well equipped. Beautiful decor. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location!

Room was very nice..........and very expensive. It should have been nice. The people were nice enough. The breakfast selection was subpar for a hotel of this expense and quality. The service on their patio was non existent........and they listed at least 5 special beers they carried on the menu but only had one. My wifes Cupachino was the worst we one we ever imagined. Toilet paper was an issue. The price/value ratio was poor.

Great hotel in the perfect part of town, metro is a half block away and connects to almost all the lines. You can walk to the Efiel Tower, Arc, museums, shopping. You won't run out of things to do. Quite a quiet place with a friendly staff and a great concierge.

I arrived at the hotel at 2.30pm. While check in time is 2pm, the room is still not ready yet as of 3.10pm (Update: we got our room at almost 4pm on a heat wave day). We are waiting at the front desk area without any attention from the hotel (they offered some drink, but none yet). Seems that they are too busy. Not what I would expect at a 5 star hotel. I am not happy.

Commmunication pre stay was amazing, booking was easy & efficient. Hotel is BEAUTIFUL, perfect location. We booked a junior suite, it’s spacious, comfortable and the service at the hotel is fantastic. Certainly recommend and would happily return. Thank you for making our girls trip so special 🙌🏽

Top notch hotel in great location. Lots of excellent dining, shopping, and transportation options. The hotel staff was wonderful - Majid at the concierge desk is priceless. He went above and beyond in his service to hotel guests. We loved this hotel!

Very friendly staff But Considering that this is a Sofitel company group you except a lot especially that the is is a 5 star hotel so you shouldn’t be finding an insect in the toilet. Plus the toilet is so tiny that you have your body parts heating every place, the room service is very bad we called twice for water and they said they would bring it but no one showed up.

We arrived earlier than expected and the front staff welcomed us with drinks and was able to get our rooms. We had two rooms next to each other and they were both very nice. Bedding was extremely comfortable and the linens were nice and soft. Great location to walk to the Eiffel Tower which was our goal during this stay. At check out, our kids were feeling sick and the hotel graciously extended one of our rooms as late as possible. Would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel Baltimore Tour Eiffel hotel. It is in a great location with easy access to the metro and Eiffel Tower. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and kind and helped make sure we felt welcome and comfortable during our entire stay. The hotel accommodations were exactly what we needed and everything was clean and cozy. We will definitely consider staying here if we find ourselves in Paris again.
