Let's start with my purse was stolen within 18 hours of being in Paris, while I was in the hotel's breakfast room, way in the back of the hotel. It's a tiny room, maybe 12 tables. Not a place a random person should be, waiting for an opportunity to steal. To date there's been very little support from the local hotel team except taking me to the police station to file a report which was pointless. And verifying I had my purse at 9:32am getting out of the elevator. It's pretty sad when ur not even safe deep inside a Marriott hotel. Inside job? How was someone back there? 😕

Thanks for ruining my anniversary trip! The only thing good about this hotel is the location, which was the reason we chose it in the first place. The check-in process was a disaster. I requested an early check-in, and when we arrived, the hotel informed me the room was not ready. I then asked if she could check when it would be. The front-desk lady said she does not know. Well, can you not check with the cleaning crew??? So, we went down in the basement to use the public bathroom to change and get freshened up... There was a dirty coffee mug by the sink, and the floor was not clean. While I was changing, I was told the room is ready. That was about 10 minutes after I talked to the front desk. Then we had to rush upstairs. This could have easily avoided if she checked with the cleaning crew like I asked her to. The rooms are not soundproof at all. The first room we got was right above the stereo in the garden, and we had a hard time falling asleep because of the constant bass. The music was not loud, but we could hear it clear as day due to the position of the stereo. After complaining about it, we got another room - smaller... Even though I paid for a larger size room. There was no water bottle in the new room. After leaving a note asking for it, we still did not get one. When booking the hotel, I specifically made a note about anniversary celebration, and I even emailed the hotel to let them know how important this trip is to us. I do not think the hotel cared or made the effort to try to make it a comfortable trip for us. I would not return nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice and clean. The concierge staff Lea had made my trip memorable with her detail help with local guidance. I had a nice stay here. The lobby placed some paints that’s really nice of Paris street view for sale. And the dining area has a sketch of Paris map which is also quite nice.

Very nice hotel with good service and a great location. You feel like you're staying in Paris as the ambiance gives it a nice authentic look. My only complaints were the hvac had a mind of its own, it would go from extremely hott to Very cold a few times throughout the night.

My daughter and I were doing a Europe trip to finally celebrate her 2020 graduation and our first stop was Paris. The experience was above and beyond. We had a lovely room and the most hospitable service. When booking the reservation, I mentioned the graduation. I had no idea upon arrival, we would find the most adorable surprise in our room. They also assisted in booking a taxi for our super early fight. It was amazing. While the patio wasn’t in use, it was still adorable to walk through. Loved our experience. 10 out of 10!

Definitely happy with our stay here. It was in a great location for everything we wanted to go to and also close to the metro. The staff was amazing and it always makes us feel special when they remember our names and greet us as we come back to the hotel after being out for the day. They were very helpful at helping us find places to eat and recommendations for options of places to get our antigen test to return home. The gym was nice and had a decent amount of equipment. We got room service one night - chicken ceasar salad, beef tartare, club sandwich - all were delicious.

This is a nice hotel no matter what people say on the reviews. Yes, the rooms are on the smaller side, but that's just Europe in general. We had a nice bathroom with nice shower and our room was on the other side of the Garden. The guest service staff was excellent and more than helpful. This trip was for my wife's birthday and they dropped a bottle of Champagne with a box of macarons. A very nice and unprompted act. The location is a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower and there are great places to eat all around. A scooter drop point is a short 1 minute walk away and we rented scooters the entire time we were there. We will certainly stay here again.

We were in the suites above the courtyard and the room itself was quite nice. However, the breakfast is arguably the worst Marriott breakfast I’ve had in 50+ locations I’ve stayed at globally. It should be a crime to have such horrible options, especially in Paris. You’re simply paying for the location at this property, not the service or breakfast.

Very disappointing rooms even more so given the price. I will certainly never consider Marriott properties in Paris ever again. All bad. Can’t find a single good thing to mention from the check in experience to arriving at the room… people choose the Marriott brand expecting a minimum level of service and an experience. Certainly not met at all in this property. I am at a loss of words really… so frustrated. So upset and I have to be here for a week… not looking forward to this stay!!!

This is a well-situated hotel. It’s quite well-appointed. Limited lounge space, and the bathroom was not the best I have encountered. That having been said, staff training is clearly top notch, as every single member of staff was unfailingly helpful, friendly and polite. An enjoyable stay overall.

The stay was great. The food was great. The staff were wonderful! The best part about my experience with this hotel was that I left my passport in the safe and didn't realize this until I arrived at the airport. I only had 2 hours before I boarded and with traffic, there was no time for me to go back to the hotel and airport. I called the hotel and asked if there was anything they could do. The gentleman who answered the phone retrieved my passport from the safe and called a cab to have them bring it to me. Not only that but he stayed in contact with me and the driver as the taxi was heading to the airport. I truly appreciate what he did for me. I would have missed my flight and probably would have been out thousands of dollars if it wasn't for this.

This hotel does not live up to Marriott standards. Our room had issues with the air conditioning, erratic water temperature, bugs, a poorly cleaned room. The staff promised to upgrade us for three straight days but never followed up with us. Each time that I reached out, I was told they were at capacity. It is very close to a great view of the Eiffel Tower. That’s the best thing about this property. The employees did seem pleasant but not able to do much to improve our experience.

We had the best experience here. The staff were so kind and helpful. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and it wasn't ready for over an hour. They were so apologetic and went out of their way to make sure we weren't unhappy while we waited. The breakfast was delicious and our entire stay was amazing. We will be staying here again when we return to Paris (soon).

I visited this hotel on my birthday and the service I received was impeccable! The hotel is clean, the staff go above and beyond to make your stay the most comfortable. Especially Youssef and Issa who were very professional and made sure the stay was 5 star!

We’ve stayed in this property five times before but we’ve never had such an extremely tight room. Be careful if you have luggage and NoT a carryon they simply will not fit in the room. Very disappointed. The hotel could not help. We are Mariam platinum members and this how we were treated so imagine if you did not have status.

Great hotel with nice cosy rooms and friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast with chef made omlet or eggs. The outdoor area is very nice on a warm day to sit and enjoy some food or drinks. Good location with a short walk to the Eiffel Tower or Arc de triumph.

We’ve stayed at this hotel on two separate visits to Paris and highly recommend it, especially to Americans traveling who are looking for a touch of home to go with French accommodation. It’s a 5 minute walk to Trocadero for great views of the Eiffel Tower. It’s also a 5 minute walk to two different metro stations and only about 10 minutes to the Arc de Triomphe. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with lots of cafes. The staff is absolutely fantastic, the property is exceptionally clean and they pay tremendous attention to detail. Olivier, the concierge, went WAY out of his way to replace our Paris Museum Passes which got lost in transit to the hotel- at their expense. We stay at a lot of hotels traveling for work and this is one of the absolute best.

The shower control leaked. There were NO wash cloths. When we asked they gave us one for two people. The staff put forth very little effort to help us with our French when it was clear we were trying to speak their language. Unlike every other cafe and restaurant who never rushed you, the breakfast crew was constantly wanting to take dishes and plates from in front of us that were clearly not empty. There is a restaurant physically connected to the hotel in which you eat breakfast. We made a dinner reservation, then needed to make it for later in the evening. Calling the hotel phone you are directed to press #4 for the restaurant. When doing so we were told, there was no such instruction on their phone, they don't own the restaurant, could not transfer us and to call directly. At checkout I noticed that our bar tab included a tip they had added for themselves!!!

My sister & I stayed here for 4 nights in July 2023. We chose it because the property is in a wonderful location between the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. There are a lot of great restaurants within a few blocks and getting cabs was very easy! It's true that the rooms are small, but typical for big cities, and the bed was very comfortable! The bathroom could definitely use improvement. It was challenging to get in & out of the tub to shower, and the toilet was angled and so close to the tub you had to sit on it sideways! The front desk, concierge, and breakfast staff were friendly and we did not encounter any language barrier issues as mentioned in other posts (all of the staff we encountered spoke great English, similar to my other experiences with Marriott properties in Europe). One morning, we had an early tour departure to Normandy and they really went above-and-beyond with making to-go breakfast for us since that was included in our rate! I gave service 4/5 because the restaurant (dinner) staff were not very nice when we tried to eat there one night. The atrium area is beautiful (we had to walk through it to get to our room), but they were not very friendly when we asked about a table and the prices were much higher than other restaurants nearby, so we left. It was unclear to us if the restaurant was actually part of the hotel, so maybe some signage or coaching for the restaurant staff would help?

We recently stayed there on a family holiday and exceptional customer service. We stayed there 14 yeara ago on our Honeymoon and returned with our kids this time. The staff made sure to recognize us! Great location, bigger then normal European rooms and great staff. One night after closing, the bartender went out of his way to get us waters and silverware for our take out pizza. We arrived very late and he made sure we would be ok before leaving. Exceptional service. The breakfast was amazing! Loved it all!

We had an excellent night in the Renaissance Nobel Tour Eiffel.First of all we were delighted with the prestige room we slept in, it is quite spacious, the bedding is so comfortable! We had a very quiet night, no noise! The roomservice is reactive, we ate very well, the burgers are excellent! The breakfast is very complete, there is even a gluten free offer! All the staff that we have met has been very pleasant and so nice. Thank you so much for everything and see you soon !

I traveled to Paris with my girlfriend for a few days to enjoy France for my first time. The first day in Paris I had my phone stolen, when a local lady claimed to find it shortly after. The hotel staff helped me (Lea in particular) to communicate with the local person that found the phone, to arrange the exchange, and to make it a lot easier for me to get my phone back. The hotel was spectacular, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I would recommend to anyone to stay here as its a great location in the heart of the city.

We received top notch service from the front desk staff and specially from the concierge team. During our stay, our daughter got sick the last night there. They were extremely helpful in assisting us with her medical care and extending our stay. they made us feel like family. We highly recommend that you stay in this hotel

Rarely is a chain hotel this charming and yet the converted abbey makes it one of the most unique hotels I've had the pleasure to visit. Staff is welcoming and friendly too!

I had an amazing suite with a balcony but unfortunately the customer service at this hotel was not up to par. The night staff had bad attitudes- Maybe because of the hours, but I was very unhappy with the hotel staff at this particular location and that should not be an excuse. I will also note that if you have them call a taxi service for you, expect to pay more than you would when flagging down a taxi yourself. I was running very late to a dinner reservation and had asked the guy to call me a cab and it took almost 10 minutes to arrive. He wouldn’t let me take another one that dropped a hotel guest off or flag one down since he had called.. which I thought was strange and pretty frustrating. I told him I was going to be late but he didn’t seem to care.

Just finished a 5 night stay at the hotel. This is definitely an excellent hotel in a very nice arrondissement of Paris. The hotel staff are very nice and very accommodating and will try their best to help you with your requests (within reason). They are also very welcoming providing very good customer service. We stayed in Prestige Room with Garden view. The room itself is pretty spacious with room for our luggage, chairs, tables and King bed. Location: the 16th arrondissement is considered to be very nice by Paris standards and not sketchy at night while walking around. They are 5-7 min walk of 2 metro stations. Extras: it was our honeymoon so I had emailed our hotel in advance and they did a very classic heart balloon with some petals and a handwritten note and then we were brought up some champagne and nice pastries after checking in. A nice touch to our final few days in Europe. Elite Membership: as a Platinum member, I was able to get upgraded to a better room. There aren’t too many suites at this hotel so don’t expect an upgrade during high season. Breakfast as an American style breakfast buffet - it was alright, croissants were good and they had fresh milk and juice and service was excellent.

Pro’s: nice staff, beautiful quiet garden, good airconditioning. Con’s: being woken very early by trolleys being pushed on the gravel outside our window every morning, our outdoor furniture suddenly taken away for an outside congress, bed on the small side and if you want to take a shower: turn on the warm water tap and go get a croissant around the corner or something because by the time you get back the water will actually start to get warm, it really takes a ridiculously long time.

Cold water. Blocked sink. Line across the TV. Pre Ordered a taxi never arrived. Lumpy bed. All in all terrible service and dated property. Empty fridge. Over priced for how old and badly looked after it is. Service was pretty bad. We had 7 Rooms at the hotel for business. Never again.

After careful review of all Marriott properties within the city of Paris, we decided on the Renaisssance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel Hotel. We are frequent travelers both nationally and internationally. Without a doubt, the best concierge staff we have experienced. Specifically, Oliver and Lei did an excellent job making out first trip to Paris a memorable one. We also appreciated the service staff who were friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

My husband & I stayed here Tues-Sat & we couldn’t wait to leave. Our room was in the one of the buildings in the back so we always had to walk through the private restaurant to go in & go out. We had a room w/a queen bed. The bed was the worst bed- not even sure it qualifies to be called a bed. It was so hard we could actually feel the springs. The room itself was smaller the hotel rooms in New York City. We could not stay in the room for anything other than sleeping because it was just too uncomfortable. The walls are so thin that you can here the conversation of the people next door. Not only that- but the water in the bathroom would constantly back up in the sink & the bathtub- simply horrible situation… The hotel itself is in a great location, but that’s about it. Would definitely not recommend nor return.

Everything was excellent. Central location in a great neighborhood and just minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower in one direction and Arc de Triomphe in the other. Also very close to two Metro stations. The staff were all exceptional, friendly and informative. Very good breakfast options every morning. Rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet. This was a one-on-one trip with my daughter that I had thought about doing for years and everyone at the renaissance helped make it truly special. We're very appreciative and hope to come back with my wife and son next time as well!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We chose to stay at the Renaissance hotel for our 20th anniversary celebration and enjoyed every minute. Its a smaller hotel with Parisian style. The staff were super attentive and very helpful with our accommodations. The room was tastefully decorated and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The front desk and concierge were great helping us arrange dinner plans and getting taxies. The concierge suggested two amazing Brasseries that were on point. Breakfast was always delicious, and the mini croissants were some of the best we had in Paris. The only downside during our stay was some of the renovations going on in the interior garden, but that really wasn’t a problem as we had so much to see in Paris. My wife and I loved this hotel and would highly recommend it for its great location, comfy rooms and great staff.
