This place is one, if not the best in Paris. The service is exquisite, cuisine impeccable. I will always come back here with true confidence I will get another memorable experience.

Very nice upmarket hotel, we popped in for a cocktail. Staff were friendly but our 2 drinks took 35 minutes to come. Drinks were very nice when they arrived. Not cheap, which was expected as soon as we walked in! Worth a visit if you've got deep pockets and plenty of time on your hands.

Had a great meal. Was disappointed by serving staff whom consistently forgot ordered items. For the price, the service really needs to tighten up.

Gorgeous Hôtel. Amazing staff. We went for Sunday brunch and loved every minute of it. I was worried sick a posh hotel would not welcome my 18 month old son but they were so friendly towards him and catered to his every need.

Well, on one side, the staff is very kind and fulfill every wish. On the other side, there were shards of glass on the carpet. Even after we told them they couldn't manage to remove all of them. The room is a bit small and old for that price.

Lovely early breakfast - my fiance had the eggs benedict - large slice of truffle on top. Absolutely delicious. We shared the pastry plate - too much amazing to acknowledge it all. The staff are over the top friendly and coffee is excellent. Oh - and don't forget a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice.

Best place in the World! Unlike any other...

It's my family's favourite hotel. Every other hotel that we've been to since our visits here just cannot compare. The suites are STUNNING, service is incredible, the breakfast is amazing (the scrambled eggs with little chicken sausages are divine, as are the mountain of pastries and different breads!!); if you're a dessert fan (and don't have a nut allergy), make sure you try the deliciously nutty Paris-Brest; if you're a mint tea lover(!), please try theirs when you visit - it is the best!

This hotel is beautiful; everybody was very attentive and extra kind. The booking process was easy and with the best customer service. Our breakfast was a great experience. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our friends and family.
