I went there for breakfast this morning, requested one with an omelet. 25 mins later still not being served, I asked for update to the waiter, and didn’t got any news for any additional 10 mins. So I asked for the bill just to discover there was no omelet on it ! Non only they didn’t took the order the first time, but when I asked for news they didn’t even notice. They barely apologised for it. This is totally unacceptable for such a palace. First and last time.

We encountered a bed bug on the bed upon our arrival, fortunately not spotting any others thereafter. The breakfast service was disappointingly slow and disorganized. The room decor leaves much to be desired, with excessive use of glass on walls and ceilings, especially in the bathrooms. The air conditioning proved to be a disturbance, registering a loud 41dB on measurement. Despite requesting twin beds three times, the accommodation failed to provide them, prompting us to eventually give up on the request. The overall experience falls short of a 5-star rating, as many aspects of the facility appear more focused on aesthetics than practicality, leading to numerous inconveniences."

The hotel have stolen money from the holding card for use of the mini bar which we did not use. The hotel are ignoring my emails and have not issued a refund. Quite simply, this is theft. Mistakes happen and had a refund and apology been issued that would have been the end of it. Also when we came back to our room the cleaner was using our phone charger to charge her phone. Again, we didn't mind but after our money has been stolen I would not trust this hotel at all!

Rooms are really beautiful and unique. Food is great as well. Service in bar area restaurant is usually slow as the main complaint, but quality of food is above average in both the restaurant and in room dining.

Horrific. Never again. Visited their restaurant “Matsuhisa” AKA Nobu. And not only was the service slow, with us sitting at the table upon arrival with no menu for 15 minutes but literal mice running around the restaurant. My friend had left to go to the restroom and the mice were running around the floor when i in shock took out my phone and started to record. She came back and I showed her and that was when the waitress came over and asked me if I had seen the mice to which I said disappointedly yes. She instead of apologising and giving a discount or anything just said “at least you didn’t scream”. So disappointed. No one was at front desk when leaving so we on our way out called the restaurant and the front desk later that night to which they said they would look into it. 2 days later no response. Contacted again and they said they would look into it. Another 3 days later and no response, severely disappointed that a hotel of this status and price has mice but also cannot take care of paying customers as little as a small discount or sincere apology.

I heard so much about this hotel so we decided to spend a lot of time at this hotel in their suites. Unfortunately very poor customer experience. Every time I walked past the reception area the staff gave me a funny look….. daily, I was asked to pay for the suites even as a diamond member of Accor. I didn’t enjoy this at all! Breakfast was great as I could order a lot of meat- keto diet. Rooms are ok. I’m not a fan of mirrors everywhere. Spiritually not healthy for a good night sleep. 3 stars lost because of very very poor customer experience from all the staff at the reception area 💯 😒 👎🏾 check in and check out was painful. I’ll never return. I don’t recommend this hotel.

One of the worst services in paris. Definitely not in Raffles standards… for a night drink I was there and all of the staff that I had interaction acted like they never heard of “smiling”… it seemed like as if they were kept there against their will…

One of our favorite hotels ever. The interior design is playful and gorgeous, the service fantastic, food delicious (breakfast buffet is amazing. We only made it a few times due to jetlag and wished we made it every morning). An absolute pleasure to stay. We will always stay here when we visit Paris

We came to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was wonderful. The staff spoilt us with a room upgrade and a delicious cake on arrival to our room. The staff could not be more accommodating. The hotel is well located, perfect for exploring the city. We loved relaxing in the spa and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Paris. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

We had an amazing experience at the Royal Monceau for a short stay. The room was so refined, well equiped and art is everywhere you look. The mirror bathroom is a whole experience itself. We dined at the Matsuhisa Paris since the italian restaurant was closed and it's definetely one you have to try while in Paris. The Royal Monceau has this unique sens of hospitality where you instantanely feel at home. The service is remarkable and the staff from the butlers to this incredible team working at the restaurant, is really working hard for making your stay memorable. And I can't even start with the breakfast, it's one of a kind !

The hotel overall was very nice and we had a wonderful stay. Our Executive Room was very bright and spacious and the bathroom was the best I have had in a hotel. I was very disappointed with breakfast. We ordered from the A’la carte menu but we were not told that the buffet was just a few euros more. So basically an eggs Benedict + double espresso was the same price as the buffet breakfast. I wish the staff would have told us this. I didn’t consider the breakfast to be overly expensive for a 5 star hotel but given the option to have the wider selection for the same price it just seems strange that it was not mentioned. The service at breakfast was very poor with the server hardly seen and I had to send my eggs back because they were cold.

I only went to the bar, but I have to say I'm not happy with the service. The waiters were very confused with the orders. And even for a high standard hotel, 16€ for a tea is frankly ridiculous.

One of the best hotel I stayed during my life. Junior Suite was excellent. Beautiful bathroom, breakfast delicious. Staff friendly and professional. Will come here again. The room key doesn’t lie. Our best New Years start.

The most beautiful hotel in Paris - and famously, Jean-Baptiste Mondino and Madonna filmed 'Justify my Love' here.

Worst check in experience of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Restaurants are good, but the level of service has clearly gone downhill and it’s definitely not worth the price tag.

If a bed with its headboard placed in the centre of the room is your idea of style, this is the place to go to. Gaudy, brightly coloured, not subtle in any manner. Garish. Yes that’s the word. The service is however absolutely superb, except for the receptionists and the cashiers who are grasping in their attitude.

Love the hotel, love the bar, but when one orders a glass of wine suggested by the waiter, without an idea of the price, and the actual price is €39…for a glass…there is a real problem. I have never had a glass…anywhere…at that price!

I feel so lucky that we chose Hotel Royal Monceau to close out our last five days in Paris. From the moment we stepped into the Hotel till the last night we left, we were treated like VIPs. Agatha greeted us upon arrival and made sure we were comfortable every day . She is a jewel. Our meals at the hotel — Matsuhisa,, Il Carpaccio (Michelin) and the La Cuisine Sunday Brunch were excellent as was the friendly and magnificent room service. We especially loved our service at the restaurants from Julie and Anna. We will always remember them when we think of our first trip to Paris. The Rooms are amazing, I especially loved the Acoustic Guitar in the the room (made by LAG for the RM) Excellent instrument and a nice touch. The room was luxurious with great balcony views. The bed and pillows extremely large and comfortable. The mirrored toilet, closet and shower bath can not be described--only experienced. Our room seem to magically transform every time we left the room as towels, room supplies and turn down services were continuous. . The location of the hotel is perfect and we spent some time just enjoying Parc Monsieur just down the road. The girls in the gift shop, Cindy and Marika, were beyond helpful finding the perfect gifts. This Hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in anywhere in the world.

We went out of our way to visit whilst in Paris. We had such a great time at Raffles in Singapore so decided to give it a try! We ordered 2 cocktails they took about 15 minutes to come, unfortunately they were incorrect - which isn't a problem. They went back to get our correct drinks. I love cocktails and would happily pay for a decent drink! If you charge 30 euros for one drink make it special! One of the worst Mojitos I have ever had! Amazing beautiful setting its a shame the quality let it down.

😐 Granted, setting and mood are nice. Staff is, for the most part, friendly’ish. Food was average, in other words, rather disappointing. I tried all dishes but I had the pizza, it was lukewarm, chewy and could barely hold together towards the center as it was so moist. I wouldn’t go again but that’s...
