This is the worst hotel I have ever been to.The receptionists were not cooperative at all to any request. You have to shout many many times to get %1 of your request. I have been there for ten days and the rude room service woman cleaned my our room two times only and one of them by screaming because of the dirtiness of the room. I myself had to get shampoo and tissues to the room after taking the permission from the receptionist. My wife, kids and I are suffering till now from insects bites in the mattress and now we all are taking medicine to treat our skin. All pictures don't match reality at all. During our stay, some people booked the next door rooms to have sex with girls and fill the whole floor with sex screaming. It's not suitable at all for families with kids. The furniture in the room was out of date and out of order. The uncontrollable AC was not enough for the room; it was very hot on the first three days. The fridge was not working properly.

This is one of the worst hotels in Istanbul! So bad I couldn't even find one good thing about it except its "cheap prices" and there's a very good reason for that! ZERO English communication, almost ZERO services (except some moderate cleaning and few cups of water), broken/decayed tools and amenities, and last (but not least) greedy and inconsiderate administration who refused to refund me a 4-day reservation for one of their rooms that was somehow "double reserved" by ME after a "connection error" occurred during the payment process! Yes! I was charged twice for the VERY SAME RESERVATION and for the VERY SAME room! I don't know how the heck is that possible, but all I know is that the administration of this hotel and its "boss" refused to refund me what does NOT belong to them! Those THIEFS even refused to give me 2 rooms as a suggestion from me to settle the situation!!!

If i could put less than 1 star. The hotel manager is a mean person and not respectable. They put wrong infirmation on their website. The bathriom was dirty and the room awful. I do not recommend at all

Very poor room standard, no power all day, room without a window, staff dont underatand a word of english and poor customer service too

DON'T GO TO THIS HOTEL IT HAS BEDBUGS ON THE BEDS, I HAVE PICTURES and videos I won't recommend to anybody. I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE, THE RECEPTIONIST ASSAULTED ME WHEN I ASKED TO GET THE CANCELLATION AND MY REFUND HE REFUNDED TO HELP ME. He said "I don't speak English I can't help you". He didn't seem very helpful so I had to use "google translate". They gave me a phone number (Agoda phone customer services) I called them, they helped me out and said I should wait till they accept my cancellation to get my refund direct to my credit card. When they called the receptionist and I went near the desk he got mad at me and he said "no i don't give you any money, I finish my shift, Me I go". I had to contact Agoda again and they couldn't help me out. Finally he wrote in a piece of paper they amount he was gonna give me minos a "commission" so he said he can only give me around 60 pounds which is less than the half amount I paid. I said alright then I don't mind just wanted to end and find another hotel. He was pretending he was gonna give me the money then he doesn't I was so desperate so I took a video, suddenly he got completely angry at me and he grabbed my phone from my hands. I was crying next to my mum, only 3 days after my surgery this is absolutely inappropriate. I have video and proof about the aggressive fact. I will definitely make sure this is reported because it was my worst experience ever.

Worst hotel i’ve ever been to. No one speaks english. They are very rude. Horrible service. They ripped us off. The rooms aren’t clean. And neither the fridge nor the AC works. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Google should make a choice of no stars can be given for rating!! This is the worst hotel ever I stayed at!! I found insects in the bread and inform them but their reaction was shouting at me that it is not their responsibility!! It is the bakery's responsibility and they will quit dealing with them 😂😂 This is funny really. This is not my problem at all!!. Even though they did not make any discount and their price was 200 lira per night and other hotels with better service an facilities with little higher price a bit. Bed sheets are very old and dirty. Towels are very old and teared. No glasses available in the room. No egg in the breakfast can be offered. Management are unprofessional and kept laying always for everything I asked for. No recommended at alllllllllllll!!

Decent Room, got a free upgrade when needed two beds, small signs of wear and tear; hardly noticeable, has improved ever since last year with bad ratings Pros: Great deal worth the money Perks include free WiFi, TV w/ Cable, and Breakfast Decorations improved, Stylish Fairly clean Provided slippers, towels, soap and shampoo Location Wise - nearby restaurants, malls Cons: Attention to areas of cleanliness/detail, small traces of dents and tears Cheap cleaning product smells (not much of an issue) Can be a little noisy due to busy breakfast hours sometimes at 9am Summary: Good for these who are looking for an easy going hotel

Very very very bad hotel they charged $100 us dollars i didn't have the energy to argue i just took my stuff and left
