Good morning everyone. I hope that this review can be of help to those who, like me, rely on the Giglio trichology centre. For two/three years now my hair, considered by everyone to be beautiful and strong, had been undergoing a drastic change. For some time I had noticed a worrying change that had transformed what was healthy, full-bodied hair into a dry and inextricable mess. Added to all this was an alarming widespread hair loss which was leaving parts of my scalp (especially on the top) with visible and truly unpleasant thinning. I went to the center of Genoa with a truly compromised emotional situation but I found not only hospitality and extreme kindness but also special attention. After the check-up they prescribed me a treatment based on laser therapy and products to cure the problem which I have no hesitation in defining as miraculous. At the moment the hair loss has stopped and the hair has not only regained its usual shine and body but has also become incredibly soft and silky. Yesterday, after a month, I underwent my first check-up and the doctor showed me the first satisfactory results of resumption of capillary activity. I am truly very satisfied with having chosen the Giglio trichology centre. I'll keep you posted on the progress! And of course cleaning and treatment products will be my allies forever! 😉

Really not recommended, even one star is too much. They tell you that you have a free visit and then they won't let you out of there without spending at least €500. They diagnosed me with Androgenetic Alopecia (so far after two months my hair is growing back without having needed either laser or vials) they took advantage of my situation to sell me €360 worth of vials (plus €100 deposit for the laser) which they couldn't even tell me what they were made of, they just told me that the ingredients should be written on the package. Zero professionalism, just excellent sellers.

I must say that at first I was a little skeptical, but then after some lasers and the use of your products, I saw improvements... my hair grew back and became thicker. Well..I can only thank you and hope that they continue to improve. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness and smiles.

Yesterday I went for the first time I must say that the doctor. She explained everything to me very well like all those who work there, nothing from today I'm starting their treatment consisting of lotions, shampoos and lasers...let's see in a few months what the results will be. I have been attending the Genoa Institute for almost three years, where I have found great professionalism and competence on the part of all the local operators. In particular, I appreciated the possibility of being able to follow different paths to improve my extensive baldness, the result of continuous trichotillomania which was resolved only after a very long psychotherapeutic course. I arrived at the Institute needing to cover about 75% of my head; today, after laser treatments and with the use of specific products from the Biocare line, the area to be covered has been reduced by more than half! For me, a great result that I didn't think I could achieve. Ah! If I had met you 15 years ago, I would probably have all my hair back by now.

Highly qualified, friendly and kind staff. Discretion and respect for privacy. On a trichological level, I personally achieved excellent results. I absolutely recommend it.
