The perfect local coffee shop and bar in Lecce’s historic center - don’t miss the great coffees and delicious food with a warm atmosphere. On a family vacation (6 adults and two children under 3 years old), we visited Flow every day. With delicious food and drinks, a charming historic location, outdoor seating, and very friendly staff, Flow Bar is welcome stop for travelers and locals alike. We all enjoyed breakfasts of pancakes, eggs, yogurt, meusli, cornettos (croissants), local pastries (pasticciotto), panini, and fruit. The coffee drinks are always delicious, and the service is fast and accurate. After a few days, we felt that the gracious staff had become our new friends in Lecce. They even even went out of their way to give bubbles and balloons to the 2-year old during our visits. Overall a fantastic place with great food and friendly service. Grazie Stefano & Mattia! Best tiramisù I’ve ever had!! It’s a huge plus that the ingredients are pasteurised so I could eat it even though I’m pregnant! Super nice breakfast here, kind and quick attentive staff, try the egg and coffee drinks!

Solid breakfast options. Torta di fragole con ciliegie was divine. Tramezzini/panini were really fresh and tasty. Coffee was nice without sugar. Cornetto was good too! Good music and attentive staff. 10/10

Best christmas music to warm the mode. Delicious Frisa Salentina and Vin Brûlé. Rossella is a kind and smiling girl, the team at Flow bar is amazing. Go and meet them.

Very good breakfast options. They have eggs, croissants, focaccia, yogurt. And you can eat breakfast until later than anywhere around. Good service. Sitting outside is nice and has shade.

Such great service and good! We loved our breakfast of yogurt with muesli and fruit, Macedonia di fruit, and pastries, with coffees. The team helped us learn more Italian as they filled our bellies, and helped with some travel ideas. Grazie!

They were not kidding when they said best tiramisu in the city, the “Top breakfast” was also well balanced, tasty and filling. Recommend stop if you’re in Lecce and want to try some salentinian food and beverages, this is a great place to start!
