Had high hopes after reading previous reviews. Had a couple massage, which we had to wait for 30min only for the session to be cut short by 15min. When asked if we could have a firm/hard massage - they confirmed, only to deliver a mediocre 'full body massage' - that consisted mainly of lower body rubbing and weird hair stroking.. The masseuse would look over that the other as if she had no idea what she was doing, when left for multiple awkward periods. Would not recommend and to expensive for the service. The tea was nice though.

Absolutely amazing experience. We had the couples duluxe package and the facilities and treatments exceeded our expectations. A private turkish bath and spa was special and intimate, with fresh fruit, iced twa and prosecco to relax with. We could have stayed forever! The treatment was a perfect end to a week in the sun - a full body scrub followed by full body massage. The ladies were incredibly professional and did a brilliant job.

Went here on a rainy afternoon and booked the deluxe romantic couple package. The staff was incredibly friendly and inviting and I got the best full body massage I have ever had. Would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a little relaxing escape.

We took a Fuga Romantica Deluxe Super relaxing and romantic. That was a excellent experience at the end of our trip in Palermo.

I was traveling to Sicily from abroad, sore and tired all over from my journey. Mrs Rosalba was very accommodating, welcoming me like family. I had a 1 hour massage followed by a turkish bath with jacuzzi. Everything was wonderful; excellent massage and the bath was served with delicious tea and fruit. The prices were fair, similar to what I would normally pay in USA. I do not speak Italian so a hostess was chosen to communicate with me. She did a great job! At the end, you can take a shower (which I recommend for these services), but I suggest bringing your preferred toiletries. I was unprepared for that, my hair was messy, but I don't care because I feel like a queen!

We enjoyed our Romantic Deluxe package so much! Símona and the staff were incredible. We felt so relaxed. We were so grateful the effort the staff put into making sure we understood what to expect with our little knowledge of Italian. We really enjoyed the Turkish bath, the jacuzzi, and emotional shower with the body scrub and massage afterward. Everything was PERFECT!!! Thank you so much for an amazing experience. We will be back the next time we are in Palermo!

We came here on our honeymoon and got the romantic escape deluxe package. It was wonderful. The spa room was great, the massage was very relaxing, and definitely get the body scrub! The staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!!!
