Sauna area is mixed (men and women) and is supposed to be naked zone, but apparently you can pay Aquagranda money to be dressed in some kind of swimsuit. It’s a complete joke… Remove restrictions on wearing own swimsuits or make this zone truly naked

Super great place Spent there one day with my kid and it was not enough. Playing, skinning, eating, relaxing, sleeping, …and name more - you all can have there NOTE! Take the bathrobe and the towel with you, they don’t rent.

Great spa complex - wonderful facilities and everything is brand new. It doesn't feel crowded even in the most popular times. The "Slide & Fun" option is perfect for the whole family and there's even a good bar, so you can enjoy a drink near the pool.

Very nice place to spend couple hours in. The biggest plus: there’s a free kids zone with saunas, jaccuzi, relax room. Lockers, showers and toilets are clean.

I went to the spa with my girlfriend, and unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by unprofessional behavior from the staff at the sauna area. Upon entering the sauna area, we were rudely informed that we had to undress but could keep the towel. Despite the "do what I say or get out" attitude, we complied. Upon exiting the steam bath, another staff member insisted we should have gone without the towel. We explained we were informed otherwise, but he rudely insisted he was right, criticizing my girlfriend's experiences at other spas in Italy. When I asked him to moderate his tone as we were leaving, he responded with an aggressive gesture. This occurred today around 17:30. Later, we discovered a family area with a sauna and steam bath where going fully naked was not mandatory. Surprisingly, other reviews also mentioned this requirement, contradicting Aquagrande's argument about health concerns. If clothing is deemed detrimental, it should apply uniformly to all sauna areas. In conclusion, we paid over 90 euros only to feel disrespected and more stressed than when we arrived. Thanks for your attention to our review

Great place for relaxing and of course for families. Cleaning staff is very attentive. I was there until 9pm and I felt a bit surrounded by the cleaning staff trying to wrap up the day. It is open until 10pm so I was a bit surprised by this.

The local pool and spa center with a nice variety of options to meet the needs of the entire family. Water slides and different games for children, family sauna and a steam bath. Was not too crowded during our visit.

Visited Aquagranda to go to the slide and play area with my 17month old. Was told at the entrance that ticket would be 45 euro for the day. Great facilities but with a baby I couldn't access any of them. No discount for using play pool only. Far too expensive and sadly not worth it. Very limited areas for toddlers to play in. Would be great if they offered even a half day ticket but sadly this wasn't an option. We won't be back.

Had bad experience with lifeguards and babysitters. They don't watch kids. Instead only chat with each other and play with their phones. Totally useless. Our kid injured her back in the baby area and they did nothing. Beware.

Nice Olympic size pool but very crowded and most lanes reserved by teams, only 1 lane for individual swimmers. Looks like 7-10 person per 1 lane usually.

All good especially the outdoor pool and the sauna area. -1* for the extremely slippery pass to the outside pool and the fact that that is ignored by the administration - I saw a kid fall and wounded his knee badly

I would not recommend this spa. It is not clean, mismanaged staff, long lines, and deceiving on prices and areas you can access. Everything is an up charge, including towels. First, we waiting about 15 minutes in line to enter, only to not receive towels or have my bracelet activated. Had to go back in once the lockers wouldn't work. Towels are an extra $4 euro and bathrobes are an extra $8. Next we saw a mysterious white thick substance floating in the hot tub area. Gross. Immediately got out. They are absolutely militant about the bathing suit / nude rule. If you want to wear a bathing suit you can only access the main pool, cold room, relax room, and large hot tub. Anything else you have to be naked. Now they allow you to wear a towel, but under the towel you have to be naked, and flip out if they see any little bit of bathing suit hidden under the towel. What's even better is if you aren't comfortable with co-ed nude, you can purchase their "bathing suit" for $12 euro which allows you to enter into those forbidden naked areas, which is the saunas, steam rooms, etc. They are the reason to go to the spa. Aquagrande is an absolute scam, save your money, do not go here.

Very enjoyable experience, especially if one can avoid the busier times in the late afternoon/early evening. Our children had a lot of fun on the slides. My husband and I managed to go to the spa area, which was also quite pleasant but getting crowded around 5 pm. The food served in the eating area inside was surprisingly tasty and prices were not too high. It should be noted that swimming caps are mandatory for the pools and the slides (and can be purchased at the entrance). Towels are provided for a fre. The entrance tickets are expensive but overall worth it

Overall great place to stay, when is not very good weather for skiing or you are just tired and need a break. Very suitable for families with small kids, for adults you can choose wellness and different saunas or 25m swimming pool (entrance to this pool is not included in basic price). Just one small drawback today (17.1.2024) was extremely loud music inside of the kids/family part. You couldn't even order snack or hear your own voice while speaking. Don't know, if it was some kind of special occasion, but I would strongly not recommend this kind of stuff (if someone from this company reads reviews here) to be standard. In combination with normal sound of water and sound of kids playing, it was very unpleasant experience today.

Quite expensive and only has 3 saunas. However, it looks nice, feels nice and sauna procedures were excellent. Be careful not to leave your stuff behind. They haven't found mine.
