I am really happy with the blowdry. They made a great job. I asked to add a hair mask and they did a discount on the final price. Very friendly stuff. Offered me coffee, tea, water. They made exactly what I asked for.😊🥰

Excellent service, they were very accommodating with my appointment which was easy to make on WhatsApp with an English speaking person. But wow the hair stylist Mara is exceptional. She understood exactly what I wanted and it turned out even better. She was lovely and did an amazing job. So happy to find an excellent hair dresser at a very good value too in Milan!

I am so happy to have found this salon!! As an American who recently relocated to Milan, I've been hesitant to go to a salon (1 - out of fear my Italian is not good enough to communicate and 2 - I have always struggled with hair dressers not listening to what I ask for and leaving disappointed). WOW - Brera13 blew me away! Ryan gave me the EXACT blonde touchup I wanted. He speaks English, so I was able to discuss my exact wants. He made sure I was comfortable the entire time and everyone else at the salon was extremely friendly. I was blown away with how happy I was with the results! I honestly have never had such a positive first time experience at a salon. Will absolutely be going back with this as my go-to salon in Milan.

Thank you so much to the whole team and especially to Mara. She did an amazing job getting my brown hair to blonde. The consultation was very helpful and the whole staff is really nice and gives you the feeling of being in very experienced and good hands. They also speak English for those as me who are not native Italian speakers. All in all I’m very happy with my results and the experience at the salon.

I’ve had my lashes done here (lamination) two times here now and I’ve been more than pleased with the results which last about a month and a half. I’m not the easiest client as I flinch a lot but the girl is amazing at calming your nerves and just taking your time. I also had my hair cut and styled and again they really took their time to understand what I wanted and to make a cut styled specifically to suit me and my needs. Service and performance top notch!

Booking an appointment was very easy even for an english speaker like myself. Staff was friendly and welcoming but the best part of my visit was my stylist Mara! Having my hair cut and styled by Mara was an absolute pleasure. She was very understanding and she made sure I was happy and satisfied with my hair. The haircut was exactly what I wanted. I had the best experience at Brera 13. I was in Milan for a few days and decided to change my hair. Went to this salon that I found online. My appointment was with Khadija who spoke with me regarding my wishes and then proceeded to the colour/shahtoush procedure. The colour was exactly what I wanted, super natural yet the change that I wanted. Her blow dry at the end was also super pro. Everyone in the salon was super caring and attentive. Just for this plane I’m willing to travel to Milano to refresh by hair colour!!! Bravo Khadija! I left the salon glowing and happy!!!

I can not speak more highly of Brera13, hands down the best experience I have ever had at a hair and beauty salon. They made it a priority to understand exactly what I wanted, the staff were all welcoming, friendly and talented. I got my hair coloured, cut and styled as well as a manicure and pedicure. From the quality of their service you definitely tell all the staff take pride in their work. If you’re in Milan this is the place to go!

Had to come back to see the amazing Khadija. She’s the only person I trust in Milan to cut my hair. Even with my average Italian speaking skills she always understands my vision and makes my dreams become a reality. I always leave feeling like a new woman….
