Just in the center have a nice pool and good size rooms. Good bar by the pool with good local wi e selection. The breakfast is exceptionally good in Italy. No parking but easy to park in near the hotel. The price is reasonable for the quality. I haven’t tried the restaurant.

Great hotel and amazing restaurant. Infrared Sauna in my room! Nice pool out back. 5 course tasting menu at the restaurant was divine! Wine selection was amazing as well! Don't miss breakfast. Loved this hotel!

the best hotel i met in the whole friaul area (i travelled three weeks in many hotels!) ...the pool is wonderful and the garden is a paradise. from outside you wouldnt expect! breakfast was great with all you can imagine (better than italian average). air condition perfect and isolated rooms. no noise! the stuff at the reception and breakfast hast been really especially friendly and helpful! the girls at front office had really good knowledge and provided all information (better than tourist office:)...they printed all timetables and maps for me and explained a lot more than just the most necessary. thank you so much for a fantastic stay :) see you next time thats sure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Just overnight stay, but pleasantly surprised. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast superb. Swimming pool clean and tidy. Also, amazing service from everyone

We use the Hotel Franz every year as a stop off on our journey to Croatia. The staff are so friendly and accommodating it’s a real pleasure to come back. The Hotel’s swimming pool and breakfast are the highlights !

Special thanks to Alice for her effort and extraordinary service! The hospitality and service level was worth a 5 star plus hotel! Our motorbike broke down and we had all amenities from late check out (for free) to cap service to organization of a special mechanics.... everything far beyond a normal concierge service. We felt at home and welcomed by an extremely friendly staff. The hotel is freshly renovated with a relaxing pool area , clean and nice rooms. Breakfast is very good and garden is beautiful. We will definitely come back. The entire team turned a bad luck situation into a wonderful experience!

Great place to stay in Gradisca with nice swimming pool and helpful staff.

Our brief stay at Hotel Franz was absolutely lovely. The staff was super attentive and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The room was spacious, modern and fitted our needs spectacularly. The breakfast (€8) was a great deal and very delicious. The pool and outdoor areas were well maintained. The lunch we had brought to our room was tasty and we paid a fair price. Overall we had a great stay at Hotel Franz and would definitely stay again!

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, sauber und freundliches Personal. Große Liegewiese am Pool, sicherer Parkplatz. Sehr ruhig. Reichhaltiges Frühstück, alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr gute Küche auf hohen Niveau. Preis/Leistung sehr gut.
