This hotel is so charming and unique. You really feel like youโ€™ve stepped into history. The self check-in system was very easy and convenient. We stayed in the Riesling suite, which was spotless and beautifully decorated. We loved having a taproom right downstairs, and we appreciated the convenience of the breakfast room, which was stocked with coffee, pastries, and other treats. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

I didn't book a room here, just went for a late lunch with a friend. The host was absent from his post, so we did need to wait to be seated. Waitress was efficient but had no information to offer on future house events or how to sign up for a haunted tour of the place. Would like to go back when they have their Speak Easy downstairs open or the red room dining area. We didn't feel any Spirits present. However, legend has it a man hung himself in one of the upstairs rooms and haunts the place. The food was exceptional. My Dry Martini was delightful but barely filled the glass it was served in. Perhaps sitting at the bar next time might change that. We learned to rent a room everything must be done online. Restaurant and Hotel appear to be run by two entities, not one, as wait crew had no knowledge about upstairs rooms. I'd recommend a stop in. A bit pricey. Lunch cost a little over $70, not adding tax and gratuity.

I have driven through Naples, New York, multiple times and saw this location and decided to try this restaurant. Food was served at a brutally slow pace. Emptied our drinks and waited forever for a server to check on us, even to get a drink. Simple things like salt and pepper not on the table. They were not slammed with patrons so canโ€™t understand why everything took so long? We ended up eating fast when the food finally arrived to try and make a concert in Canandaigua. A response to this should be filled with fixes not excuses. Itโ€™s the only way I give them a second chance.

Stayed one night and had dinner at the restaurant. The hotel was built in 1896, has Ben recently remodeled and is charming. We stayed on the second floor where the continental breakfast were just down the hall. We enjoyed wine, perched atop the second floor balcony as locals went about their business. The restaurant food and service was excellent. Glad we went.

My wife and I just wrapped up our stay at the Naples Hotel and it was an amazing retreat from home for a few days. From the bar and restaurant attached to the comfort, cleanliness, and history in the hotel, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone passing through or looking to make a trip out of Naples, NY.

Absolutely a hidden gem, this place is wonderful! We recently spent a night in the Niagara Suite and I highly recommend it. The jacuzzi is deep enough to soak in, the rooms maintain an homage to history without being dated and everything was clean. And if you like prime rib, the restaurant downstairs has among the best we've ever had! Very reasonably priced too. Absolutely outstanding visit and we look forward to returning.

We had an excellent lunch on the porch and our service was great! My wife had the blackened fish tacos and I had the beef on weck sliders.

Great little art deco bar inside a quaint retro hotel. Went for a four course dinner jazz show featuring the Pickle Mafia from Rochester (and Santa Cruz). Skillfully tight trio surrounded creative pickle themed food and drink.

Myself and some friends had stopped here for a couple drinks and some food after traveling about for the day. The atmosphere is wonderful and they had live music in the dining room. Alisah was our bartender, she did a wonderful job the whole time we were there keeping us entertained and making sure we all stayed hydrated. She also makes quite a tasty Old Fashioned! We'll definitely return the next time we're in town!

The newer renovations to The Naples Hotel are very nice and don't detract from the period of original construction of the building. Our suite (The Sutton on the third floor) had a nice sitting room with electric fireplace, which was great for a November night. The bathroom was huge and nicely appointed and the same for the bedroom. My wife is a bit of a ghost enthusiast and we did have two very interesting experiences at night. The ceiling light in the back corner of the third floor was flashing, going dim and then bright, sometimes shutting off and then coming back on with the dimming and brightening. This started when we passed by it while exploring the floor and lasted for several minutes while she "talked" to "anyone" who may have been there. When it stopped, the light remained constant at the low light level it was at when we first arrived and didn't change from that the rest of our visit. The other occurance was she felt someone gently rubbing her foot in the middle of the night (it wasn't me, I sleep through anything). We also had a fleeting scent of pipe tobacco the next morning. The Social is a decent restaurant and I would recommend it. There aren't too many choices in the village on a Sunday night. The breakfast room in the hotel is fine for morning coffee and a light breakfast of prepackaged muffins, sweet rolls and yogurt. All in all we had a great visit and trip through Naples.

This was such a pleasant surprise. We didnโ€™t know what to expect making our reservations- we were more staying at this location for the historical value than anything else. When we arrived, the decor and comfort of the room were excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The place sucked for prices, service, dinner prices, and location. Unless you like high prices, poor service, nasty staff, a noisy building and inconvenient location. We came in for the comedy show and in the fall for the grape festival. The staff and their nice to your face while they short change you or blame you for not delivering the food you ordered. Expect ungodly high prices for the smallest portion of food. Watered down with too much ice drinks. Unmeasured shots. NOTHING for physically challenged people to help change rooms or floors. So don't bring a wheelchair or walker. It's places like this that should be turned into functional museums rather than actual establishments providing services.

Had family in town and wanted a nice dinner. Ended up at the Naples Hotel. Service was good; However 2 of us had the same meal and ended up being sick for the rest of the evening and much of the next day. This totally wrecked our Holiday together. I could expect getting bad food for under $20, but not when its over $100.

Lovely small town restaurant. Great food. Great staff. A menu that has something for everyone. Restaurant is called TGE SOCIAL inside the hotel. Free street parking. Be sure to walk off lunch around town and discover some great businesses!
