BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN AT. - Amazing food! All 3 meals. - Amazing staff, people are great. - great view. - Awesome pools and facilities. Incredible nice vibes for the entire stay. Honestly the best place. Will definitely remember it as the best hotel and will go again. Everything need to pay. Service very poor. Room is include dinner and breakfast we they offer us juice tea and other. At the end wehn check out we need to pay all the drink. No one told us chargeable. Even mineral water is charge. They need to review their 5 star. Even when you call the reception they dont pick up. And need to pay for 650 eur. For 3 kids for additional

Wonderful place. Delicious dinners and very convenient snacks after some skiing sessions. Kids friendly and with great mini and junior clubs. The SPA experience is superb. Definitely worth spending a week there.

This place is AMAZING! One of the nicest resorts I have found in the world. We changed our trip so we could spend one more day. Great skiing across the street. All employees deserve a raise. The spas and saunas are incredible. Adults only and then great accommodations for kids.

The Hotel in 1 word: Wonderful. Beautiful and spacious rooms with great view. Delicious breakfast, buffet and dinner, and many hiking and cycling routes start from the hotel. The professional and friendly service completes the experience in this hotel. Leonie and Hannes in particular, the friendliness and joy in work is very special and makes you happy. Had a wonderful trip. Friendly staff, stunning facilities, incredible menus and the most wonderfully relaxing spa experiences. The masuses all seemed knowledgeable, passionate and skilled. The only downside is thw choice of food for children, pasta and fried chicken are not great options. Also Wi-Fi was hit and miss, which cwb be good and bad for a wellness resort

Amazing hotel of excellent class in South Tyrol. Both exterior and interior design is beautiful. Everything is clean, all staff very nice and always helpful and forthcoming. They also have a very good local knowledge, just im case one wants to get some information about the region. Restaurant serves excellent dishes. Both a la carte dinner and the buffet offers excellent prepared dishes. Only negative point: Water (sparkling and non sparkling) should be free during dinner. We were very well taken care of by Alexandra and Laura, thanks again! The pool and spa area offers a good choice of different ways to relax. If you have kids, the two slides in the "Blue Planet" area are definitely a fun place (also for adults). The main pool can be used inside and outside, separated through a sliding glass door. The top floor is an adult only area and the pool up there is a heated outside only pool. The top floor also has a relaxation room with infrared heating chairs. This was one of my personal highlights. The rooms are called suites, however the size of them is a classic double room size, not a suite. The design inside a room is the same elegant design as the other parts of the hotel. Best part: the bed. I slept very well on the bed. The mattress and the cushions were outstandingly comfy. The location is great. Just a max 5 min walk from the hotel right to the mountain telecabin and then you are on the middle station of the mountain. In summer, there's a nice little walk with dinosaurs great for the little kids. Next to the T-Rex is the entrance of the summer mountain coaster. A kind of bob sleigh on rails. This is extremely fun but a tad expensive. From this place you can either take the telecabin down again or walk down ~2h back to the hotel. Of the whole stay (4 days, 3 nights) we didn't experience anything annoying or bad in the hotel (some hotel guests' kids were very noisy but that's not the fault of the hotel). From the very nice design and the excellent service and quality of food, it was altogether an awesome stay.
