Upon arriving, we were a little disappointed. On the website it said 'view of mountains or valley', but our apartment mostly faced the parking garage and a big hill. Luckily, the hotel staff was able to move us to a different apartment with a beautiful view over the valley. Great service, but it could have stated more clearly on the website that not all apartments offer the majestic vista's as shown on the website. So: if you would like a valley view, make sure to request it while booking.

Perfect place to stay. We're really into hiking and the relaxing hotel refueled us with it's pool, sauna and great accommodations. Hanes was really helpful with the check-in and with other questions we had. Great location!

Perfect recharge for long weekend. Went for a long weekend all the way from Belgium to recharge our batteries. It was perfect for along weekend getaway: very good and friendly service, available through WhatsApp for assistance, good recommendations for hiking and to-do's around the area and everything is really close by.

Beautiful and clean place to stay! perfectly located in comparison to all the main Dolomito highlights/ hikes such as lago di Sorapis and lago di Braies etc. and wonderful to use the Spa and Swimming pool after long hikes

This is THE Place. We’ve been coming here for few years now and it never disappoints us. It’s a residence with many apartments that have a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom. The apartments are sparkly clean, they come with microwave, hob and dishwasher. They are traditionally decorated, with a lot of beautiful pine wood everywhere and a balcony overlooking the mountains and the valley. The residence has three different saunas and the view from the spa relax lounge is incredible. There is also a beautifully decorated pool with chairs and small tables outside so you can relax also there. Hannes and his mum always make sure that you feel right at home. Coming here is a real treat and we always look forward to our next visit ♥️😊

Very modern and well equipped residence. The 20 meter swimming pool is great after a hiking day. Our apartment (2-bedroom premium) was large enough for 5 people, modern and very clean. The covered parking is also very handy. And, last but not least, Hannes was always available to give us advice about hiking paths, best times to visit each place etc. We definitiely recommend!

One of the nicest places we have ever been and only good words can be said. The location is super nice and quiet. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, kitchen included everything you need for cooking and view was exactly to mountains. The SPA was super nice, specially the relaxion area. The hotel has well equipped gym. This place is like a paradice. We are already looking forward to go back.
