We are really enjoying the Social! Have been several times now and have had great experiences every time. The staff is really engaging, helpful, attentive. The food has been great every time, the menu seems to be evolving, there are upgrades with each visit. We have stumbled upon live music on multiple occasions. I really like what is happening here.

Stopped in for lunch on Friday. Had a bit of a wait to be seated, host not at his post. Once seated waitress was quick to take and place our food order. The food was exquisite, and my dry martini was perfect. 😍 We had hoped to confirm or dispell the "haunted" legend associated with the place, but alas no ghost came when called. Perhaps they only visit the upstairs rooms? πŸ€” It was a quiet afternoon, only a few guests in the place. Would love to visit again during dinner hours when the red room is open. Yes, I'd recommend eating here.

We loved this place ! I cannot say enough good things about. Our room was amazing. It was immaculate, Pottery Barn Style type fashion and very large. We felt it was more like an apartment than a hotel room. We had dinner in The Social, restaurant in the hotel and that was fantastic as well. The whole place has this wonderful nostalgic type quality about it but with all modern amenities. We were In Naples to see The Bristol Valley Theatre’s production of Misery, also amazing. I can’t wait to return.

We had a group of 9 girls for a Bachelorette Party on a Saturday night and it was so wonderful. The Groom had sent some champagne over to the table and once they found out what we were doing there, they got us in a room on our own. The service was wonderful. We specifically had Michelle as our server but had a lot of different servers come in and out to help. All of them were so nice and accommodating. The food was very good and there were no complaints from our end. I would recommend this to anyone in the Naples area. Thank you, Social Restaurant.

I want to hear for one of the comedy shows in the basement. While waiting at the bar I ordered double rum and cokes. The bartender didn't even measured out and put a little bit of rum followed by a half a second trigger shot of Pepsi and an entire 12oz scoop of ice into a rocks glass. She seemed like all she wanted to do was get the drink in front of me so that she can put a tab in front of me so that she could get paid. The drinks were watered down beyond belief and the bar was so crowded with people talking it didn't matter really. I hated this place from the door all the way to the downstairs. The bar downstairs with during the comedy show wasn't any better and the service was absolutely subpar and below all stages of being there. I don't think I'll ever be returning to this place for food bar service comedy shows or anyting else for that matter because I think it's just a rotten place to go for service. The comedy show was great and the comics were all very funny but the police as a venue was a terrible choice.

We had an interesting and delicious dinner here 9/9/23. The food and service was great along with the atmosphere. Our server, Kelly, was very professional, smart and personable. The staff in general are great at this fine old hotel and restaurant.

We had dinner there a few times. The food is amazing, and the service stellar. The Etouffee was on point. Their Mac and cheese steals the show as a side, or stand alone meal.

What an awesome little spot nestled on main Street in an awesome little town! If you want the full finger lakes wine country experience, you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not at least stopping here for a drink. The taproom itself teleports you back to a time where there were non asphalt roads with big cars (with terrible mpg), lots of piano, and smoking indoors. Although they don't allow smoking indoors anymore (thankfully), the social still gives you the slight temptation to walk up to the bar, plop down, and order a finger or two of the finest whiskey. The cocktail menu at The Social is classic with a modern twist. Michael (head cocktail expert) made me a Manhattan with an oak smoke finish. Not only was it quite the spectacle to see being crafted, but it was also so delicious that I could have had countless amounts of them. Didn't get a chance to try the food. However the stuff coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. The Social also hosts plenty of local music, and has open mic nights every week as well. When we were there- local band was playing, and it wasn't too loud. Truly a gem of a place! We will be back.

While we didn't stay at the hotel, we tried the Social restaurant yesterday on a whim after being in Naples many times, and were not disappointed. We were seated quickly on the porch and our server promptly took our drink order and explained the specials. I ordered one of the specials, lamb osso bucco; my wife ordered the house salad with a crab cake. The entire meal was delicious and cooked perfectly. Service was good. Will return.
