Ma devo dire che sono stati veramente bravi Il dottor Mochi Zamperoli è stato davvero bravo e disponibile a rispondere a qualsiasi mia domanda. Già fissato il secondo appuntamento.

Era da tanto tempo che non andavo dal dentista (da bambino mi hanno messo il baffo e non mi stavano molto simpatici), e cominciavo a vedere qualche carie superficiale sui miei denti. Ho conosciuto Carmelo, il fondatore di Passion Smile a un corso di crescita personale e, quando ho scoperto che anche un mio vecchio amico andava da loro come dentista e si trovava molto bene, ho deciso di prenotare una visita anche per me. Quello che ho trovato, è stato subito un ambiente molto simpatico e alla mano, che mi ha messo subito a mio agio. Proseguendo nella visita, ho potuto anche toccare con mano la loro professionalità e ho apprezzato molto i consigli di Carmelo e il suo staff sugli interventi da fare. Oggi sono molto contento del risultato ottenuto, tanto che Passion Smile è diventato il dentista di fiducia mio, della mia fidanzata e della mia azienda.

I had a great experience during my teeth cleaning, the dentist was extremely nice and helpful and cleaned my teeth with great attention to detail. It was my first time going to the dentist in Italy so I was nervous but everyone was very helpful. Also, the receptionist is absolutely wonderful! Can’t wait to go back in a year :)

I can highly recommend this place! On holiday I needed a quick evaluation of the heavy pain I had been experiencing on my wisdom tooth. I went to 2 other places and no one could help me on short notice. I went to this studio and I could be helped. I had to wait 45 min, for which they kept apologizing. But for me no problem. I would have waited hours if I had to. The dentist was very helpful and knowledgeable and the woman helping was very comforting as I was so afraid. They gave me excellent, clear and reassuring advise and gave me a free gel to help heal my pain. I am forever grateful for this place. They really helped me on my vacation. Thank you!!

A Marzo di quest’anno , ho deciso dopo tanto tempo di fare una visita specialistica presso lo studio dentistico Passion Smile del dott. Maida , il dentista di fiducia di una mia cara amica . I miei problemi si basavano fondamentalmente sul voler rivalutare e rinfrescare tutta la mia bocca , non solo per un generale check up , ma anche perché volevo affrontare l’argomento per me molto delicato dell’ estetica. Inoltre avevo il bisogno di cambiare struttura medica , dopo tanti anni mi sono reso conto che dovevo cercare per un punto di vista più aggiornato , tecnologicamente avanzato e sensibile all’evoluzione del settore , non ero più soddisfatto della struttura medica frequentata per anni . Volevo per cui rendermi conto di come potessero lavorare gli altri e l’incontro col Dottor Maida è stato illuminante . Andare dal dentista può facilmente provocare un po’ di ansia legata al possibile trauma o dolore che pensiamo di poter provare ma la mia principale ansia era quella di voler affrontare un lavoro estetico per ringiovanire e rinfrescare il mio sorriso , ho sempre notato lavori troppo aggressivi sulle altre persone , che poi sono quello che si notano di più perché non corrispondono alla totale naturalezza individuale delle persone , per cui volevo assicurarmi di essere nelle mani di qualcuno che potesse capire i miei timori . Volevo un lavoro naturale , adatto al mio volto e alla mia personalità che rispettasse i miei canoni estetici e non quelli del mercato . Mi sono rivolta allo Studio perché avevo forte dolore al dente del giudizio. Mi hanno fissato un appuntamento immediatamente e il dottore è stato molto gentile nel farmi capire la problematica e trovare con me la soluzione migliore. Durante la seduta per la rimozione del dente il Dott. Maida e la sua assistente sono stati gentilissimi e super professionali e mi hanno assistita e rassicurata tutto il tempo. Ho sentito solo la puntura dell’anestesia e la rimozione è stata indolore. Prima di andare via mi hanno dato tutte le info per la medicazione e per gestire i giorni successivi. Pochi mesi fa a causa del bisogno di un trattamento in urgenza sono venuto a contatto con lo studio dentistico Passion Smile. Essendomi trasferito a Milano da non troppo tempo e non conoscendo nessuno studio in zona, ho chiesto al mio precedente dentista di consigliarmi un collega preparato e mi è stato dato il contatto del Dr. Maida Carmelo. Risolta l’urgenza, è stata fissato un appuntamento per valutare la mia situazione generale. È emerso che avevo alcune carie, denti del giudizio da estrarre e impianti da mettere, trattamenti che già sapevo di dovere fare ma che avevo lasciato in sospeso per varie ragioni. Onestamente andare dal dentista mentalmente mi ha sempre destabilizzato un po’, perché non sai mai cosa può accadere. Con Carmelo e il suo staff invece ogni procedura da svolgere viene spiegata nel minimo dettaglio e questo mi ha permesso di sentirmi molto a mio agio. The girls at the reception were very nice in making me feel at ease and despite my difficulty in facing the visit I always saw a lot of patience and smiles towards me. I met Dr. Maida during my high school diploma in Lucca. A friendship was born that has continued to this day. Since then, when I needed his care, I followed him on all his work trips to all the cities around Italy, where he worked and taught, from Rome to Sassari, up to Milan. I can therefore declare that I have been his patient since 2000!! The years pass for everyone and over time the treatments performed have been many and different in different periods. From simple fillings and wisdom teeth extractions in the early periods to slightly more important work in recent years. The thing that all the treatments done to date have in common has always been the clear vision of the treatments to be performed, the lack of uncertainty and the clarity in explaining the existing problems and what we risked encountering by not addressing the problem. In addition to the fact that I have never felt pain, which is important for those who have to undergo major treatments or surgeries and implants. Recently the focus has shifted to restoring the aesthetics of the front teeth, which over time had worn out and become dark and a little yellowed due to coffee or perhaps the aging of the tooth structure. They were treated in 2 sessions thanks to 10 ceramic veneers customized exclusively for me, after having carried out a specific study of my case and shown it to me in advance. It was an incredible thing to first see the result that would be obtained after the treatment and after the application of the ceramic veneers. I have seen dozens of his cases that he has done over the years, he showed me the one most similar to mine and the type of existing veneers, from there we started to evaluate the one that could come closest to my needs. Let me start by saying that I have never had any particular need to go to the dentist, but between Covid and lockdown I have neglected my mouth a bit. I turned to Dr. Maida's Passion Smile practice to arrange an initial meeting to evaluate my situation. The appointment was scheduled for me in a very short time and when I arrived at the studio I was immediately welcomed with a smile by the secretaries who also offered me a coffee while waiting for the visit, which was much appreciated. They made me sit in one of the rooms and Dr. Maida immediately seemed very kind, professional and put me at ease. The visit was very thorough and I also had a CT scan and x-rays done to get a better picture of my situation. Once the visit was over, I was given a quote with all the work I would have to carry out. I was asked what my priority was and mine was to reconstruct a tooth. We immediately scheduled dental hygiene and the week after the surgery which was quick and above all painless!! Dr. Maida has two golden hands, very delicate and I didn't even feel/perceive any discomfort or pain during the anesthesia. From there I calmed down and put myself in the hands of the Doctor and his team, who were also very professional, kind and empathetic.
