PROBABLY the best thing about Italy for me so far. The staff - excellent! Fast, courteous, efficient. The room - spacious as heck. Excellent lighting, excellent bed which was large than life. Suuuper clean. Breakfast - AMAZAZING. Massive spread, from delicious apple strudels to pancakes with maple syrup and brie cheese with bacon and eggs. Ahhh the coffee... I'm going to miss that cappuccino... Restaurant - yummy! Irish beef for me, carbonara for the missus. Excellent! Loads of parking outside, ready to find, on a main street. Spa was closed, obviously, but the jacuzzi in the room more than made up for it. (I didn't even know the room had a jacuzzi). The room was well stocked, Nespresso on the ready, all the amenities like slippers, shower caps, slippers, lotions (which you could still angel 8 hours after applying) and loads of storage space as well. Also, it has the elevators which is great, so no waiting and sharing. Stayed in a Best-Western in France the night before, there was no comparison. Ego all the way!

Booked this last minute on booking.com as it was close by to the port for me to leave and drive to the port the next day. There wasn’t much information about upon arrival covid requirements. I have been driving for over 30 hours & just wanted to sleep. But because I haven’t had all the covid vaccinations yet due to different timescales in the UK. They wanted me to have a covid test. After a very stressful day, and not from Italy the staff told me to go to the Pharmacy nearby to do the test. When arriving at the Pharmacy they didn’t speak very well English. So I came back to the hotel & the staff called the Pharmacy for me to help me get my covid test. In the meantime they let me rest in the room until I could go back to the Pharmacy to do my COVID test. Without their help I wouldn’t have been able to do anything. So I want to say a big thank you to the 2 staff members at reception that day. They both reassured me & made the whole experience less stressful. Also the food & breakfast was lovely. The room itself was amazing for the price you pay. Only thing in the room they didn’t have was a charging outlet near the beds. So had to charge my phone away.

3 Rooms booked via booking and hotel.com… all confirmed with reservation numbers… at 8 pm we arrived at the hotel to be told that they don’t have our rooms + hotel full… with the easy excuse of computers problems… the 2 receptionists was really nice and professional but it doesn’t change the frustration of the situation. Had to pay another taxi + 1h lost.

Fantastic place! Was just in a restaurant, but it was enough to take in love 🥰 so food was delicious and extra friendly staff was very nice,pleasant and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel. And a big plus that they have wellness 👍

Curated in every detail! Is absolutely a fantastic Hotel! Clean, fresh, new. Perfect the Gourmet Dinner, breakfast (with omelette made at the moment) and the room. Bed with comfy mattress. 2 pillows, one soft the other a little “harder” so you can chose which one you prefer. Hotel staff is Professional, kind and really prepared. The best Negroni ever with the special vermouth.

A very pleasant hotel stay. The room was ridiculously warm, but they were able to provide a fan. Nice bathroom and comfy bed.

Modern hotel close to the sea near Ancona. Even though the location is not perfect due to the proximity to the train rails, the hotel is very modern with nice and tidy rooms. Very good SPA and is advised to book the room rates where that is included. Good breakfast and kind reception staff.

I booked the EGO hotel for a solo trip and I couldn't have been more happy with it. The rooms were a great size, amazing facilities. The spa is lovely, very relaxing and again great facilities. Lovely breakfast in the morning and accommodating staff. Would definitely stay again. Only thing is, it's a bit out of the city centre, but there is good access to local transport as well.

One of the top of the hotels, service amazing, very welcoming people and en suite room is definitely to die for. Beautiful views from the terrace, room it self was spotless

(Easy) Questions per Email are answered late, incomplete and outrageous, with offers that in fact are more expensive (!) than on hotels website. Not even able to use correct name. Than they just stopped answering. What's wrong with you guys? No professional service or at least the most incompetent staff. Had to choose another hotel, which is more close to the center too.

I booked here for kind of emergency(we wanted to enjoy city and the sea but my boyfriend got tired of the heat with driving 3hours to go home) and I was a bit worrying about their vegan varieties for breakfast but didn't have to at all🥳 They have varieties of milks, not just soymilk but ALMOND, which is my favorite🤗Vegan cornetto and mini pie, and small salad can be self arranged, since they have a vege corner such as corns, tomatos, cucumbers, greenpeas, olives🧚‍♂️Also on request they bring your favorite caffe(My request was of course: 'cappuccino con latte di mandorla' (cappuccino with almond milk)) Great sea view even if it's not directly in front of (since there is a trainrail between the hotel and the sea), we chose 'sea view' and yes, it's closer to the small boat rental place so we could see the sea and varieties of boats near and bigger ships from the distance✨ Room is sophisticated and clean, minimal so I like their style. Our room was SPA included so after enjoying the centro di Ancona and panoramica spots, we indulged and relaxed at the SPA place of their facilities, in 2nd floor💖 Totally great experiences for 1 night stay even for a couple which normally not spending much money for luxurious hotels😉

We stay here this past weekend for my son fencing tournament in Ancona. I have to say it was a great hotel and experience. I really didn’t have to drive as the hotel is across from a train station and right off the highway. The location was ideal and very welcoming with a non-affiliated restaurant and cafe on the ground level. The hotel had three levels of parking available to accommodate all their guests. The check-in area was welcoming and we got checked in our room in no time. We got room 402 was had two double beds and a window view city. The hotel restaurant was closed but the Front Desk was helpful with our Deliveroo order. The room was very clean and had enough towels for the four of us. The best part of the hotel was the lobby and the breakfast bar. I was able to do work in the middle of the night and early morning in the hotel lobby without anyone bothering me at all. This I love in a hotel, as I give them a 10/10 for this care. I was even able to get a double espresso even though the bar was closed. The breakfast buffet was also a 10/10. I was there at 5am doing some more work and the staff were up and lively setting up the breakfast areas. They had a hot and cold breakfast spread for any appetite or pallet. They made us fresh omelette and had hot pancakes and maple syrup. Overall, this is definitely one of my favorite hotels in Italy (chain and non chain). Almost forgot about the adults only “wellness pool”.
