This little theatre, the smallest in the world at 71 square metres, is a little jewel! The building, once a barn, was founded in the village of Vetriano whose inhabitants chose to build a theater there and staged various performances even though many of them were illiterate. A beautiful story of love for culture is one's own country, behind this little gem. The visit is possible by booking online or by calling the caretaker Cristina.

Beautiful late 19th century mini-theatre for 85 people between the stalls and two tiers of boxes. Excellently restored and preserved by the FAI

Absolutely wonderful! The world's smallest theatre, the thespian equivalent of a tiny house, so enthusiastically & expertly presented by a magnificent group of volunteers on a FAI weekend. Do go and see it and of course, join FAI and support the preserving and presenting of historic sights & sites.

The smallest in the world, truly a jewel to be discovered thanks to your efforts for conservation and for having returned this "favor"

Located on top of the hills, surrounded by greenery, a small village with a 19th century theater recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the smallest in the world.

With its 71 m3 it is the smallest theater in the world; better to call to arrange with the guide who will be happy to tell you the story and show you everything. There are shows on Sunday afternoon, hurry, it doesn't have many seats. Theater restored by FAI

Simple theatre, well off the beaten track and requires an appointment to view. You would be very lucky or very well informed to be able to visit as a passing visitor. If you can get in it is very pleasant but short on content.

Visited on a Fai day last year with my family. A little gem in a small town on top of a hill considered the smallest in the world. I remember the very kind guides who take you into a distant world. I will definitely always return with a Fai day 💛

A little jewel, a discovery that cheers up the eyes and the mind. And it instills confidence. Thanks to Fai and the people who make it up! Thanks to them, thanks to their work, loving and voluntary, we are allowed to enjoy so much - albeit in this case small - well-groomed beauty. The story of the birth of the theater and its permanence over time in this part of Alta Versilia is already a miracle in itself. Today, thanks to the dedication of people who do not want to give up, the miracle continues. Don't miss it!
