con
una
goccia
di

analcolico
ma
in
ogni
caso
non
da
meno.
Una
nota
a
parte
per
i
vini:
da
provare
assolutamente
l'Amarone,
tipico
del
luogo
e
dalle
note
forti
e
ben
strutturate,
e
il
Valpolicella,
anch'esso
ottimo
ma
più
beverino
e
delicato.
Anche
l'amaro
offerto
dalla
casa
era
ottimo,
e
il
rapporto
qualità-prezzo
assolutamente
adeguato
(5
bicchieri
di
vino,
salumi
e
formaggi
misti,
due
primi,
un
dolce,
due
caffè
e
due
amari
della
casa
ad
un
centinaio
di
euro).
