Always clean rooms, very kindly staff,self serice check in available

Staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Paolo who welcomed us the first day. They all Make a good atmosphere. Rooms are white with nice wall poster. And clean. Air condition felt like limited. Staff is keen to help. Breakfast is overseeable, still enough. Coffee machine. Sweets. Fruits. Microwave. 24/7 fridge for softdrinks, convenient Main course for microwave as well as ice cream.

The windows are not isolated, so you hear everything. It looks like you are sleeping in the streets with the cars, and we were at the 7th floor but it was still really uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at BB Hotel Turin and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. While the hotel is basic in terms of amenities, the overall experience was excellent due to the staff's warmth and attentiveness. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Turin.

Very Good, clean and basic things are very good. The issue is, the tourists are not used to Italian coffee. As soon as you are in front of the coffee Maschine (during breakfast), there’s a huge line to get coffee. And you won’t believe it, bu it’s because the people are hitting the coffee button up to three times to get a large coffee, instead of just drinking a short Espresso, like the Italians are used to it. The tourists are not satisfied with the short one. The label just outlines „coffee“, however the tourists are expecting a huge American like coffee & are extremely disappointed, when they see the little tiny espresso in this huge large cup ;-). So if you go for breakfast, you should avoid drinking coffee, as there will be a huge line hitting buttons to get a large coffee. I was waiting around 30min to get my espresso. I know, it has not much to do with the Hotel but waiting that long for a coffee is disappointing. Isn’t it?

Really clean and beautiful hotel. Well located to get the public transport into the city centre. The breakfast is really nice with a coffee machine. Would 100% recommend for the price.

+The room is great. Clean and spacious. Really far from the city, but the price forgives it. A cafe nearby, and some microwable food are sold at the lounge. Receptionest seems to be friendly. -AC in our room was not working, and was not checked nor fixed poperly. We could chill the temperature by opening the window, but it was really really loud then.

Stayed here for a night and it was a lovely stay. From when we arrived the staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious. To get into the city centre is easy too and only a tram ride away. Would definitely recommend!

The service at the B&B Hotel have been incredible throughout our time here. The room was so spacious and the food was fresh and tasty every morning. And it’s easy to get into the centre of town and to enjoy the aminities of the city. (And the discount at the restaurant nearby was a nice addition too!). I would highly recommend staying here.

I expected to have breakfast included as it's a b&b but it wasn't, we paid extra for that however, the variety of different things to eat and drink was very good I could not fault it. The staff were very welcoming,friendly and helpful.

Its was our first time at BeB. There were my wife and my dog with me. In the beggining I was little afraid, as my wife is in wheellchair and the room/bathroom were not ok for her. But, the kindness of the great Paolo changed everything. Such a great employee you have. A very wise and sensible man, who has everything under control. My best wishes to Alice and to the cleaning lady. They gave us chairs for the bath, a small additional table for room and provided us a nice staying. IMPORTANTE: Please, note that one in the wheel chair needs very few modifications on the room/bath. I strongly suggest you to have one nice disable room, tested and curated by a person in wheelchair. Thank you

Clean, minimalistic and modern. Exactly what you need for a city break.

Comfortable, clean, good looking and furnished with everything. Breakfast is great! Maybe not appropriate if you are looking for a warm-looking place: furnitures and the whole structure design is pretty modern and cold, but otherwise appreciable. It's been a great surprise to discover that bedrooms dispose of a SMART TV.

The windows of the hotel have a poor quality (it is possible to hear pretty much noise from out traffic and it is disturbing in the night). The air conditioner from the room was not working and the room temperature was not very good, but we received a heater. The other things are good.

Good to stay some nights in Turin. Close to the FCA Plant. The lightning in the rooms are very poor and less!

Modern, practical, convenient... The staff is friendly, helpful. It was a pleasure staying at B&B Hotel, which is also well located thanks to its proximity both to the motorway and to public transport. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cheap and very basic. Great place if you just need a bed and a shower. It's a B&B Hotel so you know what to expect (not much...) when booking.

Very lovely staff with plenty of sincere smile. Veronika and Paolo are great people. I really loved talking to them. Moreover, everyone in the hotel talks very fluent English. The hotel provides a very good breakfast. Nothing finishes in the buffet, as they replace with the new ones. The distance from the city center is close once you have a car, but a bit far if you are gonna use buses. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. You are able to open the windows for fresh air if needed. There is a hair dryer, and and a safe locker with digital key inside the room. I am fully satisfied.

Beautiful 2 days spent here, all was great as we expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tasty breakfast, good coffee! We will choose definetly B&B Hotel our next trip!

Staffs are polite and helpful. Location is not really good if travel by 🚊 or 🚌. A bit far from city centre. But the area in which the 🏨 is quiet , and there is a big supermarket next door. If travel by 🚗, i highly recommend it as the room size and the price is reasonable.

The room itself is not bad, very noisy though, by a motorway; and their customer service on arrival, all considered, was not too bad either; but I suspect they must, because of the unnecessarily complicated check in system and the fact that (listen to this) at that very check in, and after you are well fully paid) they ask you for an extra vague and substantial fee , which, at that point, it really is an offer you can't refuse (well, you could sleep outside) Extortion really: welcome to Italy!

Friendly and helpful staff, well organised and not too far located from the city center by car. The hotel has a private parking garage if required.

Definitely recommend the place, especially if you're traveling on business. Clean spacious rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff!
