The room is nice, the bathroom clean and roomy. But the PLASTIC sheet on the BED!? I'm not a bedwetting child! It feels disgusting, sweaty and makes noise when I move. I deeply dislike this. For this alone we will not return. Restaurant is very busy, big selection of dishes and wines. The staff are friendly but it all felt rushed. Most staff does not wear their facemask properly. Breakfastbuffet is not covid proof. Guests end up taking food with their hands.

A 5 star service! The location was really nice and quiet, surrounded by mountains and green. Perfect for a weekend of relax. The restaurant is one of the best I have ever tried and the staff is there for you in any moment. Attention to details is what made the difference for the whole experience. The rooms are comfortable with a the amenities needed. Highly recommended for a very relaxing stay in North Italy!

Super friendly and helpful staff. The family and I were treated like royalty and when ever asked, they would go out of their way to accommodate our needs.

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights with family. Every thing is perfect. There is nothing to be desire for more. I strongly recommend this place to take a rest.

I liked it because they serve you with a smile 😊 they make you feel welcome, only one waiter in the restaurant evening was grampy but the rest were great. The food was delicious 😋

The complimentary jam is exceptionally good. I liked how sugar was not listed as first ingredient, it was very tasty. Reception girls are informed and helpful. At breakfast, except for the berries, both days I noticed the peach, melon etc were not ripe, the table next to me also put their fruit to one side after realising this. Good assortment of milks and polite wait staff. Otherwise typical italian brekafast of brown baked goods mostly and the hams yoghurt and mass prepared eggs, being boiled or scrambled. The swimming pool is enclosed so the noise reverberates, especially when each person turns on the fountain which then lasts for 5mins and the sound is too much. The complimentary detox water is tasty and the bottled water on the fridge was appreciated. Rooms contained mini fridge and kettle which was great as this combination seems a rarity in Lombardy. However noise from the road can be heard with the doors open and one needs to synchronise with bus times that aren't frequent during festival days, which in italy seems weekly. I suppose it depends what you are use to. For me was a little to far out that you don't have the freedom to walk down into town and back with ease. Nor was it a hillside retreat like you get in Dolomites. But if you have a car and want a few days away from the everyday the this may be your refuge.

I have to say that my experience at Hotel Villa Madruzzo was extremely disappointing and far below par. Old Building: From the moment I walked into the establishment, it was evident that the building is aging, and not in a charming or rustic way. It felt worn down and in need of a serious upgrade. While old architecture can offer character and a unique atmosphere, here it only emphasized a lack of upkeep and modernization. Facilities: The term "facilities" feels generous in describing what Hotel Villa Madruzzo offers. I experienced multiple issues with basic amenities, contributing to a frustrating stay. For example, several plugs in the room did not function properly, causing problems for charging my devices. In today's connected world, reliable access to electricity should be a given in any reputable hotel. Internet: Speaking of being connected, the internet service was painfully slow. I had difficulty even with simple tasks like checking emails or browsing, which hampered both my leisure and work-related activities. Given that we live in a digital age, high-speed internet is not a luxury but a necessity, and the hotel's failure to provide this basic service was very disappointing. Final Thoughts: Overall, my stay at Hotel Villa Madruzzo was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. While the staff did their best under the circumstances, there is only so much that can be done when the foundational amenities are so lacking.

I have stayed for two nights and didn’t leave the hotel until check out. Overall, I would say my experience from booking to check out was great and the staff has been at all times very helpful. I really liked the restaurant experience, which was made great by the varied regional wine selection, great food and most importantly knowledgeable and kind staff. However, the bathrobes provided for the spa (in 2 consecutive days) were really worn out and this really negatively affected my otherwise wonderful spa experience. Lastly, the bed was very hard and I didn’t like it.

Extremely nice hotel. Staff very friendly. It’s one of those places where you do not feel they optimise for profit at every corner. We arrived, ordered some espressos and some bread, which they didnt bill us but gave us as a “welcome” present. and this attitude we felt throughout the entire stay.

I've been here several times. A good hotel in its category. The setting is lovely, in the hills above Trento. Rooms are spacious and clean, with large and comfortable beds and somme appreciable courtesy touches. The parking has many spaces but still it can be quite chaotic and challenging when the hotel and the incorporated restaurant (not recommended) are busy. I like the breakfast here, at the high end of a four star hotel level. Service, both at breakfast and at reception, is very good. Some individual staff members have more natural human warmth than others, but they are generally courteous and helpful in my experience.

Hotel Madruzzo was WONDERFUL. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and catered to our every need. The restaurant was delicious, and my husband and I ended up eating there almost every day. The spa was clean, and empty every time we went. We each got a massage, and it was exceptional. The breakfast is AMAZING, with tons of variety. The view, the hot tub, the room- all perfect for our stay. My husband even said that we should come back every year! The parking was a bit difficult at times since so many people were coming in and out, but we managed to make it work. Cannot recommend this place enough!

It was a great place to be, very peaceful and clean. There are some rooms with jacuzzi, lovely ❤️ Restaurante was good as well, there is spa available and entrance 5€ per person. It is located 2 mins walk to tourist attraction name “Orrido di Ponte Alto“.

We had a great room (in the new part of the hotel). Great swimming pool. They could do a better job on cleaning the rooms + better selection at breakfast.

The newly renovated rooms are nice - apart from that the hotel is a mix of old and new which sometimes seems unfitting. The Spa costs extra per day and person which wasn‘t communicated beforehand. The breakfast solution for to the corona situation didnt work well, making it an uncomfortable experience - in addition, the food quality was below standard.

Grazie

Incredible Hotel! Very disappointed that we only scheduled three nights here. Could’ve stayed a week. We had a beautiful room in the new wing looking to the west over the mountains. Fabulous sunsets. The vineyards came right up to our back door. Very nice spa, indoor pool, and hot tub. Clean, spacious, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. Everyone working there were so friendly and nice! It’s in a suburb of Trento and a short drive into town. Peaceful and relaxing! Tons of things to do in the area. Will have to come back for a longer stay. Excellent value. Allesandro and Claire at the front desk Allesandro, Francisco, and Claire We are incredibly helpful and wonderful to talk to. Read about the restaurant on the restaurants’ reviews!
