A huge store, but laid out in an unintuitive way. Hard to find things, lots of wandering. Was also turned away at self-checkout simply for having a cart, despite having scanned everything already and being ready to pay. The staff weren’t able to explain why the rule exists, nor did they politely point out the rule “for next time.” Instead, when I got confused and asked why I couldn’t stand there, one employee pointed aggressively at the overhead sign (which I hadn’t noticed) and barked, “No no no, it is absolutely forbidden!” and then quickly threw all my items back in the cart, forced me out of the area and into a much longer line, like I was a criminal or something. A bizarre reaction, as I would have been done within seconds if they had simply let me pay. Almost like a tantrum, she was practically apoplectic over such a minor situation. VERY poor service standard, with such terse and rude staff. Seems like they have a totally bureaucratic mindset, with evidently zero concern for the customer’s experience. Or maybe she just had a bad day? In any case, I would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere after this experience!

My Favorite Store. I live in Geneva but will happily do the trip just to go there. Prices are very top, and their discounts… awesome ! I’m in love with this store. You got everything you need.

It was one of the biggest supermarkets I've ever seen and they had everything you could think of. It's on the second story of big building and it has a giant parking space. The products have an OK price, but it was hard to find everything I needed. The bakery was a bit too small for the giant supermarket, but everything else was OK. I would recommend this supermarket if you have to buy lots of stuff, but else you should use a smaller one.

So far, the best supermarket in Italy I`ve been to. Pity it`s not a chain store and is available only in the town of Aosta.

Extremely large grocery store a very short walk to the Gondola, making it an ideal location to pick up groceries if staying in the Pila resort.

This place is a maze, you can basically live here and no one would find out. Staff are friendly as far as I know, and the included food place is good. We also went to the nearby pharmacy, which had everything, and the man behind the counter was extremely attentive and nice. Good place.

For 5 staff maybe change the layout, hard to find some items Perfect for what we needed after a hard day on the slopes - I like the few extra warm food items they have. Ample parking too which is free v

This is a very big supermarket with everything from fresh produce to electrical goods. However good luck finding what you need! The layout is so illogical and nothing is where you might expect it. I have been many times and not found what I am looking for only to find it on another visit when unable to find something else. If you have the patience to go round and round looking for what you need then it's a good place.

Best big supermarket in Aosta. Lots of choice and they sell large sizes of many products, such as sun-dried tomatoes, pesto etc. We always make a visit when driving through Italy to stock up on Italian products.

From all the supermarkets I’ve been to in the world, this is the best I’ve ever been. Amazing assortment and great prices.

The very very best supermarket in the world? I genuinely love this place, the variety and freshness of food, fruit is amazing quality, and the bar makes Alta qualita capucci etc has a fast lane for self service payment, always a chill experience.

Great supermarket, possibly the best in the area. You can find basically everything and much more than other supermarkets. Really great place for big shoppings. And the few people I talked to, were really friendly and helpful.

Very large hypermarket that offers pretty much anything you want at good prices. Located adjacent to the main pila gondola up to the ski resort and only a short walk across the car park next to the roundabout. They also offer a Christmas wrapping service.

I bought stuff from the fresh selection (vitelo tonato), the meat was blue , and not fresh I didn’t eat it but ended up with food poisoning from the other foods from fresh selection. Also don’t think the selection is that great, I’ve seen better supermarkets in Italy (maybe is the best for the region)

Usually I give this store 10/10 every time, the produce is fantastic prices are a bit high but also the quality is high. But today for some reason the cashier decided the person that left the trolley in the line and went to get something was more important than me, she would have easily finished my scanning but she just couldn't be bothered.

We came across the border from France for four nights and found this truly astonishing supermarket. The most striking aspect of this place is the quantity of fresh food. I don't think I have ever seen so much fresh fruit, veg, cheese meat and pasta in one location. We bought fresh gnocchi and fresh pesto sauce which gave us a couple of very filling meals. The overall shop is enormous and I suspect that you can get almost anything you need here. Brilliant place in a special part of Italy and I will definitely be back at some point.
