Good selection of books. 3 floor bookstore: 1st. floor just for media stuff(DVD, CD, etc), ground and 2nd floor just for books and 3rd floor books and movie outlet. 2nd floor also has a spot for cellphone accessories, international newspapers stand and stationary. Staff is friendly and helpful. Reccomend a drop by for a good travel book!

Lovely book shop in central station. Very enjoyable going around and seeing all the literature, stationary and music they had on offer. Big English section, good for me as I have a limited grasp on the Italian language(though trying to learn!).

I really want to give it more stars but it pains me down to the core that there is a gorgeous huge variety of books, comics and mangas... but they are all in Italian T-T not even board games... they have a foreign tiny section but with a very short selection... please guys I beg you, i would pay for anything if i am able to find mangas, comics and books in English... i am sure many others like me would appreciate it, i am also sure that even many italians would love to experience reading american comics in the native language since the experience is totally different ;) anyways 2 stars because there are lots of figurines and cute other stuff that you can get

Horrendous return policy, and terrible customer service. They dont refund only give you vouchers. I bought 2 reading glasses, and wanted to return one of them and the manager was super rude and unnecessarily aggressive.

Situated inside the train station, the bookshop is pretty large, on different floors. The staff is really kind and helpful.

If you arrive in Milan do the rigjt thing and buy here some gifts for the friends you'll meet later that day.

An excellent selection of books in English in Milan: new arrivals, BookTok, young adult, fantasy and sci-fi, but also classics and non-fiction. The international bookstore is on the ground floor (close to Panino Giusto). There is also a section with newspapers and magazines on the top level, near the trains.

It is really big and full of title for any reader, the atmosfere is quite relaxed, but sometimes you feel really unattended, maybe because I went late.

Convenient and actually well stocked bookstore especially for Italian books. Also has a fine music section with new CDs and vinyl. Nice place to while away 30 mins or an hour of waiting for your train or passing by and also to buy a book (or two) for your journey.
