Great place! Popped in as it was part of my Venice Unica and so pleased I did. It’s a ‘real house’. You get the sense of how people actually lived, cards, dice, beds, table set for dining. Loved the rooms. You have to pay €1 if you want to take photos. I was in a rush so grabbed the opportunity to put the camera away - it’s obviously had a big workout in Venice!

Underrated, small-ish museum. You need 60-90 mins here. Don’t forget to visit the pleasant courtyard garden for some greenery and quiet. Pay €1 for permission to take photos.

Such a cute library, with the loveliest staff. You’ll need to fill the form in their website, get accepted then get your badge. A lot of working station with charging spots. Paviment makes a noise anytime anybody moves, so it’s not a super quiet place, but the overall ambient is amazing

I come to study here everyday. Quite place, convivial cafe. The rest of the building is beautiful.

Great place with helpful staff. Jumped in as this was part of the Venice pass package. While less illustrious than the rest of the museums in terms of history and story line, it’s still a beautiful place to look at how the family used to live. You will spend ~45 mins here.

Amazing architecture by Carlo Scarpa but if you’re only there to see the architecture it’s probably not worth the €15 ticket

Was a very nice experience, very historical and educational. It’s gives you a nice glimpse into the past and how the wealthy lived in Venice. The antiques are very well preserved and displayed, the rooms are filled with lots of artwork and very beautiful chandeliers. The rooms are very well decorated, I enjoyed the time I spent here and would recommend visiting this museum.

Me and my Italian family tried to go this morning and unfortunately had to deal with a very rude Stewart that was at the door.. I had with me my shopping bag and willing to leaving that wherever was more convenient for them in order to enter.. But the Stewart that was at the floor was so rude with us that eventually we had to leave.. Very disappointing experience

Magnificent painting collection in the setting of a Venitian nobleman's palace and library! I recommend to everyone who's interested in Venice and the 18th century. Entry is free of charge.

Venice in summer can be hot and crowded. A great way to relax is to enter this huge, beautiful and equipped biblioteque, sit on a fresh sofa reading a magazine or a newspaper in every language you want, find an interesting book if you have more time or take a cheap delicious cup of espresso. When the evening comes, you are ready for a walk in the narrow streets and the bridges of this magical city.

one of the several gardens still open to public in Venice. You can take photos without being charged 200 euros for permission like some other places lol

In the museum you can experience the life of Venetians in the past. At the same time there’re exhibitions of modern artists. There’s not only the museum, but also a library, a cafe, and an amazing shop. I really can recommend visiting this place!

A lady guard on one of the palaces’s halls saw our interest in some of Giovanni Bellini’s painting and went on a detailed description on them. She was very kind and helpful.

A nice museum/art collection in Venice. It displays various paintings and artefacts of the Querini family. They are considered one of the founders of Venice. The museum is well organized and provides a lots of information. It also features a little garden. Our visit was around one hour.

Pearl set in the Venetian streets, if you like to see new and uncrowded places we are there. Carlo Scarpa is an architectural genius, go there.

Google seems to think I visited here but that is not the case! I can recommend an extended stay in wonderful Venice. Perhaps next time I will be able to visit this location

Delightful art collection in a well restored mansion. Fantastic Murano chandeliers. Refreshing break from the larger and more crowded museums and sites.
