Beautiful eighteenth-century villa on the outskirts of Arese. Owned by private individuals, it cannot be entirely visited. The rooms on the ground floor offer a fantastic view of the well-kept Italian garden. Going beyond it you venture into the very large English garden. Unfortunately, almost all of the furnishings are not original but from a more recent era. During my visit the rooms were embellished with the creations of the students of the nearby "Fontana" art high school who enhanced the rooms. Furthermore, some students accompanied us on a visit to the villa and its park, making us discover hidden places such as the Carpinaia and the "coffee house". The villa offers a service for receptions and ceremonies.

It's beautiful, too bad you can only see it from afar.

The villa and the garden represent the soul of Arese. Although less monumental than the nearby Villa Arconati, the Valera is alive and much more welcoming, in the courtyards and in the large garden. So much so that by participating in the many especially musical events that are held in the courtyard in summer and in the lemon grove in winter, you have the pleasant sensation of being guests and not just spectators.

A beautiful Lombard villa from the 1700s. The interventions that were made to make it usable for events were discreet and preserved the beauty of the villa. The complex can be rented for private events and is frequently used for public events. Remarkable and worthy of merit is the large garden in front of the villa. All well cared for and in historical style. In the photos I posted, the villa was open to the public for an organic market event.

A jewel of the province. In the past it was a venue for concerts with the atmosphere of times gone by

Eighteenth-century holiday building not of primary importance, but rich in history. It is significant as an architectural complex due to the particular urban configuration of the main courtyards on a longitudinal axis and the outbuildings. Well maintained park and good landscape integration. It is private property and cannot be visited.

I've known her forever. I was born in Valera di Arese in the valogia courtyard 50 meters from an entrance door.
