Peruvian cuisine is getting more and more main stream, in the USA, and is not uncommon now find a Peruvian flag marking an eatery spot in every plaza, you will find good ones and great ones, and then you find Kantú in Italy 🇮🇹…A wonderful gastronomic experience, the food is outstanding, traditional Peruvian fare with a touch of their own spice, each dish comes with a story of origine. The causa is fabulous and the drink menu base on Pisco is fantastic, order a Chilcano, please!…If you are in the Padova area and looking for an eclectic superior Peruvian Ristorante with outstanding family service and attention to every detail like hand painted murals by the Chef/Owner’s wife and love in every dish served. Look no further than Kantú Peruvian Ristorante… I just wish Javier Chef/Owner would open one in Florida or Ravenna….Provecho! 🦙🇵🇪

Good experience overall. The staff is kind and professional, owner is keen to welcome customers and advise them on their choice. Some partially reinvented recipes were not appreciated, while the more traditional recipes (aji de gallina, ceviche, papas huancaina) met expectations. Quality/price ratio is a bit expensive, considering both that certain raw materials are expensive but also that some recipes are based on "simple" ingredients. Restaurant is well-kept, not so easy find a parking spot.

Best Peruvian food I have eaten outside Peru. Fantastic food and world class service from all of the team. I ate papa rellena con carne and off course lomo saltado. We drove 2 000 km from Sweden to eat here.

Locale carino e decisamente colorato. Il personale è simpatico e molto attento alle esigenze della propria clientela. Viene data una spiegazione veloce delle pietanze principali presentate nel menu che, per chi come noi era alla sua prima esperienza, è stata una utile guida per la scelta delle ordinazioni. Impiattamento curato e porzioni adeguate. Cucina speziata che tende a coprire forse un po’ troppo il gusto degli ingredienti principali (carne o pesce), ma molto gustosa. Locale non proprio economico probabilmente dovuto al costo della materia prima utilizzata per preparare i piatti tipici peruviani.
