Excellent service from both Valentina and Gian Luca. When I wasn't able to return by our agreed on drop-off time, Valentina was swift and professional in taking action: she reached out to me, but when she couldn't contact me, called my wife and the local hotel we were staying at. As she explained the next morning, "We care about our customers!" I'm an avid mtb'er, and found that the bike itself (an AL hardtail) was finely tuned by Gian Luco and super easy to use. Prices were very reasonable. I heartily recommend Happy Bike for anyone visiting the region. And fwiw, the ride itself was the experience of a lifetime - an exceptionally beautiful tour through the region with incredible views throughout. Good experience renting a bike from here - Gian Luca and Valentina were very nice and helpful (even after I damaged my bike) and I was pleased with the bike I rented. I'll definitely come back here when I return to the region in the future!

Great customer service!!! We rented 9 bikes for our group. Each bike was in very good condition. Any problems we had encountered on the way were immediately solved by the team. And the Owner (or a the super nice lady that has served us) was great!

I can totally recommend "Happy Bike" hire shop at Riva Del Garda! Valentina is very pleasant and was happy to take time to advise us on the best bikes to hire and gave us lots of helpful information on our chosen route. These bikes are well maintained washed and serviced after each use. I was unsure of being able to make the ascent, the bikes and my knees stood up to the challenge. Customer service was perfect. They suggest me to rent this 27.5’ MTB bike. It was love for the first ride. It was also nice to talk with those friendly smiling people about my trip. I was very satisfied. I hope that this year I will rent the same or similar bike again.

We rented ebikes from HappyBike and couldn’t be more happy about it. The people were so kind and thoughtful. The bikes are very well maintained and they knew exactly how to fit us for riding. The shop has a lot of parts and if you needed something specific I would bet they have it. Highly recommend this shop. It does not seem like the typical tourist set up. They know bikes.

Wonderful service with skilled and knowledgeable stuff. You can rent everything from seats and helmets for kids to quality e-mtb. All this for one of the most favorable prices if not the most favorable in the area. I rented bicycles years ago and now and will definitely do so in the future.

We stopped in this shop as it was in front of our hotel and it was a wise decision! Next day we rented 2 eMTB for the whole day. Valentina an Gian Luca were very helpful explaining the functions of the bikes and giving tips about routes. We had a great day out despite the weather!

Want to give these lovely people a shout out! My friend fell off her bike, hurt herself and damaged a few things on her bike. We rented our bikes from a different shop in Torbole, near to where we were staying but these caring people at the happy bike store straightened the handle bars so she could ride it back to Torbole and showed such kindness to my friend. I rented an eMTB here in August 2022. Unfortunately I had an accident and was admitted to the hospital. The bike had to be repaired as it had some extensive damage. The staff at Happy bike was really amazing. They were genuinely concerned about me and helped me and my wife with practical matters concerning our trip back home that became complicated because of my injuries. I'm very glad that I chose to rent from them.
