The day spa at Victoria Palace Gallipoli is a great experience! We went there twice so far and loved the salt room, sauna, steam rooms and hydrotherapy pool. It's relaxing and looks fairly newly renovated. Extremely clean and there are towels, slippers, robes and tea, coffee and juice offered to make for a nice experience. Really excellent little spa to get away from the city and heat. Staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the residence unit. The flat wasn't clean enough, we've had a used shower towel on the floor when we checked in, the window glass of the balcony was ruined (it had borken glass cracks on it), there weren't basic things you expect to find in a rented flat: shampoo, soap, kitchen paper, and more. The communication with the staff wasn't too smooth, as if we've had quite a few misunderstandings. Overall, the hotel is located in a perfect spot, and there are some nice services like the pool, spa and parking, but the nights we've spent there were pretty disappointing.

The hotel is great, the bed was really comfortable and the food was amazingly tasty. Service was fine, they are very gentle. One thing to bear in mind is that if you are counting with using the spa for some things you have to do the appointment and this should be with a few days in advance in order to get what you want, if not you won't get it. On the other hand the pool is really big and beautiful and the gym is very much equipped.

The spa was small but we really enjoyed our time there and the staff has been nice and friendly.

Clean rooms, staff friendly and close to the sea. That's it. Hotel beach is far from the hotel- you have to drive to find out that the costs to get in are more than the other beaches around... spa also not included. And I don't mean massages - it costs 25euro per 2 hrs to go to sauna and chilling area... also the outside pool is closed all the time. You can't even eat breakfast outside, instead you gotta sit in cold air conditioned bar.

The Victoria Palace Hotel is beautiful from the outside and has large spacious modern rooms equipped with television, wifi, minibar and heating/AC, and comfortable bathrooms. The breakfast buffet offers lots of variety and fresh food and drink. In addition, the swimming pool in the hotel is outstanding and ideal for relaxing. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Quiet place, modern look. Really close to the sea, does not have private parking but there are many spots available around. Check in was fast and shared spaces are really nice. The room was really spacious, and its look pretty nice, modern, clean and cared. The bed is nice, not the best I've been in but still a great one, it has a great balcony, and a particular fact is that is illumination not as on many other hotels is particularly good, the main one is bright add it should and bed side is nicely dimmed for a night lecture. Bed side tables are spacious, the desk is fine and good for working from there, it has an rj45 jack (network) but not used it as Wi-Fi works amazingly well, I had good signal not only on the hotel but also on its close surroundings, the desk also has is own standing lamp, so you could work with main lighting or with its own. The bathroom size is normal, bigger than average hotel bathrooms but not the biggest I've been in, it looks super clean and cared, the only thing I noticed is that its shower temperature is good but the pressure is average and not as high as it normally is in other hotels.

Revamped communal areas, gorgeous pool surrounded by a lawned area, and the most amazing crab paccheri for lunch. It’s basically Michelin star food, but only available to hotel guests.

I like this place (Victoria Place Hotel) pool, spa, palestra and every thing awesome I come again its heart every experience I give 4star because of bed is not comfortable.

We decided to stay at this hotel to get a different experience. Reception staff are very polite and happy to help. I don't think they could have been more kind if they tried! The room was great value, very spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was good. We'll definitely be back soon, I hope. Highly recommended.

We spent a wonderful week at this beautiful hotel. It was just what we needed for a relaxing time and away from the everyday grind. The food was excellent and the breakfast amazing, with so many good food selections.The staff were very friendly and professional: a special thanks to Syria and Noemi as they were absolutely wonderful. Our two week stay here exceeded all expectations. The staff were professional in all areas and the cleanliness deserving a 5 star recognition. The food at breakfast and at restaurant was of top quality and a high standard. I was even prepared a surprise personal favourite dish of mine, after a passing mention to Signora Brunella the owner, who also always took the time to help with lots of advice on places to visit, eating out etc. The attention to detail in furnishings and amenities was spot on too. Clearly a lot of thought given to make guests comfortable and have a memorable stay. A special mention to Carmelo the maitre, waiters Leonardo and Vincenzo. The reception staff always smiling and welcoming. Let’s not forget Marco the pool lifeguard/attendant, who was always on hand when needed, and took the time to talk to us about local stuff and general information. Do not hesitate to stay here as you will not be disappointed.

Friendly personal, breakfast was lot of variety but like every other southern Italian hotels, bacon was not crispy and lots of of cake and sweets. My 30 minutes massage was ended 25 minutes and i got no compensation for it. But wellness area was beautiful and i had a great time there. I would go there again? Yes
