I don't doubt the professionalism and kindness of all the staff but they should pay more attention to the agreements they have with online booking sites. I booked a visit through Idoctors and when I arrived they told me that the professor wasn't there. They justified themselves by saying that no communication had reached them because they had been closed the previous days. It should be their responsibility not to give availability on the site for the first day of reopening if they are not able to respect it. The clinic wants to show itself to be in step with technology but by making patients risk empty trips it loses credibility.

Structure with excellent professionals. It's a shame that the reception is manned by incompetent and rude people who ruin the reputation of the facility due to their lack of tact in dealing with patients. The health director should take care of it.

A center of excellence, unique in terms of organisation, professionalism, instrumentation, training of doctors and administrative collaborators. Congratulations to the Chief Operating Officer. These organizations make everyone who works there and who uses it for their needs look good.

(Translated by Google) I book with my husband two visits with Dr. Francesco Oddone, at the San Domenico Clinic in Rome. The appointment is fixed at 2.30pm. We arrive on time, we wait almost half an hour and ask the secretariat for news, which answers us that the doctor arrives at 3 pm. Shocked, we ask why a fixed appointment leaves us knowingly waiting for half an hour. The doctor actually arrives after 3 pm but has other patients before us, a poor lady with an eye patch claiming that her appointment was even at 2 pm, an hour earlier. We are entrusted to an unspecified "preventive visit" to a girl, I do not know the aspect for which I prefer to refrain from commenting if it were a nurse, a resident, an employee of the clinic or other. We believe it is enough and we ask to leave, when the doctor with rare arrogance leaves his office and asks us what happened, warning us instead to apologize that if we complain we only lose more time. A rare arrogance that not even Professor Guido Terzilli. Obviously his patients supinely accept to be left waiting for hours, not even the last of the Usl. If this is the respect for patients like us paying and solvent (not with insurance or other), I think it's enough to choose other specialists with very different professionalism and seriousness.

The nursing home is very welcoming. A special note for the excellent Dr. Francesco Oddone, an attentive, sensitive, professional, accurate ophthalmologist, always ready to listen. She saved my husband's sight years ago by diagnosing him with retinoschisis and helping him find the most appropriate treatment. We will always be grateful to him for this. Professionalism is accompanied by great sensitivity. My daughter had to wear her first pair of glasses, she didn't want to know, she knew how to find the right tones and words. He's a really great doctor. thank you with all my heart!

(Translated by Google) They are kind and helpful, they welcomed me with a smile and I am finally solving my health problems. Do not pay attention to the negative reviews, a multi-specialized structure where it is possible to make any type of visit even on the same day. The doctors who work there are among the most qualified and well-known in their disciplines. Super consigliato

Private clinic of excellence in Piazza Sassari in Rome where Prof. Mario Alberto Giuliano, ophthalmologist, visits, treats and operates. Renowned specialist centre. The staff is competent and courteous. The clinic is managed by Sisters who assiduously help patients in all their travel, visits, preparation, administration of drugs and hospitalization. You feel in good hands.

A "thank you" to Dr. Pietro Ducoli. At the San Domenico nursing home in Rome I had both operations for left and right cataracts. Having health problems, I entrusted myself to the wise and expert hand of Dr. Pietro Ducoli, pioneer of phacoemulsification, a fast and effective operating technique. Everything went great. Thanks also to the kind and competent nursing staff in all pre- and post-intervention phases.

La mia esperienza è stata positiva. Fatta la visita oggi con la dott.ssa Varano. La visita è stata approfondita e l'assistente (che ringrazio) è riuscita a farmi sentire a mio agio.

Do you think the Massimo can be found in Europe if not over the world... Professor Billi can really boast of this title, not like many public primaries (Veneto for example) with political names... He certainly saves eyesight and above all restores the joy of living to people... knowing such professionals leads one to believe in Italian Medicine and above all makes one proud to be an Italian person... all my gratitude is the perennial debt Prof Billi

Excellent professionals, shame about the administrative staff. is not up to par in terms of competence and courtesy. A 10 out of 10 for the very nice and talented Dr. Villa.

(Translated by Google) I was visited by Prof. Francesco Oddone, a doctor like there are no more. Professional, punctual, ready to explain everything calmly and calmly, he really put me at ease. He visited me at the San Domenico Nursing Home in Rome where he is surrounded by a formidable team. In particular, Dr. Ferrazza who thanks to her calm and professionalism manages to make even a difficult examination like that of the visual field simple. (Translated by Google) I took my daughter to visit this very well organized, clean and avant-garde structure. I found staff helpful, polite and above all competent. At the end of the visit, the Doctor proved to be very understanding, directing me to a public facility to be able to carry out other examinations always supervised by him. Structure highly recommended! (Original) Ho portato mia figlia a visita in questa struttura organizzata benissimo, pulita e all' avanguardia. After having traveled by plane just to be able to carry out a specialist examination (angio-OCT) in the S. Domenico clinic - as prescribed during an eye examination last month - without having been notified in any way I was subjected to a different examination (classic OCT) even though I already had this exam, having taken it in January. I consider it very serious and unprofessional to have discovered only afterwards, when collecting the report, that the test performed was not the one I had booked for and for which I had made a special trip. To be fair, I still paid for the treatment, but I believe it is a serious violation of my rights as a patient not to have warned me of the failure of the OCT angiography examination machine, nor asked for informed consent to perform another examination.

Terrible experience with hospitalization for retinal detachment. I wonder how it is possible to imagine this type of assistance in 2023. No staff Specialized nursing. Therapies entrusted to nuns who I have never seen wear gloves and respect the most common hygiene and safety standards. Exorbitant prices but how is it possible that all this exists?

A more than positive experience due to the welcome found in the operators and in the assistance (a delightful nun was my guardian angel) A highly trained operating room assistant (I was sedated but I felt...) Unquestionable professionalism and competence of the doctor. Andrea Cacciamani to whom I also extend my particular thanks for his ability and patience in listening and calming my pre- and post-operative anxieties. Thank you all

witness the intolerant aggressive machines with little encouragement given the somewhat obvious discomfort of the patient!
