I ordered garden furniture and pergolas with transport. As I live on the 3rd floor, I ordered a delivery to the house. After a month, no one even called to inform about the delivery, so I went to the store to ask where is my order which was planned to receive month. Well they informed me that someone would contact us during the week, but no one called me back. After the past month, I returned to LM to ask what happened to my order, the store manager informed me that my delivery would be coming the next day. Awesome I though. He was full respect and nice. Anyway it didn’t happened. My order arrived but it wasn’t brought home, because the driver replied that he would not be able to do it alone. Fair enough but I paid extra so? He’s gone with my order. I went back to Leroy to how we can sort it out? Literally I got a refund for my shipment, but what about my order? I am disappointed how customers are treated by LM. Obviously I don’t have nothing personal but it makes you wonder doesn’t it? You can’t offer service which doesn’t work!!! Another visit and begging for my ordered which supposed to be delivered but it doesn’t seriously? Unfortunately I have really bad experiences. I wasted my time and money. Leroy Merlin should takes serious full responsibility for breaching of the contract!!!

One of the best place for purchasing equipment and other items for households. Fond of DIY, you will find almost everything that you need to fix anything in your home. Very well defined sections in the store. Lighting section is good and has variety. There are some small appliances available. The upper floor is for plants, flowers and garden tools. Visited various times for day today requirements and never felt disheartened. Staff is also cooperative. After spending lots of time in the store, felt tired and need some quick bites. No problem, they have good and reasonably priced restaurant.

I went in searching for some garden solution and I was struck. Valerio offered his help without asking and with little Italian I was struggling to ask. But Valerio helped in English as well as provided full solution. Thanks to LM for having such a lovely and helpful staff. 😊

Went to get some supplies and truly friendly staff helped picked up the items. Very clear and rich assortiment, with well designed aisles.Wish it was like that in other european countries. The nearness of other shops makes it difficult to resist to continue shopping until the closing time.

This place needs a LOT more people working. On a Sunday, there was ONE worker in the garden department. One! We were doing circles trying to find what we were looking for and/or him. It's way too big to not have more customer service or a directory of where to find things.

You can find everything for the house and garden. A very vast choice. If you have a hard time finding something, you may find it here. Lots of Christmas decorations during the holiday season.

You find almost everything that you are searching for, its always busy. It is always recommended to pay the bills by self, otherwise you have to wait in the long Que. They have great service that you can bill your things. Very economic for family and istituzioni.

I would like to especially congratulate Valentina R. from the ceramics department who on March 14, in the afternoon, attended us in a carefully, highly professional and dedicated manner. Our purchase was quite important and we felt great support and commitment from the employee who honoured the image of Leroy Merlin. Due to my profession I have lived in several countries and I have been a client of your store for a long time. I speak several languages, but I'm still learning Italian. In contrast to the incomparable and efficient Valentina R., we had an unfortunate experience with the 2 employees (male and female) from the bathroom accessories and articles sector. The lackadaisical treatment bordering on mistreatment, no patience and little interest in helping us was evident and they were not up to the essential tasks they must perform, absolute lack of interest in assisting the client and non-existent patience to guide us in queries, caused many inconveniences and delays in purchasing decisions. This demotivating attitude can destroy the image of the company. Lastly, I would like to thank Sabrina B. from the cashier desks for the care and support, and on the day of the purchase, on March 16 to Giussepe from the ceramics and floor department and Alessandra M. from the cashier desk.

Despite the fact that I am a very loyal customer, I had almost given up hope on this store due to a terrible delay in delivery on my recent purchase, for which I had to wait more than 2 months! But then I met Flavia from the Window and doors department - an absolute jewel and asset to be treasured! She was so professional, clear, kind, and helpful that I decided to make a big order here. We made shopping here yesterday. We needed some help and advice on hydroulics. We ask Lorenzo B. Such a fantastic man. Very knowledgeable, served with many advice that we could not get just by reading the labels. On top of that we had very friendly chat. Also he helped us by speaking English. I had been going multiple times at Leroy Merlin PORTA di ROMA these past week as I am repainting my flat. I’d rate the services of the paint section EXCELLENT especially the services rendered by CRISTINA (and two other personnel) who was so professional, polite, helpful and was extremely good at giving advice without being “pushy”… thank you Cristina you are, what another customer said…una donna da sposare!!!!

Complete hardware: lighting, paneling, plumbing--in short as close as u will come to a Home Depot or a B&Q here. Includes a complete garden and plant section too. Amazing selection of price on many items. Today I compared cordless drills with prices from 22 to 200 euros, with good ones usually on specials.

Best store. All the household items are available under a single roof in a reasonable price. Quality of material and behavior of staff is also very good

Angelo V. at the plumbing area, aisle 33-35 went out of his way to help me this evening! I am so grateful that he was the person who helped me. As a foreigner with no Italian it was tough, he helped me to avoid pluming disaster this summer in Rome! Grazie Angelo!

Staff was friendly, I found two that spoke great English and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The automated payment kiosks were a nice touch for avoiding the longer cashier lines. The automated system has a button to choose English which was a big help when one of my items would not scan and it told me why, unreadable barcode, the attendant was right there and quickly punched several keys and got my item recognized and I was on my way easily.

I've been minutes ago there , their customer services are perfect specially the cashier Susanna L. she speaks english better than everyone in italy =))
