We had a terrible experience with their walking tour. They told us Barbara was an experienced english guide. She hardly spoke english and neither professional. We asked for a refund and the owner started to yell. Don't take their service!!!

We booked an English speaking 2 hour tour for 4 people. The tour was to finish with wine and food tastings from the local area. The price for each person was 45 euro. The guide turned up 5 minutes late, was very difficult to understand although obviously knowledgeable. The actual tour ended after 1 hour and 20 minutes and the guide returned us the the booking centre and left. We were then ushered into a room where we received a paper plate of nibbles and a sales pitch. The whole tour lasted 1 hour and 40 minutes and was the worst experience of our 5 weeks travelling through southern Italy.
