Renting a boat with David completely made our vacation to Lake Como. He called the day before to verify the reservation and had great communication leading all the way up to the morning of our rental. He arrived early for our appointment and quickly got us out on the water. David at Lake Como Boat will take great care of you, don't bother with anyone else!

Fantastic experience, thanks to David, our dream came true. Self driving boat is easy and fun. 2 hours is enough for a really quick drive, but if you want to see Villa di Balbianello, Menaggio, James Bond villa and Monastero choose 3 hours minimum. Speed of the boat is limited at 4000rpm. Its experience of a lifetime and we thank David that we were able to enjoy it.

David and lily(dog) were very kind and helpful. Lake Como was extremely beautiful and we had a fantastic 2 hour trip on the lake. We saw some beautiful villas and sights.

Took a Ranieri 19 for 5 hours, no captain. A perfect amount of time to enjoy the scenery, stop for an hour for lunch, swim and chill by the island for a while and sight see on the way back. Boat was in very good condition, the manager was very friendly in person, clearly imparted safety information and was helpful during booking on WhatsApp. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing time renting the boat in Varenna. Learned from Dave that him and his family owns the rental boat service. The boat was great honestly perfect for just my husband and myself. Super easy to use we had 3 hrs initially and then asked to extend because we were having so much fun. I recommend 3-4 hrs if you want to go to Nesso and swim and jump off the bridge. We had 4 hrs and it was perfect to go to Nesso takes about 45 mins swim for a bit. We ate lunch on the boat and gradually made our way back. Thank you for the boat! We had so much fun.

Great boat rental (£130 for a two hour trip). You can drive a boat on Lake Como without a boating license and it is remarkably easy to learn how to use their boats. The owner is very friendly and quickly responded to all questions we had. I would highly recommend renting from them if you are in the area!

Was an amazing experience and would recommend everyone to try when booking a trip. We purchased the 2H, and it was more than enough to circle Mennagio, Tremezzo, Villa del Balbianello (Star wars) back up to Bellagio and to Varenna. If you would like more free boating time, then you will need 3H or more. Davide was friendly, clearly explained all instructions, and questions asked. Comes with a little map to show you the Lake Como area and the Villas to visit. Thank you, Davide and your team, we will definitely be back in the future!!

Found this place on Google Map the night before our visit to Varenna. They are usually sold out, however we arrived around 10am on a cloudy Sunday and was able to rent a boat for one hour. The staff was very helpful, gave detailed instructions on how to operate the boat. It was super easy, just like driving an automatic car on water! My wife and I had a wonderful experience and would definitely book online next time we visit Varenna. Just make sure to stay away from the shores and don't go over 4 on the transmission. If you speed the owner will get a speeding ticket. Just relax and enjoy the view!

The people that run it are very kind and friendly. We made a reservation that somehow didn't go through, but the guy let us use the new boat that was available for a block of 2 hours. Overall was an absolutely great experience to see Lake Como and all the surrounding landscape/cities by boat. The guys gave us a quick rundown of how to drive the boat since we were new, along with safety in the Lake. It was very easy as long as you're able to drive a car well. We were also able to just stop the boat anywhere and go for a dip in the lake!

We had an amazing experience with Lake Como Boat! The boat was spacious for four adults and easy to drive. Initially there had been an issue with one of the boats (another user earlier on in the day broke one of the propellors). David called us as soon as this happened and let us know that it would take some time to finish but that he'd accommodate us somehow. Our booking was for 17:00-19:00 but he kindly let us take his newest boat out from 18:30-20:00 just in time for golden hour and they stayed open 1 hour past their operating hours to let us have the boat for longer. The service is run by very friendly people who want you to have the best experience on the lake!

Super duper amazing experience renting the boat with David at Lake Coni Boat Varenna. I had booked 3 hour session but I was late to arrive due to missing my boat from Bellagio to Varenna but David held on to my boat booking and allow reduced price for the reduced duration of 1:30 hour, which was good enough to visit close by attractions such as villa balbianello, villa carlotta, and beautiful towns of Tremezzo, Menaggio and Bellagio towns as well as Varenna itself. Boat was good as new, fast enough and easy to handle. I highly recommend this service. Thank you David, i hope to come again soon.

Rented the big Ranieri 150 hp for 4 hours. Everything went great, the boat was clean and working perfectly, and it was there for us on time. Highly recommend this service!

Piloting our own boat on Lake Como for 3 hours is an experience we'll never forget. Davide from Lake Como Boat Varenna was friendly and clear with his instructions, so we had no fear going put on the water with no previous boating experience. Unforgettable experience! We rented the Ranieri 7 pax which was really easy and enjoyable to drive. An incredible way to see all of the towns and villas of Lake Como. David was really helpful and communicative and allowed us to easily reschedule when the weather was bad. When on the boat we decided to call and ask for an extra hour which he accommodated. This was the highlight of our trip and would definitely recommend :)

Amazing Experience!! This was by far the best thing we did at Lake Como and it's the first thing I would recommend to friends and family visiting. The boat is super nice, surprisingly fast, and very comfortable. We were able to cruise around the whole day looking at Lake Como's beautiful villages, impressive villas and gorgeous mountains! David and the rest of the team were super helpful in getting us set up and giving us recommendations for things to see and do on the lake. We definitely would do this again in a heartbeat!
