I was in Rome for business and, wanting to build my wardrobe, visited Bazooka during a free day. Let me say it was honestly one of the top highlights of my trip. The service is simply outstanding. I spent the most time with Clemente (the eponymous “Bazooka”) who is the owner of the shop; Bazooka sized me up perfectly right away and showed me a few different coats in appropriate colors for me. He is a true gentleman, giving counsel and explaining his thinking without being pushy about any single purchase. He clearly loves this work and meeting people, and he has more than a few stories to share – you’ll have to stop by in person to hear them. Before I left, he also gave me a dinner recommendation, which ended up being one of my best meals in Rome. His son also works and runs the shop, as well as a clerk Paola; both were very helpful and courteous. And everyone speaks excellent English. The selection was exactly what I wanted: all made-in-Italy coats, shirts, sweaters, shoes, everything. All high-quality make and materials that would cost significantly more where I’m at in the US. Some items are “Bazooka” brand that they manage with a factory in Italy, and everything else is other Italian brands. I came away with a few Bazooka shirts and belts, and I also got shoes, a wool sweater, and a blue blazer. Honestly I might have picked up a few more items but my suitcase was full as it is. I’m extremely pleased with my experience at Bazooka. I will need a new suit soon, and I plan to order it through their online shop or calling them.

Hands down one of the best shopping experiences we’ve ever had, when we first saw all the five star reviews we were a little weary if this place was real, but oh it is. Clement is incredible and with one look and he can suggest an amazing suit, we ended up buying the first one he suggested. He had great tips and is so kind. The quality is amazing and my boyfriend has worn the suit already multiple times and always said how comfortable and well fitted it is. We were leaving Rome the next day and Clement helped us find someone who would do the alterations same day so we were able to get it in time. We wanted to go there because of their story. A Mom and Pop Shop. When we arrived they treated us like A-List Celebrities being styled for the Oscars or Grammy Awards. All the gentlemen were so knowledgeable about the suits and materials. They gave us the history of their store and behind every suit cut and style. When it came for me to be fitted for a suit, even though, I know all my measurements with one look at my physique they all knew my exact size without me even telling them and best style and cut for me and my friends! Now that is professional. Their selection is a wide variety. Suits, shoes, ties, hats, coats, anything and everything for a man to be a gentlemen. Get this, we needed some clothes to go to dinner and party afterwards and they made sure we looked sharp the true Italian way. Everything was hemmed, pressed, and cleaned for us within 48 hours for us to return home. The quality and the price is unmatched. A matter a fact, one of friends forgot his shirts and ties he purchased. These guys contacted us via WhatsApp and they shipped it from Rome to Florida so he could have his items. We spent a bit of time getting style tips from the owner and we came back to buy more the next day. We ended up with 4 hats, some gorgeous shoes for my son and a lovely jacket for my husband. He knew exactly what size jacket my husband would need just by looking at him and the same for my sons shoes. He even stayed a little past closing to help my son pick the best shoes. I had a great experience with Bazooka and not only do you get a great suit for a great price but you also gain a friend, he was super friendly helpful and very knowledgeable and I felt like I was treated like family here. I will never buy another suit anywhere else he has my business for life!!

Really nice people working there. The owner absolutely know what he’s doing. Showed us what colors to wear and knew the size my boyfriend should wear just by looking at him. Really good prices for such good quality clothes and shoes. They make all the clothes themselves with quality wool and fabrics. If you’re in Rome you have to go to Bazooka and get the experience yourself! 10/10!!

When I was visiting Rome for my graduation trip, I was walking around and came across this store. All of these products are stylish, functional, and reasonably priced. You will never regret coming here.

Recommended if you want to feel the Italian sensibility and quality of clothes! As a casual wearer, I got a good item for a suit at a reasonable price haha.
