A pleasant older station while I was going from Milano to Venezia. Surrounded by greenery and old buildings. Not a huge station but a little one. Overall clean and pleasant environment all around. Loved the beautiful lake or river with a bridge nearby.

It’s always a vibe! Crowded in summer and empty in winter. Love the lake for its own vibe.

It is relatively clean. Ok bathrooms for a public place. Great access to the city transportation system.

Really helpful staff. They have the patience of saints, answered any questions asked.

In summer it is incredibly live with plenty of people from everywhere. A bit sleepy during the winter.

Shabby station for one as busy as this one is. This is a small station in a busy town hosting many travelers This station has 3 binari . The upkeep of this station really need work. A paint job A cleaning benches outside next to binari 1 Waste baskets overflowing CLEANING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I like most Italian train stations but this station is definitely a low point in visiting the beautiful Lake Garda area.

We purchased tickets online using the trenitalia app so the review reflects the facilities we used. Its a classic Italian station as one encounters across the country, with familiar architectural style. It's a relatively small station so easy to navigate, and can get quite busy during holiday season. Provides a convenient fast link to Verona, where yiu can change to get further around Italy. The bar was good, prices as expected, nice ice cream counter. Was clean, as we're the bathrooms which were good. Plenty of signage and modern screens updating you on the departures arrivals and do on. Outside is a bus stop where you can get local buses, and the Verona bus, and the free bus to Garda Land.

Old station in need of a coat of paint. Ticket machines ok but couldn't find price for return. .had to go to counter. English spoken. Cafe ok.

Difficulties with communication in English. Very rude staff at the ticket office. Bought a ticket and the train was cancelled. Never received the money I paid for my ticket.

Malfunctioning automated ticket machines. Only one cashier despite queues out of station onto street. Chaotic queuing system. All round very poor. Leave plenty of time or book ahead.
