The food is a bit different here, traditional from Puglia area. We had grilled meat stuffed with cheese and other flavours. Very tasty. The dessert is a freshly baked little cake.... And was excellent!! Order more than one!!!

We found this place by Google. And we were surpriced by the good foodpictures. Not knowing exactly were the restaurant was, we decided to take the taxi. After arriving at the place, we saw that there wasnt anyone inside. It was too early; 18.30pm So we decided to have a walk around in the neighbourhood. There is a big church across the street and there the mis just started. After walking around the place our apetite really got bigger. So it was time to have dinner. There was a young man from Milaan, who was really very kind and explained everything very well. And you could tell he really liked his job as a waiter. We decided to go for the Bolognina: a sort of Mortadella, straciatella cheecesticks topped with pistacio. An excellent little snacks along with some good wine, such as: Verso Sud. A great Italian red wine. After the snack we really got started with the almost famous Bombette. Fresh pork meat rolls, crispy from the outside and juicy from the inside. Excellent portion and really tasty! Next to this dish we also ordered the Mixed Grill. We really enjoyed this fresh meat platter along with fresh potatoes slides and Grilled vegatables. What a joy the have dinner here. By now the time was about 20.30pm. And the restaurant really started to get busy. So after ordering another bottle of their great wines: Jadicco a rosso reserva. We decided to endulce in the desserts. First we tried the Mascarpone with pure chocolate flackes and the other famous dessert: the Pasticcioto Leccese. We tried all 4 variaties; nusette, pistaccio, vanilla and chipolatte. What a lovely little warm dessert and the crusty cookie surounding were the best! This restaurant is really an excellent place to be, its good service, food and drinks. And the prices are even better! Keep up the good work and we will defenitely come again!

Loved this place for a late lunch! The service was good and the food yummy. We had the meat and cheese tray, and I had the bombettes.

Meat variety with fry vegetables - lovely done 😊 plus... I am not the red wine person but suggested & served by Mr Sebastian was a good choice. Delicious! Very clean & fresh, tasty food. Family friendly. Outside tables available. Recommended to anyone 🙂

Massimo was an amazing server. The meat quality was very high. Great bed tartare too. Very cool ambiance and comfortable place to eat. Child friendly as well. The best meal on our Italy trip!!

Stopped here for dinner and was impressed with how attentive the staff and food was. I had asked the waitress for some recommendations of what is from the region and impressed by all. I had the cheese wrapped in Filo dough with pistachio nuts on top. Then the bombette classic. Then tried the polpette again on the waitress’s recommendation. I would recommend this restaurant, and certainly will stop here again.

We had an awesome dinner here. Baked cheese was super nice, followed by bombette which are really nice and the carnívoro steak which is amazingly tender and full of flavor. Staff super nice and helpful. Overall great experience 🙏

This Puglia food restaurant is awesome! They have a fantastic variety of delicious meats at a great price. I totally recommend checking it out if you're in the mood for some mouthwatering goodness.

We went for a quick bite and ended up getting one of the most amazing meals from Italy. We ordered three different meals and they were all 10/10. The waiter was very friendly, kind and helpful in explaining the menu and making recommendations. I would highly recommend you make this one of your stops if you're in Bologna. It's a must!

The food and service is very good! The pinse bolognin is delicious, so good that we visited Ottovie twice in a five day trip. We also tried the Involtini di caciocavallo (fried cheese starter) and pasticciotto dessert cakes in a few flavors including pistacchio. The restaurant is clean and has a modern style with comfortable seating.

Something different then the tradional Italiaan food. High quality meat, friendly service, good value for your money.

Had a short stop in Bologna, and wanted to try an Italian cuisine. The owner Matteo was super warm and friendly the food i had were of quality Products. The Bombette along with the cheese selection he recommended made my day better. Definitely coming back when i have the chance

Food, service and atmosphere were all fair to good but I came away somewhat disappointed given my expectations that this would be an exceptional meal. It was no better and in many ways less than what we've been getting at sidewalk cafes in Bologna.

Absolutely delicious! Everything was so fresh and wonderfully prepared. I got a La contadina del’Orto. The bread was perfectly toasted and the homemade potato chips were addicting. I have never had Puglia style food before, but it was all so good. I hope to be back again!

Amazing dinner. We went off the recommendations of our server and tried the Terra Mia flatbread and the Bombetta mix. The flatbread was excellent! We had fun trying the Bombetta mix and they were all good but the cheese was our favorite. Dessert was also amazing. We tried both the chocolate and hazelnut pasticciotto- perfect end to the dinner. Excellent service and food. Would definitely return!

No doubt a 5 stars! It is an amazing restaurant with amazing people and food! Really a lot thanks to them because they took very good care of my baby! They offered cow milk and toys to help the baby calm down, really made us feel at home. Food was great, especially the Bombette, highly recommended! I would definitely like to revisit!
