This place is a D.IY. man's paradise, the newly build Bricoman is a little smaller then Catania but has many materials tools etc. Staff is super takes time for every customer. Very busy...... but from 1 to 4 that's the Sicilian lunch time a pleasure to visit.

They have every thing I needed. Home delivery is backed up but it is affordable. Service is excellent, staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very disappointed. Was informed that the heated towel rail i needed will be back on in stock on the 1st February. Came back today and didn't arrive. No Nice at all to fool around with customers that way. Called one of your staff and said not before the 21st. Thanks. Had to go elsewhere.

EXCELLENCE IN MOTION! This is DIY paradise! The selection and variety is truly amazing, with everything very well organised and distributed and displayed in a logical sequence so that it is extremely easy to find what you are looking for. The staff are knowledgeable and are very helpful with good technical advice. So you will be hard pressed not to find what you need here. The reception is great too - with both Esther and Alessia both very patient and welcoming, truly doing their best to help you out! However, a special thanks must go to Rossana - in Ritro Merci Voluminosi section. If there is an award for employee of the year - she should get it! I had to pick up a large heavy box, and it was just 10 minutes from clsing time. The box could barely fit, so Rossana personally dismantled the box, and sorted the contents helping us out to make everything fit. Even though it was closing time, she advised that we could claim VAT back and even went out of her way to contact reception to sort out a refund. What a truly extraordinary person - and what an asset she is to Bricoman! Thank you Rossana!

We loved shopping at tecnomat and Rosy was so helpful at the cash. We'll definitely come back to shop here.

Great value store at warehouse prices. I have stopped comparing prices, because they are always competitive. Rosy is fantastic - she is very helpful, and speaks better English than I speak Italian!
