Not entirely satisfied! We had two problems and changed rooms because room 131 had mould on the wall right next to the bed. Then in room 302 we had no hot water. The staff are attentive and very helpful. The hotel and rooms are well decorated, but it seems that the hotel needs some work due to lack of maintenance....

It was such an amazing experience, I booked one night and the check in was great. The staff were helpful and supportive. Room was very good as expected also Breakfast was tasty. Highly recommend and I am going to book in the hotel again with Fam. Mohamed,

Lovely stay with my cat ,Milo. He ran off when bedroom door left open for minutes. Found hours later clinging to a high ledge in hotel corridor. The staff were helpful and attentive from maid / kitchen staff and Reception young ladies. Special Mention to Lavinia and Cinzi who were so supportive and professional.

Cinzia the hotel worker is very very nice and very helpful. The taxi driver Antonio they call is so nice and very helpful and always there when you need. Highly recommend!! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The train stations are nearby however need to take a taxi and is a bit far from milan. Overall a great experience would come again.

Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht im August 2023 da. Aber unser großes Dreibettzimmer mit Kühlschrank und außerdem direkten separaten Zugang zum Auto war super. Auch das Bad war sehr großzügig. Alles sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen und Autobahn sehr gut geschlafen. Das Hotel ist von schönen großen Bäumen umgeben.

I spent one night at this hotel because of work, and it was booked by our travel-department. I believe it’s a good hotel for its rating, and definitely good value for money. The room is spacious and clean with a spacious and comfortable bathroom. It looks like it has been renovated recently. I arrived and left by taxi from/to MXP, and it was just a 20 min ride, so pretty convenient. However, there is no dinner restaurant at the hotel (they sell microwaveable food at the reception), so you do need a car in order to go out for dinner. There isn’t anything interesting within walking distance. Breakfast was good, but the biggest asset of this place is their staff. They are incredibly attentive and helpful, and will go out of their way to help you with whatever you might need. I can definitely recommend the place, and wouldn’t hesitate to come back another time.

Room no. 306. I would have given this hotel five stars had it not been for the annoying green emergency light in the room. It was on the ceiling right opposite the bed and made it very difficult to sleep. Please either put the emergency light or bed in a better place, or place eye mask for your customers. No other complaints otherwise.

Everything perfect, the employees were always very friendly and professional, the hotel is great, after spending 15 days in this hotel for work reasons, I would definitely go again to spend time for sightseeing,everything super clean, good breakfasts I would give it 10 stars but I can only 5!

Clean and comfortable hotel stay, with free parking. Great breakfast at a very reasonable price. Dominico was welcoming and informative upon arrival. Romina was so sweet to us during our breakfast. Also, Cinzia was very friendly and extremely helpful planning our itinerary in Italy and accommodating our request to extend our stay. Our heart shaped bed made our stay a little more romantic. The location of the hotel is convenient for traveling between cities but not too many attractions around.

My parents stayed here after a last minute flight cancelation, after a stressful day they were really pleased to find such a lovely hotel to stay in! The room was spacious and clean with the addition of a balcony. Beds are big and comfortable. The reception team were super helpful, especially Cinzia, she spoke good English and recommend the local town of Maggiore as a nice place to visit which was lovely with the river running through the town. They also arranged all our transport for us including an early morning taxi to the airport taxi driver was very friendly and on time every time. We feel really lucky to have got such a nice place at such short notice and would definitely go back here for a longer stay in future!

Me and my family booked for 4 nights. The staff was amazing, got us whatever we asked for, advised on very interesting location to visit, they gave us a local restaurant called "i giglio" that were amazing, an Italian old school restaurant that the food was with a charm of old Italian mama... The hotel is very good We'll definitely going to stay here again in the future.

Das Hotel ist in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand, alles alt, abgewohnt. Unser Zimmer hat fürchterlich gestunken, ein schlafen mit dem fürchterlichen Gestank war kaum möglich. Die Duschkabine war undicht, nachdem Duschen war das ganze Badezimmer voll mit Wasser. Nie wieder !!!!

The hotel is in a very quiet area. Very friendly and available staff. The room was very clean and with a lot of space. A very good option if you want to stay not so far from Malpensa and in a quiet area.

The location is good, there is a place to park the bus, the rooms are big, but worn out, they could use a renovation, there is a fridge with drinks and frozen food in the lobby so that you have something to eat if you arrive late, a very friendly young man who works at the reception

Great accommodation not far from Lake Maggiore and other cute little towns. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a bathtub which was nice. The only thing about the room was that it was a bit hot, but we left the window open and was okay. The hotel is nice, it has a parking, snack bar and breakfast service. I highly recommend it!

Not many restaurants within walking distance. Room 205 had bad smell, like paint or chemicals. But cleanliness was good, breakfast was good, and staff were excellent. So stayed there again a week later on our return to the airport, and the different room did not smell.

I was a return guest for training in Sesto Calende and once again found this hotel to be a great value. The staff is very helpful, the housekeeping is attentive and through, and the breakfast is very good.

Lots of parking available. Even though I had a problem with the automated check-In after 23:00 hours (which was partly my problem because I couldn’t read the email the hotel send 2 hours before arrival due to no cell coverage) - the room was nice and big. Big bathroom. The head of the bed was a bit dusty. Otherwise overall very clean. Quiet - until the plane started taking off from the airport. The receptionist was super nice and friendly. No complains there.

I stayed here for almost two weeks, the hotel is quiet and out of the way. The staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and very large for Europe. My room faced the forest in the rear, there are walking paths all through the surrounding forest. The bar is cozy and breakfast very good and included. The wifi is fine and included also. I am looking forward to another visit soon. It is out of the way a rental car is a must. 😎

Bathroom in our room (217) was dirty, beds were uncomfortable (they look like beds in the hospital). The space where we ate our breakfast was too small for all guests of the hotel, so we were eating standing in the lobby. There eather wasn't enough food and cutlery. The receptionists were very kind!

Customer service was bad, hotel smells, bathroom was difficult to use and shower floor was dirty and broken. It says 4 star on Expedia but is 3 star. Hard to find it and reach

This place is deceiving from the outside, but once inside, what a beautiful place. The rooms are large and very clean. The breakfast is excellent for what they charges. They have plenty of parking and have a great selection of items for sale, including lasagna. The lobby has tables and 2 microwaves for you to use. Would definitely stay here again.

Let me start with.... STAY HERE. It doesnt look like much from the road but the inside is very nice and its such a great place to stay. My room was large and well equipped. It was comfortable and clean. The staff were ALL friendly. They have just about anything you would want (even meals if needed). The parking is far better than most hotels and the same for the breakfast. You cant buy a better breakfast for the small fee they charge. This is a great value stay and a convenient location.

Our second time here. Perfect for what we needed- a good night sleep while traveling long distance. Domenico was lovely, welcomed us with a big smile and advised where to eat the best pizza ! The lady in the morning when we checked out was super sweet too. We highly recommend it- parking, room, quiet, clean , price all perfect. No need to search more :-)

Amazing rooms and location! The B&B is close to the airport and Maggiore Lake, but in the same time in a very quiet area. The room was very clean and the staff extremely professional! I already booked for the next time! I found out about this place from my friend who comes here very often and I can say that I was impressed by the services, room and staff professionalism! I really recommend it!
