I have never ever experienced such as worst kfc in Itanagar... Better visit other kfc instead..

Very bad experienced. Service wasn't upto mark. Unnecessary offers which hike prices. Doesn't offer what we asked.

The word "worst" wont even suffice the condition of the Itanagar KFC outlet. The AC is not working for more than 2 weeks now. Food is bad, and the hygeine is just in a sorry state. Strict action shall be taken, if KFC wants to retain its world wide reputation.

Service are good but workers are so noisy.. That's why it's not good for me..

KFC is my all time favourite... And about itanagar KFC, it was good experience. But the drawback is they don't provide any veg item here unlike other branches. So vegan friends are not welcome there .

I brought KFC chicken on 17th of may and I had food poisoning after eating and I'm still on medicine bedridden if i didn't get better I will sue

Lesser options... But a good place to eat in Itanagar .Make sure you get what all that you have ordered else they miss a stuff or two.Happend twice,so an advice. A good place nearby the shopping locality. Opposite to Reliance trend store.

Experience is quite familiar as all other outlets, cleanliness of the washrooms is an issue but overall have a great time here, other thing that was different is they have started giving paper straws which is very encouraging.

I have eaten KFC in other places and compare to them the briyani wasn't upto the taste. Even the chicken popcorn wasn't crispy as it's supposed to be. And especially about the burgers. The filling was literally empty. No vegetables like it was barely there. And the sauce was just a blop and not evenly spread out. No pickled veggies on the burger or cheese. I didn't even got the dip sauce that I was supposed to get with the chicken bucket.

I have been to KFC at soo many cities and never had a worst experience like Itanagar..KFC served was cold and uncooked full with fresh chicken blood.sooo disappointed.last time they served good...but need to keep the taste same as it is.staffs are polite and good..better tried to cooked at home will be better then that...waste of time and money...

Worst experience , the staffs are so rude they makes a face as if they r irritated. Way of behaving and talking is also so rude . Specially I m talking about the Itanagar branch

Everything About Itanagar KFC has degraded. The food has degraded so much ,slow service, unhygienic washroom better go somewhere else if you do not wanna get upset or spoil your own mood.the burger I ordered was so disappointing.

Of all the KFC s I've visited this one is the worst. Chicken seems to be fried in stale oil. It is not fresh, tastes salty and chewy. Restaurant is ok, toilet is very very dirty. Service staff are good.

Been here twice back when it was launched and 5 years after it's launch, i'd like to say it has improved over the course of the years like we all do. Colonel Sanders will surely approve the quality they serve now.

Honestly speaking food was great but I didn't like their service. I have to remind them for the things they have not given which is written on the bill and yes thy have the bill too . Idk why maybe because of the lot of customers there.

It's a good place to chill out with friends, The food is good but the service is not as good as enough, waiting long for the cleaning staff to clean the table but no one bothered about it.

The operater taking order ia so slow.She takes eternity to complete one's order. Hot and crispy chicken was rotten and had foul smell coming from it.. Always goes out of stock of some food which is by the way not their fault.... the workers started piling up the chairs and tables while there were customers having their food which for me was so ill mannered and pathetic because i can do this after the shop is empty nd when there is no customers.. Ive had kfc at other states too but Itanagar kfc is standard less and non systematic which imo I find it very strange from a big fast food chain like KFC..

Worst experience staff not coperative, ordered food online and it delayed 30 mits ,when asked why they simply said...hota hai..apko cancel krna hai krlo.

Had very bad experience with service.. if possible would hit thumbs down button for service.

Food was cold plus made me stand in line for a long time. Should improve.

Wow good.. Floor area was big... It was quite different from other restaurant... Clean environment... Staff they all are very polite... I was big satisfied.... Great maintain same in each and everyday....

I'm a KFC person but the KFC served in itanagar zero point gross me out...The cold drink they served was old and taste weird and the chicken wings and drumstick was too dry and got some uncooked chicken pieces as well...

Everything is standard to KFC's Norms I hope and find that food taste as same as any other outlet, but sanitary and cleaning could have been better.

The AC doesn't work. And don't even get me started on the service. The behind the counter person was so rude and one of the staff was brooming right next to us when we were eating .

Worst KFC ever! Served me a Classic Zinger with 1 drop of Mayo on it! 8 Piece Strips were cold. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!
