The hotel is located at a good place and the ambience was quite nice. Rooms were good as well as the food. The view from the room and the dining area is exquisite but we booked the club rooms but they don't look like they show in the photos. They gave us a separate room saying the hotel was full where there are a very few cars in the parking lot.

In Itanagar area, this one is a pretty decent hotel. However its location is little far from main market area. When I compared this property with other Cygnett Properties, I personally found the room tariffs are higher in this property and also found very limited food varieties are available in Breakfast. Hotel building's inside environment is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Food choices in Room Service menu are very limited. However, I found this property to fit in my need in all my official travels now but may change to other options incase it does not in near future.

The rooms are huge, with three separate sections for drawing/living, dining and bed rooms. The rooms are stocked with all modern amenities. Round-the-clock, professional service, adeptly handled by courteous and soft-spoken staff is well complemented by an excellent cuisine. The food tastes great! Special mention: the breakfast buffet, which had some dishes normally not found in standard breakfast buffets, so that was a pleasant surprise as well. Overall, very satisfied and would ask that the hotel keep up the good work!

Stay is good. Food was nice. Dinning Female staff is not a professional. her main thought is getting phone number for review. She was most interfered in breakfast time. Management needs to teach the employees some hospitality manners and the service was also not upto the mark of the hotel name.

Reached late evening. Check in was smooth. Dinner was quite good. Facilities in general were good barring small ignorable issues (hair dryer not working). Breakfast was also good.

Amazing Experience Centrally located and beautifully maintained hotel. The management has done a great job here. With spacious clean rooms and bathrooms, excellent service with prompt and responsive staff, delicious food that was safe and hygienic, it definitely exceeded expectations. Worth every penny and highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

I visit this place only for dining and have always been satisfied. The food was good and prepared as per my preference, on request. The staff were courteous and had knowledge of the food being served. Special mention for Anirban Mukherjee, who has always been of great help and rightly recommending the food. Do visit.

Good hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Kitchen is not 24*7. The bar has variety. The bartender Mr. Sharma is fantastic person to chat. His drinks recommendations are awesome.

I usually go to Arunachal Pradesh on work purpose and my company has given me the opportunity to stay at this hotel twice and both the times, I had the best relaxing time ever even though I was out most of the time. Their rooms are neat & clean. The washroom has a hair dryer along with other amenities. You can make yourself coffee too. The rooms are very cozy. I had a great experience staying here.

I've been on an extended stay here and the staff has been exemplary. Attentive and friendly, always helpful! I'd like to give a good word to Suman, she has always been super attentive with my morning coffee and good spirited regarding my sense of humor, even when she doesn't understand what I'm saying in English all of the time. But, she rolls with it and keeps the laughing and smiles going. That kind of friendliness makes an extended stay more enjoyable. The housekeeping staff also has been friendly and attentive. The laundry service has been superb! About the rooms, clean, comfortable, cozy bed. I've been pretty happy. The hotel manager has been really cool to us! Thank you all! Chris SANDOZ

Location is a bit out of the way with not much around. The hotel itself is good. Rooms are excellent and all amenities are thoughtfully provided in the rooms and bathrooms. Food is also quite good. Prompt and courteous service . On the whole value for money.

Ambiance is okish, Services are great..one of the best i have ever seen and trust me on this i have been travelling a lot. Hotels food aren't really my thing but , i might have a soft spot now since my visit here. Staff are very friendly tho some i found bit pretentious, but who cares, they were doing their job very well. Some low end rooms do need renovation tho. I will be visiting again. I hope so will you.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming . Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Very well maintained hotel with good parking facilities and excellent room..breakfast quite good..one of the best options in Itanagar..but 2 challenges need to be addressed 1. They take upfront payment at the time of check in. Being corporate travellers we didn't like it 2. Service is pretty slow. A bottle of water required 20 mins to land in the room after a reminder However the staff are very helpful, courteous and well mannered

Only if i could give negative stars. The breakfast was horrendous. We had upma this morning and i found few stripes of stainless steel dish scrubber.. i was so horrified what if i didn't notice it and swallowed directly. We left the place right after that. Never go to that place. Even the drinking water they served was full of dust.. like yuuuuk.. gawar waiters. Only i regret is not clicking the pictures of the breakfast today... horrible horrible horrible

As per my 2 night stay, it was a great experience with cygnett. Clean n hygeine, on call services, time to time reminder for food n all. Location is good with a beautiful hill view.

Cons. 1. There was no window we were given basement room for Rs 3500/- 2. no helper to help with our luggage. 3. Flush didn't work. 4.it took 1 hr 23 min for food to arrive. 5. Always forget something during room service. 6. they never took the utensil even after we kept it outside. 7. Food was seriously half raw. 8. In dinner for 1 plate we got 2 paratha for breakfast for same order we got one with extra small size. 9. They need to recharger Tatasky Tv was useless and we had to use laptop on tv but they didn't had tv remote for volume control. 10. no proper parking management we had wait for other driver to arriver to move out our car. pros. 1. we didn't had to tip any single soul

Prices of rooms are 3k which is only possible because other hotels in Arunachal are pricing their AC rooms for 2k. I won’t write much as the owner of this hotel is a close friend of mine and they’re elites in nyishi society as well 🤐 First thing that I like is, It’s cozy and clean Second thing, Location is best for a tourist as it’s near zoo. Third, They even have the best trained professionals staffs. Most of the working professionals in Arunachal are informal be it waitresses or receptionist, but not them.

Good place to stay if you're in Itanagar. Location is close to the capital and markets; rooms are well cleaned but damp. Central AC makes it difficult to control temperature. But the staff is really responsive. The food - esp. breakfast is really delicious.
